$500 Cash Dollars is only applicable to Mortgage Applicant 1 of Hang Seng "Mortgage Insurance Programme" loan application.

The offer is applicable to mortgages for private residents, but not applicable to the Home Ownership Scheme, Tenant Purchase Scheme, commercial properties, industrial properties and standalone car parking spaces.

The above Cash Dollars Reward is only applicable to customer who fulfills the following requirements during promotion period:

I.	Make an appointment with mortgage consultant online or through mobile, successfully apply for a Hang Seng mortgage loan AND
II.	Submit all required document proofs for mortgage application by 31 May 2016.

If Mortgage Applicant 1 does not hold any applicable Hang Seng Card Principal Card at the time of crediting the Cash Dollars, the offer will be replaced with another gift vouchers of equivalent value.

The Gift Voucher and/or the Polaroid 3-in-1 Smartphone Lens pack ( collectively, “the Gift”) redemption letter will be mailed to Mortgage Applicant 1’s correspondence address within 10 weeks after successful issuance of Letter of Offer for the mortgage application.

Regarding to the Gift, Hang Seng reserves the right to replace the offers with another gift of equivalent value. Hang Seng is not the supplier of the Gift and will not assume any liability in relation to the Gift. The supplier of the Gift shall be solely responsible for all issues related to the quality and availability of the relevant products and services. If customer holds more than one Hang Seng Credit Card, the perpetual annual fee waiver will be applicable to one of the credit cards with the highest annual fee (including Platinum Card, if applicable) only but will not be applicable to Hang Seng Visa Infinite Card, Hang Seng World MasterCard, Business Card, Commercial Card, USD Visa Gold Card and Private Label Card. All annual fees paid prior to accepting this offer will not be refunded.

No person other than the customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
