Terms and Conditions of “Prudential Presents JJ Lin “JJ20 FINAL LAP World Tour” in Hong Kong – Lucky Draw for MMPOWER World Mastercard Limited time Welcome Offer”

The promotional period is from 19 March 2025 [(00:00 a.m.)] until 6 April 2025 [(23:59 p.m.)] (Both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
Customers, who are not currently holding Principle Card of Hang Seng MMPOWER World Mastercard, can get ONE lucky draw chance upon fulfilling the requirements under Clauses 2(a) to (c) (“Eligible Credit Card Customers”):

This promotion is not applicable to Hang Seng MMPOWER World Mastercard application submitted through 3rd party platforms including but not limited to MoneyHero, MrMiles.hk, Fly for Miles, HongKongCard.com, MoneySmart, MoneyMoney, Alipay during the Promotion Period.

Successfully apply for a Principle Card of Hang Seng MMPOWER World Mastercard (“Eligible Credit Card”) issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) during the Promotion Period; and
Successfully submit the supporting document for the Eligible Credit Card application on or before 13 April 2025; and
Successfully approve the application of the Eligible Credit Card on or before 27 April 2025.

Eligible Credit Card Customers are required to ensure that all the required supporting documents are successfully provided when applying for the Eligible Credit Card. Hang Seng accepts no liability for any delays in approval and the ineligibility to the lucky draw due to applicant’s failure to submit the required supporting documents.
Hang Seng will determine whether Eligible Credit Card Customers are eligible for the lucky draw based on our system records. The lucky draw winners (the “Winners”) will be drawn randomly by computer system to get the prize set out in the table above.
Hang Seng will only notify Winners via SMS (“Prize Notification”) on or before 15 May 2025. Winners are required to ensure the mobile phone number used to apply for the Eligible Credit Card is correct and valid. No further notice will be given to customers who have not been drawn.
The Eligible Credit Card account of the Winners must be valid and in good standing at the time of prize redemption.
If the Winners are unable to receive the Prize Notification due to incorrect or invalid mobile phone number provided, the Winners will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. Hang Seng accepts no liability and no compensation of whatsoever nature will be offered.

Winners are required to present the Prize Notification, the HKID card and the Eligible Credit Card in person to Denki redemption center (“Redemption Center”) for verification while collecting the prize from 17 May to 21 May 2025 (“Redemption Period”). Any redemption after the Redemption Period will be treated as forfeiting the prize and no compensation of whatsoever will be offered.

The seating arrangement of the prize is assigned randomly by Yiu Wing Live Co. Ltd., the organizer of the prize event (the “Organizer”). Separated seats (including allocation of seats in odd numbers) may be provided. No seat and session selection are available. The Organizer reserves the right to change or reschedule the date of the prize event and/or cancel the prize event without prior notice. Hang Seng have no responsibility if the date of the prize event is changed, rescheduled, and/or cancelled. No compensation of whatsoever nature will be offered. For any disputes or enquiries relating to the prize event, please contact the Organizer for further details.
Hang Seng reserves the right to replace the prize with any alternative gift without prior notice. The value or nature of the alternative gift may differ from the prize offered.
Hang Seng is neither vendors nor providers of the prize, thus Hang Seng is not responsible for the prize or services provided.
Winners cannot exchange the prize for cash, other products, services or discounts or transfer the offer.
The Terms and Conditions of the Eligible Credit Card and all other applicable prevailing promotions offered by Hang Seng will apply.
Hang Seng has the sole and absolute discretion in determining a customer’s eligibility to receive the prize.
Hang Seng reserves the right to terminate the lucky draw and to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any disputes arising from the lucky draw, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final and conclusive.
No person other than the Eligible Credit Card Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.

Terms and Conditions of Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card Spending Rewards at Olympian City (“the Promotion”):

The promotion period is from 24 March to 5 April 2025, both dates inclusive (Promotion Period”). The Promotion is divided into 2 phases:
Phase 1: 24 to 29 March 2025
Phase 2: 30 March to 5 April 2025
The Promotion is appliable to Olympian City 1, 2 and 3 (“Participating Mall(s)”).
Customers must settle the payment with Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card to enjoy the Promotion (excluding e-shopping Mastercard) (“Eligible Credit Card”).
The Promotion is applicable to cardholder of an Eligible Credit Card(s) (“Customers”). Customers must use an Eligible Credit Card to make eligible transactions (as defined in Clause 12) at the merchants in the Participating Malls (“Merchants”) during the Promotional Period to participate in the Promotion.

During the Promotion Period, Customers are entitled to use $10 +FUN Dollars to add-on the below rewards upon accumulated net spending of a designated amount at the Participating Malls with the same Eligible Credit Card

^Customers will receive a Reward redemption letter. Customers are required to bring along the redemption letter and the supporting documents to visit the “Denki AV Service Centre Kowloon” from 12 to 23 May 2025 to collect the Concert tickets. For the ticket collection details, please refer to the redemption letter.

