Terms and Conditions of Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card “Prudential Presents: JJ Lin JJ20 Final Lap World Tour in Hong Kong” Priority Booking (the “Promotion”)

The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card (the “Eligible Credit Card(s)”) customers (the “Customer(s)”).
To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers are required to settle the whole payment by using their Eligible Credit Card.
The Promotion is applicable to the purchase of “Prudential Presents JJ Lin JJ20 Final Lap World Tour in Hong Kong” (the “Concert”) Tickets(the “Ticket(s)”) at designated website (https://priority.cityline.com) only. To enjoy the Promotion, customer must be or register to be a Cityline (Hong Kong) Limited (“Cityline”) member.
The priority booking period of the Promotion please refer to the Promotion materials listed on this promotional page. Tickets are limited on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last.
Upon successful purchase transaction, Cityline will distribute the the successful reservation email to the email address provided on the Cityline membership subscription record. If you have not received any order confirmation email after the order is confirmed, please contact Cityline’s customer service team for assistance.
Ticket(s) will be delivered to customer’s designated address via courier services (applicable to Hong Kong Region only), while the delivery service is not applicable to Mainland, Macau and overseas. Customers should ensure that the delivery address/information is correct. No amendments of delivery address for successful transaction. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), Yiu Wing Live and Cityline are not responsible for undelivered tickets due to wrong or incomplete delivery address/information. Customers who have not received tickets for the concert on or after 23 April 2025, please contact Cityline for assistance by email: cs@cityline.com or by phone: (852) 3761 6688 (Office hours: Monday to Friday 10am-7pm, excluding Public Holiday).
Cityline will automatically assign available seats for Customers, seating request is not allowed, the exact seat number will be shown on the E-Tickets.
Each Eligible Credit Card is allowed to purchase up to 4 Tickets per transaction. The purchase of Tickets is based on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last. Ticketing platform will charge a HKD100 handling fee for each Ticket and a local delivery fee of HKD50 for each order (no more than 4 Tickets per delivery).
All purchased and issued Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded.
Once the transaction is accepted, total price of Ticket(s), a HKD100 platform fee and a HKD50 local delivery fee will be debited instantly from the Customer’s Eligible Credit Card account. The amount is not refundable, and the transaction is valid only if the account has sufficient available credit limit.
Each Ticket admits one person only. The ticket must be presented on-site for admission.
This Concert is for participants ages 3 or above.
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
Customers must be or register to be a Cityline member to purchase E-Tickets. The Cityline member service is bound by the terms and conditions set by Cityline. For the details, please contact Cityline.
The Concert is organized by Yiu Wing Live. All information and services are directly supplied by Yiu Wing Live who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Concert. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Music Festival.
In case the Concert is cancelled or postponed, Yiu Wing Live is responsible for the relevant event arrangement and reserves the right for the reschedule of the event.
Booking service of Tickets is provided by Cityline. The use of booking service of Tickets is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by Cityline. Hang Seng disclaims any liabilities in relation thereto.
Tickets purchased through Cityline are legitimate, subject to Cityline’s terms. If customer purchases a ticket through any sources other than Cityline, Cityline cannot guarantee that ticket’s authenticity.
If ticket is lost, damaged, defaced or stolen, Yiu Wing Live and Cityline will not reissue or replace the ticket, and will not bear any responsibility. Please keep it carefully.
Hang Seng, Yiu Wing Live and Cityline reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice.
No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng, Yiu Wing Live and Cityline shall be final.
The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Terms and Conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card Cityline Spending Offer (the “Promotion”)

Promotion Date is 20 March 2025 from 12:00 nn to 11:59 pm (“Promotion Date”).
To enjoy the offer, customers must settle the payment with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card (“Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card(s)”). Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card does not include USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, UnionPay RMB Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards.
To enjoy the offer, customers must be or register to be a member of Cityline (Hong Kong) Limited ("Cityline") and conduct a single net spending upon a designated amount of HKD530 or above via Cityline website or its mobile application with the Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card during the Promotion Date (“Eligible Transaction”) (“Offer”).
Each Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card account can enjoy the Offer once only during the Promotion Date.
Each Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card account is entitled to earn extra $30 +FUN Dollars/ 6,000 yuu Points (“Extra Reward”) during the Promotion Date. If the principal card and its supplementary card share the same credit limit, Eligible Transaction of the supplementary card(s) will be combined with those of the principal card.
The Offer is available in a quota cap of 1,000, on a first-come-first-served basis, while quota lasts.
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
All Eligible Transactions must be completed within 20 March 2025, and posted to the relevant offer’s Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card account on or before 3 April 2025.
Use of +FUN Dollars is subject to the terms and conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card Membership Rewards Programme. All transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled/ returned will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to the Promotion.
Extra Reward will be credited to the relevant Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card accounts in May 2025. The card accounts should be still valid and in good standing when the Extra Reward is credited. Customers can log in to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (if applicable) or call 24-hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry Hotline 2998 6899 to check the reward details.
Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of all Extra Rewards based on transaction records held by Hang Seng. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng’s records shall prevail.
Extra Reward cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstances.
The respective provider of the Mobile Payment Service (“Mobile Payment Service Providers”) and Cityline may reject an Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card if its payment system cannot handle the individual Credit Card type. Use of Mobile Payment Service with Eligible Hang Seng Credit Cards is subject to the terms and conditions of Mobile Payment Service Addendum to Card member Agreement. Booking service of Designated E-Tickets is provided by Cityline. The use of booking service of Designated E-Tickets is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by Cityline. Hang Seng disclaims any liabilities in relation thereto.
