Terms and Conditions for “Olive +FUN Carnival” Lucky Draw Campaign
- “Olive +FUN Carnival” Lucky Draw Campaign (“Campaign”) will be held by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng Bank”) during the period from 5 February 2024 to 28 March 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- To be eligible for this Campaign, customers must download Hang Seng Olive Application (“Hang Seng Olive App”) and register as a Hang Seng Olive member (“Eligible Participants”) during Promotion Period.
How to join the “Olive +FUN Carnival” Lucky Draw?

Eligible Participants have to complete the designated task(s) as
stated below (“Designated Missions”) during the Promotion
Period. Upon successful completion of the Designated Mission(s),
Eligible Participants will earn a corresponding lucky draw
entry(ies) via Hang Seng Olive App. Lucky draw entries will be
used for joining the Campaign. Details of the Designated

Each time a Hang Seng Olive member successfully invites a new user to register for Hang Seng Olive, he/she can get 2 lucky draw entries. The invited friends must enter “My Referral Code” shared by the existing Olive members during registration.
Each Hang Seng Olive member can complete up to 5 times of “Invite a Friend” mission throughout the entire Campaign, which means each customer can earn up to 10 chances in this mission.Hang Seng Olive Membership upgrade
5 lucky draw entries for each Hang Seng Olive membership upgrade (i.e., Bronze to VIP Silver or VIP Gold, or VIP Silver to VIP Gold).
Credit Card binding
1 lucky draw entry per Hang Seng credit card binding, only eligible credit cards issued by Hang Seng Bank which are applicable to the card binding feature of Hang Seng Olive will be accepted.
Entry will be given to (1) Eligible Lucky Draw Customer whose credit card remains bound with Hang Seng Olive during the Lucky Draw Promotion Period; or (2) Eligible Lucky Draw Customer who binds any eligible credit card issued by Hang Seng Bank for the first time during the Lucky Draw Promotion Period.
Entry will not be given to card switching or rebinding with the same card if the Eligible Participants have already acquired lucky draw entries from previous card binding during the Promotion Period .First-time Enable Personalized Marketing Notifications in Hang Seng Olive App
Hang Seng Olive members who enable Personalized Marketing Notifications for the first time during the Promotion Period can get a maximum of 1 lucky draw entry throughout the entire Campaign.
Lucky draw entry will not be given to Eligible Participants who have already acquired and lucky draw entry by completing this mission during the Campaign, or who have enabled Personalized Marketing Notifications previously before the Promotion Period. Eligible Participants who have enabled the Personalized Marketing Notifications before the Promotion Period but then switch off and enable the Personalized Marketing Notifications for the second time during the Promotion Period will not be given any lucky draw entry.Successfully apply for designated insurance plan(s) online and enter promo code (“Promo Code Designated Mission”)
Promo Code Designated Mission is applicable to personal customer(s) of Hang Seng Bank with Prestige Private, Prestige Banking, Preferred Banking, Integrated Account, Family+ Account, Savings/Current Account or Hang Seng Credit Card, who fulfill all criteria below (“Eligible Participants of Promo Code Designated Mission”):
- Who have provided “Opt-in for all marketing channels” or “Opt-in for partial marketing channels” for SMS/MMS in Marketing Preferences
- Who have logged in to Hang Seng Olive App to redeem lucky draw entries on the Campaign page using the Policy Promo Code (“Policy Promo Code”) during the Promotion Period
Eligible Participants of Promo Code Designated Mission who apply for designated insurance plan(s) (“Designated Insurance Plans”) online via Hang Seng Bank (not applicable to applications via Yuu platform) during the period from 5 February 2024 to 14 March 2024 (both dates inclusive) with successful policy issuance will obtain a Policy Promo Code within Promotion Period. Policy Promo Code will be sent via SMS/MMS to the valid Hong Kong local mobile number maintained in Hang Seng Bank of such Eligible Participant of Promo Code Designated Mission.
Each Policy Promo Code can only be redeemed once during the Promotion Period. Eligible Participants of Promo Code Designated Mission must be the policyholder of the Designated Insurance Plan(s) and the holder of Hang Seng Olive App account in order to redeem the lucky draw entries using the Policy Promo Code of this Campaign.
Eligible Participants of Promo Code Designated Mission are entitled to relevant lucky draw entries upon each successful issuance of the following Designated Insurance Plans and the input of a valid Policy Promo Code every time:

Other campaign promo code(s) will be distributed through different promotional activities during the Promotion Period (“Campaign Promo Codes”) for redeeming the lucky draw entry(ies). Each eligible Participant is only allowed to input up to 10 valid Promo Codes (including the Policy Promo Codes and the Campaign Promo Codes) during the Promotion Period. Any Campaign Promo Code or Policy Promo Code must be used on or before 28 March 2024, otherwise it will be void.
How to join the Campaign and get the Golden Cabin Flash Prize?

Eligible Participants who join the Campaign during the "Flash Prize!" period will have a chance to win an extra Golden Cabin Flash Prize ("Golden Cabin Flash Prize"). The Golden Cabin Flash Prize is a HKD800 Mandarin Oriental e-Gift Card.
- For further details of the Prizes, please refer to relevant page of the prizes in Hang Seng Olive App.
- Each Prize winner will receive Hang Seng Olive Points or an e-voucher through Hang Seng Olive App depending on the Prizes drawn. The e-voucher can be used for the redemption of the corresponding Prize.
- Gifts are distributed at random and are available while stocks last, Eligible Participants who are not able to draw a Prize will receive “Thanks for joining” notification.
General Terms and Conditions
- Hang Seng Bank reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate any of the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign and/or adjust, withdraw or cancel this Campaign and/or any of the offers at any time without prior notice and without giving any reasons whatsoever. The decision(s) of the bank on all matters relating to this promotion and relevant offers shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng Bank shall be final.
- Hang Seng Bank reserves the right to vary or replace the prizes of this Campaign with other prizes at any time without prior notice and without giving any reason. The value and/or nature of the substitutes may differ from the original prizes offered.
- Hang Seng Bank has the sole discretion to determine the eligibility of the participant for receiving Policy Promo Code and/or Campaign based on the records held on Hang Seng Bank and/or Hang Seng Olive App. In case of any disputes, the record of Hang Seng Bank shall be final.
- The Prizes, the Golden Cabin Flash Prizes cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, returned, refunded or exchanged for cash by any winner under any circumstances. Apart from the responsibilities stipulated by law, Hang Seng Bank accepts no liability for any loss, damage or impact resulting from the prizes.
- For prizes supplied by third parties, Hang Seng Bank shall not be responsible for any legal liabilities related to the prizes. The suppliers of the prizes shall be solely responsible for all issues relating to the prizes including quality and availability. Any disputes or complaints relating to the prizes shall be settled between the winners and suppliers directly.
- If for any reason this Campaign does not operate as planned which includes but not limited to computer virus, bugs, worms, Trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Hang Seng Bank that corrupt or affect the administration, system security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, Hang Seng Bank reserves the right and sole discretion to disqualify any Eligible Participant and retrieve the prizes without prior notice.
- Any transactions (including the purchase of the Designated Insurance Plans and the redemption of the Promo Code) which are eventually cancelled, returned or found to be fraudulent will be ineligible for the entry of Campaign lucky draw.
- Hang Seng Bank shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption or non-availability of the Campaign. Hang Seng Bank shall not accept any liability, obligation or legal responsibility for not being able to hold, organize or arrange Campaign.
- Unless otherwise specified, Eligible Participants can enjoy the offers in this Campaign in conjunction with other promotional offers.
- No person other than the Eligible Participants and Hang Seng Bank (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- In case of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
