General Terms and Conditions:

  1. The promotion period runs from 22 February 2022 to 31 March 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate this promotion and the relevant offer and amend these terms and conditions without prior notice
  3. Hang Seng reserves the right to make the final decision to customer’s eligibility to receive the offer and is based on the record of Hang Seng.
  4. No person other than the customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions
  5. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  6. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  7. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to this promotion and the relevant offer(s), which shall be binding on all the parties concerned.
  8. In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions for Account Opening Administrative Fee (HKD1,200) Offer:

  1. New commercial customer refers to customers not (a) existing commercial customers who are holding any Hong Kong Dollar/Foreign Currency savings, current, time deposit accounts or any Business Integrated Account with any account status (collectively the “Accounts”) with Hang Seng; and (b) customers who have closed any Account with Hang Seng from 1 August 2021 to 31 January 2022; and (c) customers whose Account or Accounts was/were terminated by Hang Seng in any period.
  2. General commercial customers should pay HKD1,200 being the account opening administrative fee for opening a Biz Virtual+ Account but they can enjoy 50% off (HKD600) for such fee if the Biz Virtual+ Account is opened via remote account opening and without Face-to Face appointment. During the Promotion Period, first 300 new commercial customers (“Eligible Customers”) who apply new Biz Virtual+ Account via remote account opening and without Face-to-Face appointment (“the said account”) and the said account is successfully opened on or before 30 April 2022, Eligible Customers can enjoy account opening administrative fee free Offer.
  3. Eligible Customer shall pay the account opening administrative fee of HKD600 upon account opening. Such fee will be charged to the said account within 90 days after the said account is opened and the same amount would be credited to the said account of the Eligible Customer as cash rebate on or before 31 August 2022 without giving prior notice. Upon crediting of the cash rebate, the said account must still be valid, otherwise, the cash rebate will be deemed to be forfeited automatically.
