Terms and Conditions for Money Safe Account Lucky Draw Promotion (the “Promotion”) :

1. This Promotion is held by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng” or “Bank”) from 1 November 2025 to 31 March 2026 (both days inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion is applicable to any customer who meets all of the following requirements (“Eligible Customer”):
   1. Being aged 18 or above on 1 November 2025; and
   2. Hold a Money Safe Account with Hang Seng as of 31 March 2026.

3. Eligible Customer will get one lucky draw entry during the Promotion Period if he/she opens a Money Safe Account via the Hang Seng Mobile App or visit branches and maintain the Money Safe Account until 31 March 2026.
4. Each Eligible Customer can have a maximum of 1 lucky draw entry during the Promotion Period.
5. 2 Grand Prize winners, 10 Second Prize winners, and 20 Third Prize winners will be drawn on a random basis on or before 31 May 2026 by Hang Seng. The prize details are as follows:

   Third Prize	HKD500 Shopping e-voucher	20 Customers

6. Each Eligible Customer could only win one Prize during the Promotion Period.
7. In case the relevant Money Safe Account is a joint-named account, only the primary account holder is eligible to the prize.

8. Hang Seng will notify winners on or before 31 May 2026 via the following methods:

   Prize	Prize Redemption Details
   Grand Prize and Second Prize	A prize redemption notification will be sent by post to the winner’s correspondence address recorded in Hang Seng. Winners must redeem their prizes according to the instructions on the prize redemption notice.
   Third Prize	Prize redemption notification will be sent via SMS to the winner’s valid mobile phone number recorded in Hang Seng. SMS will be accompanied by a link to redeem the prize. Winners are required to visit a website through the link to redeem the prize.

9. The prizes under the Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
10. Hang Seng reserves the right to replace any prize with another gift and to change the gift supplier at any time without prior notice. The value and nature of the replacement gift may differ from the prize. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final.
11. Hang Seng is not the supplier of the “Golden Fortune” God of Wealth Ornament or the smart speaker and will not be responsible for any related liabilities. Any disputes arising from the “Golden Fortune” God of Wealth Ornament or the smart speaker should be resolved between the customer and the relevant supplier(s) directly.
12. After receiving the shopping e-voucher, winners need to present the shopping e-voucher at the relevant merchant's branch on or before the expiration date shown on the shopping e-voucher to redeem the shopping e-voucher. Expired shopping e-voucher will not be accepted and will not be reissued.
13. Each shopping e-voucher can only be used once and will become invalid upon use. Payment must be made for any spending amount exceeding the face value of the shopping e-voucher, and no change will be given when the spending amount is less than its face value. The supplier of the prize reserves the right of final decision on determining the validity of the prize.
14. Hang Seng will not be responsible for any liability relating to the use of the shopping e-voucher. Any disputes or complaints regarding the shopping e-voucher should be resolved between the customer and the merchant. For details on the use of the shopping e-voucher, please refer to the information on the shopping e-voucher.
15. The shopping e-voucher are not exchangeable for other gifts, redeemable for cash, or transferable. They will not be reissued if deleted, lost, damaged, or not used before the expiration date.
16. If the shopping e-voucher is unavailable for any reason, Hang Seng reserves the right to substitute an alternative reward at any time without prior notice. The value and type of such reward may differ from the shopping e-voucher.

17. Hang Seng reserves the rights to suspend, revise or terminate the Promotion at any time and to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final.
18. Any transaction found to be fraudulent will not be considered eligible for this Promotion, and the relevant customer will not be rewarded.
19. No person other than the customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
20. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
21. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
22. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
