Terms and Conditions of the Free Wellness Service Offer (“Wellness Service”):

1. Applicant is required to submit the application of EasyRefund 100% Global Hospital Cash Plan (3-Year) via Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng Bank") website successfully. Upon the approval of the policy of EasyRefund 100% Global Hospital Cash Plan (3-Year) (“Policy"), the Life Insured (“Life Insured”) can enjoy a free Wellness Service once within 12 months after 3 months of cooling-off expiry date (“redemption start date”) of the Policy.
2. At the time of using the Wellness Service, the captioned Policy should be in force. Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited (“HSIC”) shall reserve the right to charge the additional / administration fee if the Life Insured redeemed the wellness service and surrendered the Policy before the redemption start date.
3. Upon the issuance of the Policy, Hang Seng Personal e-Banking customer can download the redemption letter of Wellness Service in the Hang Seng Bank Personal e-Banking (Log on Hang Seng Bank Personal e-Banking (Desktop version) > “Insurance” > “My Insurance” > select the applicable life insurance plan > “Policy pack”). If the Life Insured does not register Hang Seng Bank Personal e-Banking, the redemption letter will be mailed to the correspondence address of the Policyholder registered during the application.
4. Details of Wellness Service are available on redemption letter. Life Insured is required to contact designated service provider listed on the redemption letter for reservation and present the redemption letter for redemption of service at that time. Wellness Service shall be invalid after the expiry date.
5. Wellness Service is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
6. For any changes on the Wellness Service, prior notice will not be given.
7. Wellness Service is provided by third-party service provider. HSIC is not the service provider of the Wellness Service and will not be responsible for the quality of the Wellness Service.
8. Hang Seng Bank and HSIC reserve the right to suspend, vary or terminate the Wellness Service and to amend the terms and conditions of the Wellness Service at any time without prior notice. Hang Seng Bank and HSIC also reserve the right of final decision on all matters relating to the Wellness Service, which shall be binding on all parties concerned.
