Terms and Conditions for Money Safe Account Lucky Draw Promotion

1. Money Safe Account Lucky Draw Promotion (this “Promotion”) is held by Hang Seng Bank Limited (the “Bank”) from 1 May 2026 to 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of two lucky draw phases (each a “Phase”):
   • Phase 1: 1 May 2026 to 31 August 2026 (both dates inclusive)
   • Phase 2: 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive)

2. This Promotion is applicable to customers who meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions (“Eligible Customers”).

3. Subject to these terms and conditions, each customer who meets all of the following criteria in each Phase is automatically entitled to one lucky draw entry for that Phase:
   1. The customer is a new or existing Money Safe Account holder; and
   2. The customer must maintain an active Money Safe Account during the relevant Phase:
      • Phase 1: up to and including 31 August 2026; and
      • Phase 2: up to and including 31 December 2026.
4. Each Eligible Customer may participate in both Phase 1 and Phase 2 lucky draws (provided the customer meets the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3 for each Phase).

5. Each Eligible Customer who meets the lucky draw eligibility requirements for both Phases during the Promotion Period may be entitled to up to two lucky draw entries.
6. In case the relevant Money Safe Account is a joint-named account, only the primary account holder is eligible for the prize.

7. The prizes and quotas for the lucky draw are as follows:

8. The Bank shall draw winners on a random basis after the end of each Phase. Prize notification arrangements are set out in the “Money Safe Account Lucky Draw Prize Redemption Details” section below.

9. The Bank shall notify winners of each Phase in the following respective months (the “Prize Redemption Notification”):
   • Phase 1 winners: within October 2026; and
   • Phase 2 winners: within February 2027.
   
   The Bank shall notify each winner via the following methods:

   Prize	Prize Redemption Details
   Grand Prize	A Prize Redemption Notification will be sent by post to the winner’s correspondence address recorded with the Bank. The Winner must redeem the prize according to the instructions on the Prize Redemption Notification.
   Second Prize	A Prize Redemption Notification will be sent via SMS to the winner’s valid mobile phone number recorded with the Bank. The SMS text message will include a link to redeem the prize. The winner must visit the website through the link to redeem the prize.

10. The prizes under the Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. In particular, the shopping e-vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable. The shopping e-vouchers will not be reissued if deleted, lost, damaged, or not used before the expiration date.
11. The Bank is not the supplier of the prizes and is not responsible for any related liabilities. Any dispute or complaint arising from the prize should be resolved between the customer and the relevant supplier(s) directly. For details on the use of the shopping e-voucher, please refer to the information on the shopping e-voucher.
12. The Bank reserves the right to replace any prize with another gift and to change the gift supplier at any time without prior notice. The value and nature of the replacement gift may differ from the prize. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank is final.

13. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Promotion and to amend these terms and conditions at any time and from time to time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank is final.
14. If the Bank discovers that a customer has participated in the Promotion in a dishonest, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise improper manner (including but not limited to providing false information or interfering with the operation of the Promotion), the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the customer from participation and/or winning.
15. No person other than the customer and the Bank (which includes its successors and assigns) has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
16. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
17. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
18. The English version of these terms and conditions prevails in the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
