The annual maximum cover is different for members aged 65 or above and for treatments received in the US. Please refer to the Schedule of Benefits for details. |

The additional family benefit is available to be shared among all members below the age of 65 in the same contract and will be payable after a member's Overall Annual Limit is used up. Item limits under the Hospital and Surgical Benefit still apply. If two family members are enrolled in the same contract, the member will have an additional family benefit of HKD1 million per contract where the member can share with the family members. An additional of HKD2 million per contract if three or more family members are enrolled in the same contract where the member can share with the family members. The member will enjoy 10% and 15% family discounts on the Hospital and Surgical Benefit for joint enrolment of two and three or more family members respectively. |

To enjoy the "Cashless Benefit", the subscriber must follow the standard procedures under the contract with Bupa. For more details, please refer to the conditions applicable to the usage of the medical card and cashless treatment under the “Schedule of Benefits” and the contract. The Bupa medical card is not applicable to hospitalisation in the US and cannot be used at any day-case centre of a local private hospital. |

A team of qualified nurses and healthcare professionals, supported by doctors, are ready to answer your call 24 hours a day. Doctors will be available during scheduled office hours to support the nurses for answering enquiries. Office hours: 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday, except for public holidays (Hong Kong time). Any fees for the services suggested by the HealthPro Concierge Service will be payable by the member unless otherwise covered by benefits under the contract. HealthPro Concierge Service is provided by Bupa. |

This Scheme is underwritten by Bupa which is authorized and regulated by the Commissioner of Insurance of the HKSAR. Hang Seng Bank is an insurance agent authorized by Bupa for the exclusive distribution of this scheme. Subscription will be payable to Bupa upon enrolment of this scheme. Bupa would provide Hang Seng Bank the relevant commission and performance bonus in accordance to the selling of this scheme. The existing sales staff remuneration policy offered by Hang Seng Bank would take into account various aspects of the staff performance but not solely on the sales amount. In respect of an eligible dispute arising between the Hang Seng Bank and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Hang Seng Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however, any dispute over the contractual terms or performance (claims and service) of the product should be resolved directly between Bupa and the customer. |
