Terms and Conditions for the Offer of e-Gift Voucher for Hang Seng Olive Members (“the Promotion”):
- The promotion period of the Promotion is from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
- The Promotion is applicable to personal customers who hold an active account of Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng Bank”) Prestige Private, Prestige Banking, Preferred Banking, Integrated Account, Family+ Account, Savings/Current Account or Hang Seng Credit Card (“Selected Customers”), but is not applicable to corporate customers of Hang Seng Bank.

Subject to these terms and conditions, Selected Customers must
satisfy all criteria below to be eligible for the Offer
(“Qualified Customers”):
- Make an Eligible Application;
- Download the Hang Seng Olive Application (“Hang Seng Olive”) and remain registered as a VIP Gold or Silver App member of Hang Seng Olive when receiving the Offer; and
- Maintain a valid Hong Kong local mobile number with Hang Seng Bank for receiving SMS/MMS text message (“Registered Mobile Number”).
- “Eligible Application” refers to any successful application for the QuickReward Endowment Life Insurance Plan (1-Year) (“Eligible Insurance Plan”) made via the website of Hang Seng Bank within the Promotion Period (this Promotion does not apply to any application made via the yuu channel), and the policy issued in relation to the application remains effective 90 days after the policy issuance. Any application for an Eligible Insurance Plan with unposted/cancelled/refunded premium will not qualify as Eligible Application for the purposes of the Promotion.
- Each Qualified Customer may receive one HKTVmall HKD50 e-Gift Voucher (“Offer”) for each Eligible Application for a total of three Eligible Applications.
- Qualified Customer can collect the Offer in Hang Seng Olive by logging in to Hang Seng Olive and entering the designated Olive redemption code (“Olive Redemption Code”) into the "Gift Box" icon at the bottom right of the Olive home page on or before 31 October 2025. The Olive Redemption Code will be sent to the Qualified Customer’s Registered Mobile Number via SMS/MMS text message within 90 days after confirmation of the relevant application being an Eligible Application.
- Each Qualified Customer can only receive one Olive Redemption Code for each Offer. The Qualified Customer should ensure that the Olive Redemption Code is kept safely. The Olive Redemption Code will not be replaced if lost, stolen or expired.
- No alteration or cancellation can be made after the collection of the Offer, and all rewarded Offer cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstances.
- Any transactions which are eventually cancelled / returned or found to be fraudulent will be considered as ineligible transactions which do not qualify for the Promotion, and the relevant customer will not be rewarded with any Offer.
- Hang Seng Bank and Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited (“Hang Seng Insurance”) are not the supplier of the Offer and will not assume any liability in relation to the same. The supplier of the Offer shall be solely responsible for all issues related to the quality and availability of the relevant products and services. Any disputes arising in relation to the Offer shall be resolved between customers and the relevant supplier. - For the details about how to redeem the Offer, please refer to the page displaying the Offer in Hang Seng Olive or the website of the relevant supplier.
- Hang Seng Bank and Hang Seng Insurance reserve the right to adjust, withdraw or cancel the Promotion and to amend or revise any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
- Unless otherwise specified, this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with Hang Seng Bank staff privileges.
- No person other than the Qualified Customer, Hang Seng Bank and Hang Seng Insurance (which, for Hang Seng Bank and Hang Seng Insurance, include their successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Hang Seng Bank and Hang Seng Insurance reserve the right of final decision on all matters relating to the above Promotion, which shall be binding on all parties concerned. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng Bank and Hang Seng Insurance shall be final.
- These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”).
- These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
- In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- Unless specified, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions for the “QuickReward Endowment Life Insurance Plan (1-Year)”.

QuickReward Endowment Life Insurance Plan (1-Year) is underwritten by Hang Seng Insurance. Hang Seng Insurance is authorised and regulated by the Insurance Authority of Hong Kong. Hang Seng Bank is an insurance agency authorised by Hang Seng Insurance for distribution of this plan. This plan is a product of Hang Seng Insurance but not Hang Seng Bank. Upon application for this plan, insurance premium will be payable to Hang Seng Insurance, and Hang Seng Insurance will provide Hang Seng Bank with commission and performance bonus as remuneration for distribution of this plan. The existing staff remuneration policy on sales offered by Hang Seng Bank takes into account various aspects of the staff performance instead of focusing solely on the sales amount. In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between Hang Seng Bank and you out of the selling process or processing of the related insurance product transaction, Hang Seng Bank will enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with you; however, any dispute over the contractual terms of the insurance product should be resolved between Hang Seng Insurance and you directly.
