Terms and Conditions for Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card -‘TheNextwave XX25 Beach Music Festival’ +FUN Dollars Reward” ( "Offer" ):

The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card (the “Eligible Credit Card(s)”) customers (the “Customer(s)”).
To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers are required to settle the whole payment by using their Eligible Credit Cards.
The Promotion is applicable to the purchase of “Hang Seng Bank Presents: ‘TheNextwave XX25 Beach Music Festival’ (the “Music Festival”) pass (the “Pass”) at designated website (klook.com) only. To enjoy the priority booking, Customers must be or register to be a Klook Travel Technology Limited (“Klook”) member.
The priority booking period and details of the Promotion, please refer to the Promotion materials listed on this promotional page. Passes are limited on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last.
Upon successful transaction, Klook will distribute the Pass to the email address provided on the Klook membership subscription record. If you have not received any order confirmation email after the order is confirmed, please email to Klook’s customer service team for assistance. Customers should ensure the email address and information are correct on Klook membership subscription record. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), Yiu Wing Live (“Yiu Wing Live/ Music Festival’s Organizer”) and Klook are not responsible for undelivered Pass due to wrong or inaccurate email address or information. In case of any related enquiry, the Customers shall directly contact Klook for enquiry.
Each Eligible Credit Card is allowed to purchase up to 4 Passes per transaction. The purchase of Pass is based on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last. Registration fee and handling fee will be charged by ticketing platform and event organizer (calculate according to each Pass). Additional handling fee will be charged to customer who makes the payment without using an Eligible Credit Card. For the above said details, please refer to designated ticketing website.
All purchased and issued Pass cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded.
Once the transaction is accepted, total price of Pass and a HKD12 platform fee for each Pass will be debited instantly from the Customer’s Eligible Credit Card account. The amount is not refundable, and the transaction is valid only if the account has sufficient available credit limit.
Each Pass admits one person only. The Pass must be presented on-site for admission.
This Music Festival is for participants aged 18 or above.
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
Customers must be or register to be a Klook member to purchase Pass. The Klook member service is bound by the terms and conditions set by Klook. For the details, please contact Klook.
The Music Festival is organized by Yiu Wing Live. All information and services are directly supplied by Yiu Wing Live who is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Music Festival. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Music Festival.
In case the Music Festival is cancelled or postponed, Yiu Wing Live is responsible for the relevant event arrangement and reserves the right for the reschedule of the event.
Booking service of Pass is provided by Klook. The use of booking service of Pass is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by Klook. Hang Seng disclaims any liabilities in relation thereto.
Hang Seng, Yiu Wing Live and Klook reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice.
No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng, Yiu Wing Live and Klook shall be final.
The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

The promotion period is from 9 June to 11:59 pm on 15 June 2025 (the "Promotion Period”). Offer is applicable to cardholders of Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card (excluding e-shopping Mastercard) ("Eligible Credit Card(s)") aged 18 years old or above.

During the Promotion Period, customers can participate a game via Hang Seng Bank Official Instagram @hangsengbank.official (“Hang Seng Instagram”) and will be automatically enrolled to Lucky Draw. Each winner can redeem prizes below at required +FUN Dollars:

A total of 96 Lucky Draw winners (the “Winner(s)”) will be drawn randomly by computer. Each customer (counted by Instagram account) will be entitled to a lucky draw chance and this Offer for once. Winner list will be posted in Hang Seng Instagram Story on or before 20 June 2025.
The Winner is required to send a message to Hang Seng Instagram inbox with screencap of the liked post on or before 23 June 2025 to confirm the Offer with Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng"). The winner is required to redeem the prizes with required +FUN Dollars instantly with Eligible Physical Credit Card on from 23 June to 2 July 2025 at designated redemption centre. During the Promotion Period, customer is required to use Eligible Credit Card (“Eligible Customer”) at designated Hang Seng Bank booth of ‘TheNextwave XX25 Beach Music Festival’ and get one gacha chance entry by using $10 +FUN Dollars. Eligible Customer can have a maximum of 2 times of the gacha chance entry each time.
During the Promotion Period, gacha chance quota is available in a total quota cap of 702. Quota is on a first come first served basis, while supplies last. Eligible Customer can visit the booth physically for checking the remaining quota on that day.
The rewards of this Promotion include autographed Hung Kaho - Live 2024 (Blu-ray), water-proof phone case, HKD100 Supermarket Shopping Voucher and Candies (“Reward”). Terms and Conditions for “Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card – ‘The Nextwave XX25 Beach Music Festival’ Spending Reward (“the Promotion”):

The promotion period is from 5 July and 6 July 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
Customer must use a Hang Seng Mastercard (excluding e-Shopping Mastercard) (“Eligible Credit Card”). The offer does not apply to transactions made via e-wallets, UnionPay App.
The offer is only applicable to cardholders of Eligible Credit Cards (“Customers”). During the Promotion Period, Customers must use an Eligible Credit Card to make purchase of a “HKD60 Dining Voucher” to redeem one unit of HKD70 dining voucher at the Hang Seng booth within ‘TheNextwave XX25 Beach Music Festival’ (“Music Festival”) venue. Each voucher can be used to redeem food or beverages valued at HKD70 at all food courts within the venue.
This dining voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. Any unused balance of the vouchers face value will not be refunded. Any remaining balance must be paid using an Eligible Credit Card.
This dining voucher is non-transferable, cannot be re-sold, exchanged for cash, or converted into other gifts, and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Each dining voucher is valid during the Promotion Period and will expire on July 6, 2025.
Dining vouchers are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
The Concert is organized by Yiu Wing Live (“Organizer”). Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Music Festival and the associated services provided by the Organizer.
Hang Seng is not a supplier of food and beverage. For any inquiries, complaints, or disputes regarding food and beverage provided by participating merchants in the dining area, Customer should directly contact the event organizer (if applicable). Hang Seng assumes no responsibility or liability for the food and beverage provided by participating merchants, including but not limited to its quality and availability, nor does it bear any responsibility for the consequences arising from the use of their product.
In case of any change(s) or cancellation of the Music Festival, the Organizer reserves the right for the final decision at its own discretion including refund or postponement of the Music Festival. Hang Seng and the Organizer are not responsible for any loss and will not make any compensation of the redemption.
