Terms & Conditions of Maxim’s e-Gift Voucher Reward for Hang Seng Olive Membership Upgrade (the “Offer”)

  1. The promotion period is from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng Bank”) customers need to:
    1. Download the Hang Seng Olive Wellness App (“Hang Seng Olive”) and register as Hang Seng Olive member.
    2. Input the Hang Seng Olive Invitation Key issued by Hang Seng Bank to upgrade as Hang Seng Olive VIP Silver or VIP Gold member (“Qualified Member”).
    3. Qualified Member is eligible to redeem a Maxim’s e-Gift Voucher issued by Hong Kong Maxim’s (the “Voucher”) from “My Vouchers” in Hang Seng Olive. Upgrade to Hang Seng Olive VIP Silver member to get a HK20 Voucher; upgrade to Hang Seng Olive VIP Gold member to get a HKD50 Voucher.
  3. Each Hang Seng Olive member can redeem the Voucher once only upon upgrade.
  4. The Voucher is limited and redemption is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
  5. For details on how to redeem the Voucher, please refer to the page displaying the Voucher in Hang Seng Olive.
  6. Hang Seng Bank is not the supplier of the Voucher and will not assume any liability in relation to the same. The supplier of the Voucher shall be solely responsible for all issues related to the quality and availability of the relevant products and services. Any disputes arising in relation to the Voucher shall be resolved between customers and the relevant supplier.   7. Hang Seng Bank reserves the right to adjust, withdraw or cancel the Offer and to amend or revise any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
  8. Hang Seng Bank reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to the above Offer, which shall be binding on all parties concerned. In case of any dispute, Hang Seng Bank’s decision shall be final.
  9. If there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions of the Offer, the English version shall prevail.