Each Customer (based on each Eligible Credit Card) is entitled to add on the Reward once only per day within the Promotion Period.
A total of 10 quotas for each phase. The Reward is available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
Each Eligible Customer must present the original copies of machine-printed merchant sales invoices and the corresponding receipts (“Eligible Receipts”), together with the Eligible Credit Card in person at the designated location (as defined in Clause 9) within the designated time. The $10 +FUN Dollars add-on is valid after verification by the staff. The person adding on the Reward must be the individual who made the transactions. The staff reserves the right to ask for identity proof for verification purpose.

Reward cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash, other products or service under any circumstance once it is issued. Rewards are bounded by the related terms and conditions issued by the suppliers.
Eligible Receipts included the original copies of the machine-printed sales invoices and receipts issued by the Merchants within the opening hours. The machine-printed sales invoices must clearly state the Merchant’s name, shop address, transaction date, spending amount and purchase items; whereas Credit Card number, merchant name, transaction date, spending amount, valid authorisation code and Customer’s signature (if applicable) must be clearly stated on the receipts. The Credit Card statement, photocopies of receipts/ machine-printed sales invoices are not accepted. The Customers will be classified as ineligible for the add-on, if he/ she failed to present the original copies of the merchant machine-printed sales invoices and receipts and/or the relevant physical Eligible Credit Card and/or eligible mobile payment transaction records, or the information provided by the Customers are incomplete. Eligible Receipts that are damaged, outdated and unable to show clearly the relevant information are not accepted.
Eligible transactions refer to transactions made by Eligible Customers using Eligible Credit Cards at the Merchants (mobile payments are included) (“Eligible Transaction(s)”). The following are not eligible for the Reward add-on: travel agencies; cross-border buses, property/real estate agencies, employment centres, elderly homes, money exchange shops, services provided by any business nature (including but not limited to: services of fitness and beauty centres (except purchase of products); haircut/hair treatment; medical and dental clinic services (except purchase of products); carwash, car care or automotive and related services; banking services; insurance premiums; tuition / membership / any other monthly fees; the purchase or topping-up of Octopus cards; value-added or payment services); kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up Stores / markets (this merchant list is subject to change from time to time without prior notice), tenants in office buildings; hotels; mail, fax, email or phone orders; online shopping (except online purchase of movie tickets); telecommunication fees or purchase of calling cards; trade-in transactions or product redemptions, purchase of parking cards. Purchase of and/or use of cards / coupons (including cash coupons, the Merchants’ gift card, e-coupons, membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards or value-added cards, shoe coupons, soup coupons, drink coupons, food coupons, cake cards, and wedding coupons (including but not limited to cake cards, Chinese bridal cake cards, wedding vouchers and wedding coupons); purchase of tickets; purchase of gold grains, bars or deposits for the gold saving club, payments settled by cash.
Any photocopied, amended, handwritten or reprinted sales invoices/ receipts and Credit Card statement are not accepted. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) reserves the right to reject any receipts that suspected to be invalid, forged, or issued for spurious transactions, or on other grounds. Cancelled, refunded, forgery and unsettled transactions are ineligible for the Reward add-on.
Eligible Transaction amount is counted by individual Eligible Credit Card, and only the actual transaction amount will be counted (i.e. the net amount after deducting the discounted price / the use of promotion coupon / gift certificate / cash coupon / S Coupons / +FUN Dollars / Merchant Dollars). Spending of different principal credit card and supplementary credit card will be counted separately.
Split transactions will not be accepted, i.e. the full amount of the transaction must be settled with the same Eligible Credit Card. Therefore, the transaction amount on the Merchant machine-printed sales invoice must be equivalent to the transaction amount on the receipts. Eligible Transactions from the same merchant cannot be split into multiple Merchant machine-printed sales invoice or receipts with same or different Eligible Credit Card to participate in this Promotion.
For instalment payments, the full amount listed on the Merchant machine-printed sales invoice will be counted. For transactions that involve deposit, only the value of the deposit on the transaction day instead of the total spending amount will be counted for the spending amount. The remaining balance cannot be used to participate in the Promotion.
Transaction made via e-wallets (including Octopus, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK, Tap & Go and PayMe by HSBC) are not accepted as Eligible Transactions for the Promotion.
Once a transaction made with +FUN Dollars has been processed, the required +FUN Dollars will be deducted instantly from Eligible Customers' credit card accounts. Any +FUN Dollars deducted for add-on concert ticket will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Eligible Customer cannot enjoy this offer if the amount of +FUN Dollars in their account is inadequate.
Use of +FUN Dollars is subject to the terms and conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card Membership Rewards Programme. For details, please contact promotional staff at the onsite.
The staff reserves the right to record the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the Eligible Credit Card, information stated on the Merchant machine-printed sales invoices and receipts, and make copies and request Apple Pay, Google Pay™ and Samsung Pay users to open the corresponding mobile app during the Reward add-on for the purpose of verification. The personal information collected is limited for the use of this Promotion only. By providing the above information for the Reward add-on, Customers have agreed on the collection of related data and understand the purpose on the use of such data.
By adding on the Reward, Customers have accepted and agreed to be bound by terms and conditions of the Promotion.
Staff of the Participating Malls and sales personnel of the merchants are not allowed to join the Promotion. Sales personnel of the Merchants cannot add-on the Reward on behalf of the customers under any circumstance.
Customers must keep all original receipts of the Eligible Transactions. In case of dispute, Hang Seng may at any time request the Customers to provide these receipts, transaction record and/or further documents or evidence for inspection.
The seats of the Concert tickets will be assigned randomly, and seating request is not allowed.
The Concert is organized by Yiu Wing Live. All information and services are directly supplied by Yiu Wing Live who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Concert. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Music Festival.
In case the Concert is cancelled or postponed, Yiu Wing Live is responsible for the relevant event arrangement and reserves the right for the reschedule of the event.
In case of fraud or abuse, Hang Seng reserves the right to disqualify the customer immediately and retain the right to retrieve the Reward from the Customers after disqualification.
Hang Seng reserves the right to replace the Rewards with any alternative gift to other forms of rewards (equivalent to the same values/ amounts) without prior notice.
The Eligible Transactions shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng.
Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Promotion and to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes arising out of the Promotion, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final and conclusive.

