Terms and Conditions for Olive "Stamp & Earn" FinFit Program

  1. Olive "Stamp & Earn" FinFit Program (“Program”) will be held by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng Bank”) during the period from 1 November 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Program is only applicable to personal customers who are existing or newly registered members of the Hang Seng Olive Wellness App (“Hang Seng Olive”) (“Qualified Customers”).
  3. Qualified Customers are required to complete the following designated missions ("Missions") successfully to obtain designated stamps ("Stamps"). Qualified Customers can receive up to 21 Stamps, and they are entitled to redeem Olive points and/or e-voucher with designated number of Stamps. The following are the details of the designated missions:

    Mission Details
    3(i) First-time complete or update expired RPQ
    1. Qualified Customers who successfully complete RPQ the first time or update expired RPQ through Hang Seng Personal e-Banking or Hang Seng Personal Banking Mobile App, and enter a valid Olive Redemption Code during the Promotion Period will be entitled to receive 1 Stamp. Each Qualified Customer can complete this mission at most once throughout the entire Program.     3(ii) Activate designated investment accounts
    1. Qualified Customers who have successfully activated all 4 designated investment accounts through Hang Seng e-Banking or Hang Seng Personal Banking Mobile App during the Promotion Period, and entered a valid Olive Redemption Code sent via MMS, will be entitled to receive 1 Stamp.     3(iii) Understand our life insurance product
    1. Qualified Customers who have logged in Hang Seng Olive and visited designated life insurance website during the Promotion Period will be entitled to receive 1 Stamp. Each Qualified Customer can complete this Mission at most once throughout the entire Program.
    3(iv) Successfully set up eAppointment for Insurance Solutions
    1. Qualified Customers who have successfully set up eAppointment for Insurance Solutions (“eAppointment”) via Hang Seng e-Banking, Hang Seng Personal Banking Mobile App or Hang Seng Olive, and scanned the QR code with Hang Seng Olive provided by Hang Seng Bank after the eAppointment to check in during the Promotion Period will be entitled to receive 1 Stamp. Each Qualified Customer can complete this Mission at most once throughout the entire Program.
    3(v) Successfully apply and input general insurance policy redemption code
    1. Qualified Customers who successfully apply for Designated General Insurance Plan(s) online via Chubb’s website accessed via Hang Seng Bank website, Hang Seng Personal Banking Mobile App or Hang Seng Personal e-Banking, or successfully apply for Single Trip Cover by logging on to Personal e-Banking via Hang Seng Personal Banking Mobile App during the period from 1 November 2024 to 15 December 2024 (both dates inclusive), both with successful policy issuance on or before 23 December 2024, will obtain a general insurance policy redemption code to redeem 2 Stamps within the Promotion Period. Each Qualified Customer can complete this Mission up to 4 times throughout the entire Program, which means each customer can get up to 8 Stamps for applying for 4 designated general insurance policies or Single Trip Covers successfully.
    2. Designated General Insurance Plans are the Travelsure Protection Plan (Single Trip Cover, Annual China Cover and Annual Global Cover), Home Care Plus Home Insurance Plan, Domestic Helper Insurance Plan, Part-time Domestic Helper Insurance Plan and Personal Accident Insurance Plan.
    3. Each policy redemption code can only be redeemed once during the Promotion Period, otherwise it will be void. Only Qualified Customers who fulfill all criteria below can receive and input the policy redemption code for redeeming the Stamps:
      • Being the policyholder(s) of the designated insurance plan(s);
      • Being the personal customer(s) of Hang Seng Bank with Prestige Private, Prestige Banking, Preferred Banking, Integrated Account, Family+ Account, Savings/Current Account or Hang Seng Credit Card;
      • Being the holder(s) of a Hang Seng Olive account; and
      • Having registered and maintaining a valid Hong Kong local mobile number in the record of Hang Sang Bank.
    4. The policy redemption code will be sent via SMS/MMS to the valid Hong Kong local mobile number in the record of Hang Seng Bank of such Qualified Customer before the end of the Promotion Period.
    5. Any applications for the designated general insurance plans with unposted/cancelled/refunded premium will not be qualified as eligible applications for this Program.
    3(vi) Successfully apply and input life insurance policy redemption code
    1. Qualified Customers who successfully apply for any Designated Life Insurance Plan(s) online via Hang Seng Bank website, Hang Seng Personal e-Banking or Hang Seng Personal Banking Mobile App (not applicable to applications via Yuu platform) during the period from 1 November 2024 to 15 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) with successful policy issuance on or before 23 December 2024 will obtain a life policy redemption code to redeem 3 Stamps within the Promotion Period. Each Qualified Customer can complete this Mission up to 3 times throughout the entire Program, which means each customer can earn up to 9 Stamps for applying for 3 Designated Life Insurance Plans successfully.
    2. Designated Life Insurance Plans are the QuickReward Endowment Life Insurance Plan (1-Year), The Choice 5-Year Life Insurance Plan (HKD)/ (USD), ImperialDragon (RMB) Life Insurance Plan, eCancerPro Insurance Plan, eFamilyPro Life Insurance Plan, EasyRefund 100% Global Hospital Cash Plan (3-Year), eIncomePro Deferred Annuity Plan (100% Guaranteed) and CouponPower Guaranteed Life Insurance Plan.
    3. Each policy redemption code can only be redeemed once during the Promotion Period, otherwise it will be void. Only Qualified Customers who fulfill all criteria below can receive and input the policy redemption code for redeeming the Stamps:
      • Being the policyholder(s) of the designated insurance plan(s);
      • Being the personal customer(s) of Hang Seng Bank with Prestige Private, Prestige Banking, Preferred Banking, Integrated Account, Family+ Account, Savings/Current Account or Hang Seng Credit Card;
      • Being the holder(s) of a Hang Seng Olive account; and
      • Having registered and maintaining a valid Hong Kong local mobile number in the record of Hang Sang Bank.
    4. The policy redemption code will be sent via SMS/MMS to the valid Hong Kong local mobile number in the record of Hang Seng Bank of such Qualified Customer before the end of the Promotion Period.
    5. Any applications for the Designated Life Insurance Plans with unposted/cancelled/refunded premium will not be qualified as eligible applications for this Program.
    3(vii) Convert Olive Points to +FUN Dollars
    1. Qualified Customers who successfully convert Olive Points to +FUN Dollars during the Promotion Period will be entitled to receive 1 Stamp. Each Qualified Customer can complete this mission at most once throughout the entire Program. Terms and conditions apply, please refer to relevant page in Hang Seng Olive for details.
Rewards
  1. Qualified Customers can redeem 1,000 Olive Points by collecting 3 Stamps on the Olive Finfit Guru Theme Card; and can redeem Maxim's HKD100 Gift Coupon (“e-Voucher”) by collecting 6 Stamps.
  2. Under normal circumstances, the Stamp will be automatically sent to the Hang Seng Olive account of the Qualified Customer after successful verification of the Mission completion. Qualified Customers must select the "Gift box" icon on the mission theme card on or before 31 December 2024 to redeem the respective Olive Points and/or e-Vouchers. Rewards will not be reissued if expired.
  3. No alteration or cancellation can be made to the redemption of Stamps, Olive Points and e-Vouchers, and all these rewards cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstances.


