Terms and Conditions for “Manulife Proudly Presents About Life Andy Lau The Tour – Hong Kong” Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card and Debit Card Priority Booking (the “Promotion”)

  1. The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card and Hang Seng Multi-Currency Debit Mastercard, including Affinity Card (the “Eligible Credit Card(s)” or “Eligible Debit Card(s)”) customers (the “Customer(s)”), but excluding Commercial Card, Business Card, Spending Card, Renminbi Credit Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Card during the Priority Booking Period.
  2. Priority Booking Period is 21 September 2026 12 noon to 22 September 2026 11:59pm.
  3. To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers are required to settle the whole payment by using their Eligible Credit Card or Eligible Debit Card.
  4. The Promotion is applicable to the purchase of "Manulife Proudly Presents About Life Andy Lau The Tour – Hong Kong" (the "Concert") Tickets (the “Ticket(s)”) at designated website (https://priority.cityline.com) only. To enjoy the Promotion, customer must be or register to be a Cityline (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Ticketing Platform”) member. The member service is bound by its terms and conditions set. For the details, please contact the Ticketing Platform.
  5. Please refer to the Promotion information listed on this promotional page for the priority booking period of the Promotion. Tickets are limited on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last.
  6. There will be a HKD120 service fee (“Service Fee”) per ticket. Each Eligible Credit Card or Eligible Debit Card is limited to a maximum of 4 Tickets.
  7. Ticketing details and venue information are subject to relevant terms and conditions announced by the Organiser and the Ticketing Platform. Customers should refer to any ticket or seating requirements or restrictions (including but not limited to age limit and view restriction) before purchase.
  8. Upon successful purchase transaction, the Ticketing Platform will distribute the successful confirmation email to the email address registered on the Ticketing Platform. If you have not received any confirmation email after the booking is confirmed, please contact its customer service team for assistance.
  9. Ticket allocation will automatically assign available seats for customers. Seating request is not allowed, and the exact seat number will be shown on the Ticket(s).
  10. Ticket(s) will be mailed to Cardholders' designated address by courier; there will be a HKD50 local delivery charge per transaction. All relevant ticketing fees or services fees paid during the booking transaction – including but not limited to the Delivery Fee, Service Fee and the handling / administration fee (if applicable) – are non-refundable under any circumstance.
  11. Ticket(s) will be delivered to customer’s designated delivery address and telephone number via courier services, each delivery is limited to 4 tickets per transaction. Cardholders should ensure that the delivery address/information is correct. No amendments of delivery address for successful transaction. The Organiser and the Ticketing Platform are not responsible for undelivered tickets due to wrong or incomplete delivery address/information.
  12. Ticket(s) will be delivered to the designated address as registered in the Designated Platform’s booking account via courier services starting from 4 December 2026. Cardholders who have not received their priority booking tickets for the Concert by 11 December 2026, please email to cs@cityline.com for assistance.
  13. All purchased and issued Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded.
  14. Each Ticket admits one person only. The Ticket must be presented on-site for admission.
  15. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  16. The Concert is organized by Focus Entertainment Limited (the “Organizer”). All information and services are directly supplied by the Organizer who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Concert. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Concert.
  17. In case the Concert is cancelled or postponed, the Organizer is responsible for the relevant event arrangement and reserves the right for the reschedule of the event.
  18. The Booking service of Tickets is provided by the Ticketing Platform. The use of the booking service of Tickets is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by the Ticketing Platform. Please contact the Ticketing Platform for any booking information. Hang Seng disclaims any liabilities in relation thereto.
  19. Tickets purchased through the Ticketing Platform are legitimate, subject to its terms. If customer purchases a ticket through any sources other than the Ticketing Platform, the Ticketing Platform cannot guarantee that ticket’s authenticity.
  20. If ticket is lost, damaged, defaced or stolen, the Organizer and the Ticketing Platform will not reissue or replace the ticket, and will not bear any responsibility. Please keep it carefully.
  21. Hang Seng, the Organizer and the Ticketing Platform reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice.
  22. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
  23. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  24. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  25. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng, the Organizer and the Ticketing Platform shall be final.
  26. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Terms and Conditions of “Manulife Proudly Presents About Life Andy Lau The Tour – Hong Kong” – Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card Concert Ticket Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw Promotion”)

  1. The Lucky Draw Promotion is valid from 21 September 2026 to 10 November 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. This Lucky Draw Promotion is only applicable to the Principal Card cardholders of Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card(s) (“Eligible Customers”), including Affinity Card (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”), but excluding Commercial Card, Business Card, Spending Card, Renminbi Credit Card, e-shopping Mastercard, Private Label Card and Supplementary Card.
