    1. The offer is applicable to Eligible Payroll Customers who fulfill the following requirements (“New Payroll Customers”):
       i. Have no payroll record under any single/joint-named account (including joint-named accounts held in the name of a secondary account holder) of the Bank during the period from 1 January 2025 to 3 August 2025; and
       ii. Successfully set up payroll service with first Eligible Payroll Record made during the period from 4 August 2025 to 30 September 2025
    2. The Promotional Offers are not applicable to staff of the Bank.
    3. From now till 30 September 2025, New Payroll Customers who apply for Hang Seng Travel+ Visa Signature Card, Hang Seng MMPOWER World Mastercard or Hang Seng Prestige World Mastercard and whose applications are successfully approved on or before 31 October 2025, can get extra $100 +FUN Dollars on top of the welcome offer upon meeting the designated Welcome Offers spending requirement.

    4. 11. Successfully applied for and drawn down the Hang Seng Handy Cash Personal Instalment Loan
    
    1. During 4 August 2025 to 24 August 2025 (both dates inclusive), Eligible Payroll Customers who have successfully applied for and drawn down the Hang Seng Handy Cash Personal Instalment Loan (excluding Top-up loan, Debt Consolidation Instalment Loan) (the “Loan”) with the below designated amount and repayment period and have two Eligible Payroll Records, each at not less than HKD5,000 in any two months from September to November of 2025, will be entitled to up to HKD8,800 cash rebate. Each Eligible Payroll Customers can enjoy this offer once during the period specified in this clause.

    2. Cash rebate will be credited to Eligible Payroll Customer's repayment account by 31 December 2025 without any prior notice. Eligible Payroll Customers must have no record of default or early settlement of the Loan, still maintain valid Payroll Account, a relevant valid loan and repayment account before the rebate is credited, or he/she shall be deemed to have forfeited the right to receive the relevant cash rebate. If customers settle the Loan ahead of schedule after the cash rebate has been credited, he/she shall return the cash rebate in full to the Bank upon settlement of the Loan.

12. Eligible Payroll Customers, who have fulfilled one of the below conditions, will enjoy additional cash rebate:
    1) Eligible Payroll Customers who have successfully applied for the private residential mortgage loan on or before 30 Jun 2025 and drawn down the mortgage loan amount before 31 Dec 2025 and also maintain a valid Payroll Account on 31 Mar 2026 will be entitled to cash rebate; or
    2) Eligible Payroll Customers who have successfully applied for the private residential mortgage loan between 1 Jul 2025 and 30 Sep 2025 and drawn down the mortgage loan amount on or before 31 Mar 2026 and also maintain a valid Payroll Account on 30 Jun 2026 will be entitled to cash rebate.
    • It is only applicable to Eligible Payroll Customers with drawn down mortgage loan amount with HKD4,000,000 or above.
    • The Bank has the sole discretion to determine the final cash rebate amount. Cash rebate will be credited to Eligible Payroll Customer’s designated mortgage repayment account after the loan drawdown.
    • The final approval of the mortgage application is subject to the decision of the Bank.
    • The Eligible Payroll Customers must still maintain a valid Payroll Account on the above specified date. Otherwise, the Eligible Payroll Customer is required to refund the cash rebate amount to the Bank, which will be debited from the customer’s loan repayment account without prior notice.
    • This cash rebate offer is not applicable to the staff of the Bank, or those who are eligible for the staff offers of the Bank.
    • This cash rebate offer is not applicable to House Village mortgage loan.
    • Each mortgage application can only enjoy this cash rebate offer once.
13. From 24 May till 25 September 2025, Preferred Banking customer can get a 0.5% unlimited cash rebate (the rebate includes the Preferred Multi-Currency Debit Mastercard basic 0.4% cash rebate) when eligible transactions are made and are posted on or before 25 September 2025 with the Preferred Multi-Currency Debit Card. 14. $0 fees on foreign currency transaction and cash withdrawal from Hang Seng and HSBC Group ATM networks. When withdrawing cash overseas from non-HSBC Group ATM networks, there is a charge of HK$40 each time and local banks may charge an additional fee. When withdrawing cash locally from non-HSBC Group ATM networks, there is a charge of HK$20 each time.

16. “Bank’s Cost Price” refers to the exchange rate for foreign exchange without any sales margin normally charged by the Bank. Other mark-up applied to the exchange rate for operational reasons however will not be waived. When the customer make JPY or EUR spending or withdrawal but have insufficient JPY or EUR funds in the respective account. The relevant transaction amount will then be converted from HKD at the “Bank’s Cost Price” and deducted from the customer’s HKD Savings Account. 19.
