From now on, Hang Seng Business e-Banking Primary Users / Secondary Users who have successfully enabled the Mobile Security Key feature can choose to stay close to their cash flows with Push Notifications via the Hang Seng Business Mobile App (“Mobile App”), in addition to receiving Inward Payment Notifications via SMS or WeChat.
Even when you are staying overseas or have replaced your SIM card, you can receive Push Notifications simply with a WiFi connection, without being affected by any network delay or disruption.
Our Push Notification, free of charge, covers all inward transfers, FPS payments and remittances.
Messages will be stored in the Mobile App for up to 90 days for you to look up at any time under “Notifications” via the Mobile App