General Terms and Conditions
  1. Hang Seng Bank reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate any of the terms and conditions of this Program and/or adjust, withdraw or cancel this Program and/or any of the rewards / rewards at any time without prior notice and without giving any reasons whatsoever. The decision(s) of Hang Seng Bank on all matters relating to this Program and relevant offers shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng Bank shall be final.
  2. Hang Seng Bank reserves the right to vary or replace rewards of this Program with other substitutes at any time without prior notice and without giving any reason. The value and/or nature of the substitutes may differ from the original rewards offered.
  3. Hang Seng Bank has the sole discretion to determine the eligibility of the Qualified Customer for the Stamps, Olive Points and e-Vouchers based on the records held on Hang Seng Bank and Hang Seng Olive. In case of any disputes, the record of Hang Seng Bank shall be final.
  4. Stamps, Olive Points and e-Vouchers cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, returned, refunded or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
  5. Hang Seng Bank is not the supplier of the e-Voucher and will not assume any liability in relation to the e-Voucher. The suppliers of the e-Voucher shall be solely responsible for all issues relating to the e-Voucher including usage, quality and availability. Any disputes or complaints relating to the e-Voucher shall be settled between the customers and suppliers directly.
  6. The redemption and use of Olive Points are subject to the Hang Seng Bank Limited User Agreement for Hang Seng Olive (Mobile App). For details, please refer to the user agreement.
  7. If this Program does not operate as planned for any reason, which includes but not limited to computer virus, bugs, worms, Trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Hang Seng Bank that corrupt or affect the administration, system security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Program, Hang Seng Bank reserves the right and sole discretion to disqualify any Qualified Customer and retrieve the rewards without prior notice.
  8. Any transactions (including the purchase of the designated insurance plans and the redemption of the Olive Redemption Code) which are eventually cancelled, returned or found to be fraudulent will be ineligible for the rewards.
  9. Hang Seng Bank shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption or non-availability of the Program. Hang Seng Bank shall not accept any liability, obligation or legal responsibility for not being able to hold, organize or arrange the Program.
  10. Unless otherwise specified, Qualified Customers can enjoy the rewards in this Program in conjunction with other promotional offers.
  11. Unless stated otherwise, the dates and time stated in these terms and conditions refer to those within the Hong Kong time zone.
  12. No person other than the Qualified Customers and Hang Seng Bank (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
  13. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  14. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
  15. In case of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Important Information about Insurance Plans

The above information in relation to insurance plans is intended as a general summary of information for reference only. Please refer to the promotion leaflets/flyers and policy documents for important information such as detailed coverage, exact terms and conditions and exclusions of the relevant insurance plans, and the provisions in the policy documents shall be final. Please refer to the product brochures for the relevant product risks.

The Designated General Insurance Plans are underwritten by Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited (“Chubb”), which is authorized and regulated in Hong Kong SAR by the Insurance Authority (“IA”). Chubb reserves the right of final approval of the policy issuance. Hang Seng Bank is registered as an insurance agency by the IA (Licence No.: FA3168) and authorized by Chubb for distribution of these plans. These plans are products of Chubb and not Hang Seng Bank.

The Designated Life Insurance Plans are underwritten by Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited (“Hang Seng Insurance”), which is authorized and regulated in Hong Kong SAR by the IA. Hang Seng Insurance reserves the right of final approval of the policy issuance. Hang Seng Bank is registered as an insurance agency by the IA (Licence No.: FA3168) and authorized by Hang Seng Insurance for distribution of these plans. These plans are products of Hang Seng Insurance and not Hang Seng Bank.

Upon application for the abovementioned insurance plans, insurance premium will be payable to the relevant insurers, and the relevant insurers will provide Hang Seng Bank with commission and performance bonus as remuneration for distribution of these plans. The existing staff remuneration policy on sales offered by Hang Seng Bank takes into account various aspects of the staff performance instead of focusing solely on the sales amount.

In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between Hang Seng Bank and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Hang Seng Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however, any dispute over the contractual terms of the insurance products, underwriting, claims and policy service should be resolved directly between Chubb or Hang Seng Insurance (as the case may be) and the customer.
