Terms and Conditions for “Olive Winter Party” Lucky Draw Campaign

  1. “Olive Winter Party ” Lucky Draw Campaign (“Campaign”) will be held by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng Bank”) during the period from 2 December 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. To be eligible for this Campaign, customers must download Hang Seng Olive Application (“Hang Seng Olive App”) and register as a Hang Seng Olive member (“Eligible Participants”) during the Promotion Period.

How to join the “Olive Winter Party” Lucky Draw?
  1. Eligible Participants have to complete the designated task(s) as stated below (“Designated Missions”) during the Promotion Period to earn corresponding lucky draw entry(ies) via Hang Seng Olive App. Lucky draw entries will be used for joining the lucky draw. Details of the Designated Missions are as follows:

    Each Eligible Participants can complete this mission at most 6 times throughout the entire Promotion Period.

    Hang Seng Olive Membership upgrade Eligible Participant can get 5 lucky draw entries for each Hang Seng Olive membership upgrade (i.e., Bronze to VIP Silver or VIP Gold, or VIP Silver to VIP Gold).
    First-time Enable Personalized Marketing Notifications in Hang Seng Olive App Eligible Participant who enables Personalized Marketing Notifications for the first time during the Promotion Period can get a maximum of 1 lucky draw entry throughout the entire Campaign.
    Lucky draw entry will not be given to Eligible Participants who have already acquired 1 lucky draw entry by completing this mission during the Promotion Period, or who have enabled Personalized Marketing Notifications previously before the Promotion Period. Eligible Participants who have enabled the Personalized Marketing Notifications before the Promotion Period but then switch off and enable the Personalized Marketing Notifications for the second time during the Promotion Period will not be given any lucky draw entry.
    Invite a Friend Eligible Participants who successfully invite a new users to register for Hang Seng Olive App can get 1 lucky draw entries. The invited friends must enter “My Referral Code” shared by the existing Olive members during registration.
    Each Eligible Participant can complete this mission at most 10 times throughout the entire Campaign, which means each Eligible Participant can earn up to 10 lucky draw entries in this mission.
    Credit Card binding Eligible Participant can get 3 lucky draw entries per Hang Seng credit card binding.
    Each Eligible Participant can complete this mission at most once throughout the entire Promotion Period. Only eligible credit cards issued by Hang Seng Bank which are applicable to the card binding feature of Hang Seng Olive App will be accepted.
    Entry will be given to (1) Eligible Participants whose credit card remain bound with Hang Seng Olive App during the Promotion Period; or (2) Eligible Participants who bind any eligible credit card issued by Hang Seng Bank for the first time during the Promotion Period.

How to join the Campaign?
  1. Eligible Participants can use the lucky draw entries earned to participate in the lucky draw via Hang Seng Olive App. Subject to Clause 6, the prizes for the lucky draw are as follows (“Prizes”):

  2. Each Prize winner will receive Hang Seng Olive Points or an e-voucher through Hang Seng Olive App depending on the Prizes drawn. The e-voucher can be used for the redemption of the corresponding Prize.
  3. The Prizes are distributed at random upon participating in the lucky draw and are available while stocks last. Eligible Participants who are not able to draw a Prize will receive a “Thanks for joining” notification.

General Terms and Conditions
  1. Hang Seng Bank reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate any of the terms and conditions of this Campaign and/or adjust, withdraw or cancel this Campaign and/or any of the offers at any time without prior notice and without giving any reasons whatsoever. The decision(s) of Hang Seng Bank on all matters relating to this Campaign and relevant offers shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng Bank shall be final.
  2. Hang Seng Bank reserves the right to vary or replace the Prizes of this Campaign with other prizes at any time without prior notice and without giving any reason. The value and/or nature of the substitutes may differ from the original prizes offered.
  3. Hang Seng Bank has the sole discretion to determine the eligibility of the participant for the Campaign based on the records held on Hang Seng Bank and/or Hang Seng Olive App. In case of any disputes, the record of Hang Seng Bank shall be final.
  4. The Prizes cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, returned, refunded or exchanged for cash by any winner under any circumstances. Apart from the responsibilities stipulated by law, Hang Seng Bank accepts no liability for any loss, damage or impact resulting from the prizes.
  5. For prizes supplied by third parties, Hang Seng Bank shall not be responsible for any legal liabilities related to the prizes. The suppliers of the prizes shall be solely responsible for all issues relating to the prizes including quality and availability. Any disputes or complaints relating to the prizes shall be settled between the winners and suppliers directly.
  6. The redemption and use of Olive Points are subject to the Hang Seng Bank Limited User Agreement for Hang Seng Olive (Mobile App) (“User Agreement”). For details, please refer to the User Agreement.
  7. If this Campaign does not operate as planned for any reason, which includes but is not limited to computer virus, bugs, worms, Trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Hang Seng Bank that corrupt or affect the administration, system security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, Hang Seng Bank reserves the right and sole discretion to disqualify any Eligible Participant and retrieve the Prizes without prior notice.
  8. Any transactions which are eventually cancelled, returned or found to be fraudulent will be ineligible for the Campaign.
  9. Hang Seng Bank shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption or non-availability of the Campaign. Hang Seng Bank shall not accept any liability, obligation or legal responsibility for not being able to hold, organize or arrange the Campaign.
  10. Unless otherwise specified, Eligible Participants can enjoy the offers in this Campaign in conjunction with other promotional offers.
  11. No person other than the Eligible Participants and Hang Seng Bank (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
  12. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  13. In case of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