  3. Eligible Customers must opt-in SMS channel to receive Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) latest offers, promotions and services message to be entitled to the Lucky Draw Promotion during the Promotion Period.
  4. To enjoy the Lucky Draw Promotion, Eligible Customers must successfully register the Lucky Draw Promotion once at +FUN Centre in Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app (Log on Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app. Select “Cards” > “+FUN Centre” > Select this Lucky Draw Promotion and register). Each Eligible Customer only needs to register once. All Eligible Principal Credit Cards under the Eligible Customer’s name will then participate in this Lucky Draw Promotion. Only Eligible Transactions made from the registration date to the end of the Promotion Period will be counted for the Lucky Draw Promotion.
  5. Subject to these terms and conditions, the following is the mechanism to obtain lucky draw chances:
    1. Applicable to all Eligible Customers:
      1. Each Eligible Customer who successfully registers for the Lucky Draw Promotion via +FUN Centre in Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app will be entitled to 3 lucky draw chances.
      2. Each Eligible Customer will be entitled to 1 lucky draw chance for every HKD500 of accumulated net spending on Eligible Transactions with any Eligible Credit Card under the Customer’s name, up to a maximum of 20 lucky draw chances during the Promotion Period (the “Basic Lucky Draw Chance(s)”).
      3. An Eligible Customer who does not successfully apply for a Designated Hang Seng Credit Card under clause 5.2 below can obtain a maximum of 23 lucky draw chances during the Promotion Period, being 3 chances on registration plus up to 20 Basic Lucky Draw Chances.
    2. Applicable to Eligible Customers who apply for a Designated Hang Seng Credit Card:
      1. A Customer who fulfils the requirements below and successfully applies for a Principal Card of Hang Seng MMPOWER World Mastercard, Hang Seng Prestige World Mastercard and/or University / College Mastercard Credit Cards (“Designated Hang Seng Credit Card”) during the Promotion Period can get a 5-times multiplier of the Basic Lucky Draw Chance, up to a maximum of 100 lucky draw chances during the Promotion Period. The 5-times multiplier applies to the Basic Lucky Draw Chance only and does not apply to the 3 chances obtained on registration.
      2. Successfully apply for a Principal Card of Designated Hang Seng Credit Card issued by Hang Seng from 21 September 2026 to 19 October 2026; and
      3. Successfully submit the supporting documents for the credit card application on or before 19 October 2026; and
      4. The application of the credit card is successfully approved on or before 26 October 2026.

    3. During the Promotion Period, each customer only needs to register for the Lucky Draw Promotion once. In accordance with Clause 5.2 above, Eligible Customers who successfully apply for the Designated Hang Seng Credit Card may receive up to a total of 103 lucky draw chances during the Promotion Period, comprising 3 lucky draw chances obtained from registration and up to 100 Basic Lucky Draw Chances after applying the 5-times multiplier.
  6. Hang Seng will randomly draw the winners from among the Eligible Customers (“Reward Winners”) by computer. Each Reward Winner will receive 2 "Manulife Proudly Presents About Life Andy Lau The Tour – Hong Kong” (“Concert”) tickets (“Reward”). The Concert date/session and seat will be assigned randomly, and no selection will be allowed. Any requests to change the assigned date and/or seat will not be allowed. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng is final and conclusive.

Eligible Transaction means eligible local / overseas / online net retail transactions conducted with physical Eligible Credit Card or mobile payment during the Promotion Period, excluding any online bill payments via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (including but not limited to water bills, electricity bills, insurance premiums, payments to other banks and credit cards, etc.) and tax payments, all Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions, phone/fax orders (including bill payments and purchases), transactions in Hong Kong Dollars at the point of sales (in case of online transactions, the place of registration and/or settlement of the merchant) outside Hong Kong (“DCC Transaction”), cash coupon purchase, instalment payments, balance transfers, split transactions, “Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service” auto top-up amounts (including but not limited to reloading of Smart Octopus via e-wallets or other channels), purchase and/or reload of stored value cards or e-wallets or transactions via e-wallets, purchase of products/services at financial / non-financial institutions (including but not limited to foreign currency, money orders, travellers’ cheques, deposits and money transfers and Trading Platform spending in Plus500, IG.com etc.), casino chip purchases, autopays, cash advance transactions, handling fees of cash advance/annual fees/handling fees/finance charges, late charges of credit cards and any transactions under recurring payment instructions or Transactions of Tuition Fee Payment / Examination Fee Payment / Bookstores made with University / College Affinity Credit Card, please refer to related Hang Seng Bank website for relevant spending definition and details (“Eligible Transactions”). Any transactions that are found to be fraudulent, unposted, cancelled or refunded will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this Lucky Draw Promotion and no lucky draw chance will be rewarded.
