Terms and Conditions for 2026 God of Wealth & Gallant Horse 999.9 Pure Gold Medal Investment Privileges (the "Offer"):
- The promotion period is from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
- The Offer is applicable to existing Prestige Private or Prestige Banking personal customers of Hang Seng Bank Limited ("the Bank") who have held or subscribed for Relevant Investment Products between 1 January 2026 and 27 February 2026 via any integrated account(s) and channels and fulfilled the criteria stated in clause 3 below ("Eligible Customers").

The Offer is only applicable to:
Eligible Customers who successfully subscribed for and/or switching to any investment funds distributed by the Bank (except for the funds set out in paragraph 5 below) through general subscription, Advanced Switching Service#, the General Fund Switching Service and/or Investment Financing Service (under the account number suffix of 388), subscribe for Structured Products (including structured products linked to equities, funds, indexes , forex or interest rates offered by the Bank) and purchase Secondary Market Bonds (except for the bonds set out in paragraph 5 below) through any channels of the Bank. - The Offer is not applicable to fund subscription through Hang Seng Monthly Investment Plan for Funds, fund subscription via SimplyFund Account (under the account number suffix of 384), fund subscription with no subscription fees, money market funds and other funds/ fund transactions as specified by the Bank from time to time; and is not applicable to any bonds purchased from Initial Public Offering.

The Offer will be awarded in 4 stages:

(the "Subscription Period")Fulfillment Date Stage 1 1 January 2026 – 31 March 2026 On or before 31 July 2026 Stage 2 1 April 2026 – 30 June 2026 On or before 31 October 2026 Stage 3 1 July 2026 – 30 September 2026 On or before 31 January 2027 Stage 4 1 October 2026 – 31 December 2026 On or before 30 April 2027 - Any investment application made after the cut-off time of the Relevant Investment Products on 31 March 2026 (Stage 1)/ 30 June 2026 (Stage 2)/ 30 September 2026 (Stage 3)/ 31 December 2026 (Stage 4) will not be regarded as investment application made during that Subscription Period and will not be counted towards the Accumulated Investment Amount within the respective Subscription Period. Any investment application made after the cut-off time on 31 December 2026 will not be regarded as investment application made during the Promotion Period. All such applications will be handled in the next dealing day. Please note that the cut-off time for different investment products through different channels may vary. Eligible Customers are advised to check the cut-off time for the Relevant Investment Products with our staff.

About "Accumulated Investment Amount":
- The Accumulated Investment Amount of Relevant Investment Products will be calculated in Hong Kong dollar. Only the value of completed transactions in Prestige Private and Prestige Banking Account(s) will be counted in determining the Accumulated Investment Amount, while the value of any cancelled or unsuccessful transactions will be excluded. If Eligible Customers hold more than one Prestige Private or Prestige Banking Account, the cumulative investment amount of the Relevant Investment Product will be combined. If Relevant Investment Products invested during the Promotion Period are denominated in currency other than Hong Kong dollar, the Accumulated Investment Amount within the Promotion Period will be calculated by converting it into Hong Kong dollar based on the exchange rate as determined by the Bank on the last dealing day of March 2026 (Stage 1)/ June 2026 (Stage 2)/ September 2026 (Stage 3)/ December 2026 (Stage 4).
- During the Promotion Period, if an Eligible Customer's trading or switching transactions of "Relevant Investment Products" are solely determined by the Bank as overly frequent or the holding period is too short, the Bank reserves the right to exclude such transactions when calculating the relevant Accumulated Investment Amount.
- The Offer is calculated on a "per-Eligible Customer basis". The Accumulated Investment Amount will only be calculated based on the accumulated investment amount of all Prestige Private and Prestige Banking Accounts of the Eligible Customer. In case the relevant Prestige Private or Prestige Banking Account is a joint-named account, only the primary account holder can enjoy the Offer. Each Eligible Customer will only be eligible for a maximum of one God of Wealth & Gallant Horse 999.9 Pure Gold Medal (6.1 gram) (the "Gift") from the Offer.
- The Bank will notify Eligible Customers the relevant redemption details on or before 31 July 2026 (Stage 1)/ 31 October 2026 (Stage 2)/ 31 January 2027 (Stage 3)/ 30 April 2027 (Stage 4). The relevant Prestige Private or Prestige Banking Account must remain valid by the time.
- The Bank is not the supplier of the Gift, and shall not be responsible for any legal liabilities related to the Gift. The Bank will not buyback the God of Wealth & Gallant Horse 999.9 Pure Gold Medal. Customers shall contact the supplier directly for any details relating to buyback. Any disputes relating to the Gift shall be settled between the customers and the supplier directly. The Gifts are available while stocks last and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Bank reserves the right to replace the Gift by other items.
- Unless otherwise specified, the Offer is not applicable to Commercial Banking and Private Banking customers of the Bank, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offer(s) of the Bank.
- No person other than the customer and the Bank (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.

The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the Offer and to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The Bank also reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to the Offer, which shall be binding on all parties concerned.
- In case of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
