| M.I. Kid Asset Builder Will Be Migrated to Family+ Account |
| Thank you for your support to M.I. Kid Asset Builder. To enhance your banking experience with us and to take care of the comprehensive needs of your family, we will migrate your M.I. Kid Asset Builder to the Family+ Account on 8 April 2023. Your existing account services, including your account number, M.I. Kid AssetBuilder card and all banking instructions (such as autopay, bill and payment settings) will remain unchanged. Please note that the M.I. Kid Asset Builder will cease to operate from 8 April 2023. |

| Prestige Private or Prestige Banking customers can further enjoy an array of family privileges, including complimentary healthcare, beauty, kids privileges and Prestige Direct Family Service that your spouse / partner and children can enjoy below balance fee waiver when opening / upgrading to Prestige Banking. They can enjoy exclusive privileges and services without meeting the Total Relationship Balance3 requirement. Please get more details from your Relationship Manager. |

The person whose name has been registered under a Family+ Account does not acquire any interests or rights of the Family+ Account nor authorization to operate the Family+ Account. The Bank will not disclose any related account information to any registered family members. You shall be and will be treated as, for all intents and purposes, the holder and beneficiary of the Family+ Accounts, and shall be solely responsible for any liabilities in connection with the Family+ Accounts. |

We will issue you a new Family+ ATM Card upon your M.I. Kid AssetBuilder card is expired. |

The Total Relationship Balance is the monthly aggregate balance of the daily average of all deposits, gold accounts, securities, investment funds, utilised overdraft facilities, credit cards cash advances, outstanding balance of personal loans and accumulated premiums paid for the designated life insurance plans distributed by Hang Seng Bank as an agent as well as Hang Seng MPF balance. For sole name integrated account holders, their other joint name account(s) will also be included. You may check your monthly statements for your Total Relationship Balance. |
