Hang Seng PayDay+ Welcome Cash Reward (1 April 2026 – 30 June 2026) Terms and Conditions


General Terms and Conditions

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of Hang Seng PayDay+ Welcome Cash Reward (“Offer”) is from 1 April 2026 – 30 June 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Each eligible customer can only enjoy the Offer once.
  3. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Bank”) reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate this Offer and to amend the terms and conditions at any time and from time to time without prior notice. The decision of the Bank on all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and binding on all the parties concerned. The relevant Offer is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant product/service. If there is any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the relevant product/service and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions prevail in all matters relating to the Offer. In case of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version prevails.
  4. No person other than the customer and the Bank (which includes its successors and assigns) has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
  5. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  6. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Details

  1. Subject to clauses 11 and 12, the Offer is applicable to any personal customer of the Bank (“Eligible Payroll Customers”) who:
    1. holds any Integrated Accounts of Prestige Private, Prestige Banking or Preferred Banking (“Eligible Account”) maintained with the Bank in the customer’s sole name or in the capacity as the primary account holder in the case of a joint account; and
    2. fulfils the following requirements:
      1. Successfully completes online registration of this Offer in the Hang Seng Mobile App within the Promotion Period. The Bank will determine the eligibility of the online registration based on the record held by the Bank. In case of any dispute, the Bank’s records are final and conclusive; and
      2. Successfully sets up payroll service with the first monthly salary (“Eligible Payroll Record”) directly credited to the HKD Savings/HKD Current Account of the Eligible Account (“Payroll Account”) from the employer’s company account via Autopay during the period from 1 April 2026 – 31 July 2026. The monthly salary must be in Hong Kong Dollars. An Eligible Payroll Record must be made in each calendar month following the first Eligible Payroll Record throughout the designated payroll phase(s) as specified in clause 8, and the Payroll Account must still be valid at the time of cash reward distribution.

        Only salary transfer instructions indicated for payroll purpose and recognized by the Bank’s system as such may be considered as Eligible Payroll Record. Any salary transferred on public holiday/after the cut-off time of the Bank will be processed on the next working day. For the purposes of the Offer, working day refers to Monday to Saturday (excluding public holiday). The Bank reserves the right of final decision should there be any dispute in the definition of “Eligible Payroll Record” or in the recognition of the customer’s identity as an “Eligible Payroll Customer”.
  2. This Offer consists of two designated payroll phases. Subject to these terms and conditions, each Eligible Payroll Customer may receive up to HKD3,200 in cash reward, depending on the bank account type and the duration of maintaining Eligible Payroll Record, as set out in the table below:

  3. The cash reward will be credited to the HKD Savings Account/HKD Current Account of the Eligible Account held by the Eligible Payroll Customer, and the Bank has the right to choose which account to credit the cash reward to. At the time of distribution, the Eligible Payroll Customer must still maintain the Eligible Account and Payroll Account at the relevant tier, or the customer is deemed to have forfeited the right to receive the relevant cash reward absolutely at the Bank’s sole discretion and will not be paid through any other channels.
  4. The Bank recommends each Eligible Payroll Customer to maintain a valid mobile number with the Bank for receiving subsequent notification related to this Offer.
  5. This Offer is not applicable to:
    1. the Bank’s Commercial Customers; or
    2. Personal Customers aged under 18; or
    3. Personal Customers with payroll record under any single/joint-named account (including joint-named accounts held in the name of a secondary account holder) of the Bank from 1 January 2026 – 31 March 2026; or
    4. the Bank’s staff; or
    5. customers who are entitled to the 2025 Quarter 4 Hang Seng PayDay+ Promotion - Preferential HKD savings rate offer (2025 Quarter 4: 2 October 2025 – 31 December 2025).
  6. This Offer cannot be used together with 2026 Quarter 1 Hang Seng PayDay+ Welcome Cash Reward (2026 Quarter 1: 2 January 2026 – 31 March 2026). If the customer registers for 2026 Quarter 1 Hang Seng PayDay+ Welcome Cash Reward and this Offer at the same time, only the latest registration will be processed. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Bank reserves the right of final decision should there be any dispute regarding the validity of customer registration and/or eligibility for any of the offers.
