the Promotion Period, Travelsure Protection
Plan Single Trip Cover is available
to customers who is aged under 100 (at
the departure date). However, the maximum
amount for the benefits of Medical and
Other Related Expenses and Personal
Accident will be limited to 50% if the
Insured Person is aged 70 or above (at
the date of incident). |

During
the Promotion Period, the customers
aged from 75 to 99 (on the departure
date) can apply Travelsure Protection
Plan Single Trip Cover via the 24-hour
Application Hotline. |
3. |
The
premium discount offer is applicable
to successful application of a Single
Trip Cover via the following designated
application methods:
^ "First-time Successful Application
Customers" refers to customers who
have not successfully applied for
the Travelsure Protection Plan Single
Trip Cover in the capacity of the
policyholder in the past 24 months.
# "Selected Customers"
refers to customers who have successfully
applied for the Travelsure Protection
Plan Single Trip Cover in the capacity
of the policyholder in the past 24
months and will be entitled to an
additional “Loyalty Reward”
premium discount of 5% (i.e. 40% premium
discount in total) if they successfully
apply for a Single Trip Cover again
via , Hang Seng Personal
e-Banking, 24-hour Application Hotline
or Hang Seng Credit Card Customer
Service Hotline.

Selected Hang Seng Credit Card Customers ("Customers") can enjoy the following offers upon successful application of Single Trip Cover under the Travelsure Protection Plan, and paid the premium with Hang Seng Credit Card or Hang Seng Bank Account during the Promotion Period:

For customers who pay the premium with Hang Seng Credit Card, they will enjoy an extra 34x Cash Dollars for each HKD250 Net Premium Amount (“Net Premium Amount”) paid besides of 1x Cash Dollars basic reward, total 35x Cash Dollars. Customers can enjoy $200 Cash Dollars at maximum. |
b. |
For customers who pay the premium with Hang Seng Bank Account, customers will enjoy HKD30 Cash Rebates for each HKD250 Net Premium Amount (“Net Premium Amount”) paid. Customers can enjoy HKD200 Cash Rebates at maximum. |

"Net
Premium Amount" refers to the payable
premium amount after applying premium
discount and any applicable gift voucher(s). |

Selected Hang Seng Credit Card Customers ("Customers") can enjoy the following offers upon successful application of Annual Global Cover or Annual China Cover under the Travelsure Protection Plan, and paid the premium with Hang Seng Credit Card or Hang Seng Bank Account during the Promotion Period:

For customers who pay the premium with Hang Seng Credit Card, customers will enjoy an extra 54x Cash Dollars for each HKD250 Net Premium Amount (“Net Premium Amount”) paid besides of 1x Cash Dollars basic reward, total 55x Cash Dollars. They can enjoy $200 Cash Dollars at maximum. |

For customers who pay the premium with Hang Seng Bank Account, customers will enjoy HKD50 Cash Rebates for each HKD250 Net Premium Amount (“Net Premium Amount”) paid. Customers can enjoy HKD200 Cash Rebates at maximum. |

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese versions of the above information, the English version shall apply and prevail.
The Travelsure Protection Plan (this “Plan”) is underwritten by QBE General Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited ("QBE GIHK") which is authorised and regulated by the Commissioner of Insurance of the HKSAR. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng Bank”) is an insurance agent authorised by QBE GIHK for the distribution of this Plan. Premiums will be payable to QBE GIHK upon application of this Plan. QBE GIHK would provide Hang Seng Bank commission and performance bonus accordingly in respect of the selling of this Plan. The existing staff remuneration policy on sales offered by Hang Seng Bank takes into account various aspects of the staff performance instead of focusing solely on the sales amount.
In respect of an eligible dispute arising between the Hang Seng Bank and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Hang Seng Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however any dispute over the contractual terms of the product should be resolved between directly QBE GIHK and the customer. |