Terms and Conditions for Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card - Get a Gacha Chance with $10 +FUN Dollars to Get Exciting Prizes (“the Promotion”)

The Promotion period is on 24 March 2025 to 6 April 2025 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion is only applicable to cardholders of Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card excluding e-shopping Mastercard (“Eligible Credit Card”) customers.
During the Promotion Period, customer is required to use Eligible Credit Card (“Eligible Customer”) at Prudential Presents “JJ Lin JJ20 Final Lap World Tour” in Hong Kong (“Concert”) Olympian City Pop Up Store and get one gacha chance entry by using $10 +FUN Dollars. Eligible Customer can have a maximum of 5 times of the gacha chance entry each time.
During the Promotion Period, gacha chance quota is available in a daily cap of 120 for weekdays, 160 for Saturdays and Public Holidays while total quota cap is 1,880. Quota is on a first come first served basis, while supplies last. Eligible Customer can visit the shop physically for checking the remaining quota on that day.
The Reward of this Promotion would be two HKD380 tickets of Prudential Presents “JJ Lin JJ20 Final Lap World Tour” in Hong Kong (Seats for the concert tickets would be randomly assigned and seat selection is not available), HKD100 Supermarket Shopping Voucher, HKD50 Supermarket Shopping Voucher, and Candies (“Reward”). Total quota of the concert tickets is 14. For quota of other prizes, please refer to the promotional material on the site. They are in first come first served basis while supplies last.
Customers will receive a Reward redemption letter. Customers are required to bring along the redemption letter and the supporting documents and visit the Denki AV Service Centre Kowloon from 12 May 2025 to 23 May 2025 to collect the Concert tickets. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) has the right to collect and retain Eligible Customer’s name, credit card number in the course of redemption for the operation and audit of the Promotion.
Hang Seng reserves the right to change or substitute the Reward of this promotion with other reward at any time without prior notice. The value or nature of the substitute reward may differ from the reward offered for this Promotion.
All Reward cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, returned, refunded, exchanged for cash or other products by any winner under any circumstances. Apart from the responsibilities stipulated by law, Hang Seng accepts no liability for any loss, damage or impact resulting from the prizes.
For prizes supplied by third parties, Hang Seng shall not be responsible for any legal liabilities related to the prizes. The suppliers of the prizes shall be solely responsible for all issues relating to the prizes including quality and availability. Any disputes or complaints relating to the prizes shall be settled between the winners and suppliers directly.
Once a transaction made with +FUN Dollars has been processed, the required +FUN Dollars will be deducted instantly from Eligible Customers' credit card accounts. Any +FUN Dollars deducted for instant redemption for gacha chance entry will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Eligible Customer cannot enjoy this offer if the amount of +FUN Dollars in their account is inadequate.

By collecting the Reward, Customers have accepted and agreed to be bound by terms and conditions of the Promotion.
The Concert is organized by Yiu Wing Live. All information and services are directly supplied by Yiu Wing Live who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Concert. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Music Festival.
In case the Concert is cancelled or postponed, Yiu Wing Live is responsible for the relevant event arrangement and reserves the right for the reschedule of the event.
In case of fraud or abuse, Hang Seng reserves the right to disqualify the customer immediately and retain the right to retrieve the Reward from the Customers after disqualification.
Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above Offer and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final.
No person other than Eligible Customers, Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The Offers are governed by these Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by Yiu Wing Live.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