  8. Eligible Transactions and eligible merchant codes shall be classified according to the merchant codes/transaction types as defined by Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited or determined by the respective merchant's acquiring bank, and at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng. Hang Seng has no obligation to clarify which transactions are eligible for the lucky draw chance before the Customers conduct the transactions. The decision on the Eligible Transaction definition of Hang Seng shall be final.
  9. If there is more than one Eligible Credit Card under Eligible Customer, Eligible Transactions made by all Eligible Principal Credit Card (s) under the Customer’s name will be included on a combined basis.
  10. Unless otherwise specified, eligible local/overseas/online retail transactions include but not limited to:
    1. Eligible Online Spending Transaction includes any online spending transactions in Hong Kong Dollars or foreign currencies with Eligible Credit Card. For foreign currencies transactions, the transaction amount will be based on the transaction currency transaction amount converted to Hong Kong Dollars and posted in the credit card statement;
    2. Eligible Overseas Spending includes overseas retail spending in foreign currencies made with Eligible Credit Card, excluding dynamic currency conversion transaction. For foreign currencies transactions, the transaction amount will be based on the transaction currency transaction amount converted to Hong Kong Dollars and posted in the credit card statement;
    3. Eligible Mobile Payment Transaction includes any transactions made in Hong Kong Dollars settled by Mobile Payment Services with Eligible Credit Card which are registered to Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay and UnionPay App (collectively, “Mobile Payment Services”) that are recognized by Hang Seng.
  11. All Eligible Transactions must be completed from the registration date to the end of the Promotion Period and posted to the relevant card account within 2 days after the Promotion Period ends.
  12. Eligible Transactions are based on the net spending amount, which means the final amount charged to the Eligible Credit Card, and the use of any discount offers, +FUN Dollars, yuu Points or Merchant Dollars (if applicable) will not be taken into account.
  13. Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of the customers for all lucky draw chances based on the registration and transactions records held by Hang Seng. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng’s records shall be final and conclusive.
  14. No alteration or cancellation can be made to the registration. Customers must keep the original sales slips of all posted transactions for verification purpose should any dispute arise. Hang Seng reserves the right to request customers to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification. All sales slips submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.
  15. The eligible transactions shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng.
  16. Hang Seng will post the winner list and Reward redemption details on hangseng.com/flash9 on or before 30 November 2026. Each Reward Winner must follow the Rewards redemption details to redeem the Reward, and must ensure that, at the time of the Reward redemption, the Eligible Credit Card account remains valid and in good standing, and that the Contact Number remains valid. If any Reward Winner fails to do so, it may result in Hang Seng’s inability to provide such Reward, and the Eligible Customer is deemed to have forfeited the Reward. Reward Winners can call 24-hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry Hotline 2998 6899 to check the Reward details.
  17. The Concert is organized by Focus Entertainment Limited (the “Organizer”). All Concert information and services are directly supplied by the Organizer who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Concert. Hang Seng does not accept any liability in connection with the Concert.
  18. The Organizer is responsible for the Concert’s arrangement, and reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel the Concert at any time. The Organizer also reserves the right to reduce the number of seats available for the Concert at any time without prior notice.
  19. Hang Seng reserves the right to replace the Reward with any alternative gift or other forms of rewards (equivalent to the same value/ amount) without prior notice.
  20. Each Eligible Customer is deemed to have agreed to and accepted the transfer by Hang Seng to the designated redemption centre of the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the Eligible Credit Card and Eligible Customer’s surname for the purpose of verifying the Rewards redemption for this Lucky Draw Promotion.
  21. By participating in the Lucky Draw Promotion, Customers have accepted and agreed to be bound by terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw Promotion.
  22. The Reward cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, sold, refunded or exchanged for cash, other products or service under any circumstance once it is issued. The Reward is bounded by the related terms and conditions issued by the supplier.
  23. Reselling of the tickets is strictly prohibited. Hang Seng reserves the right to confiscate or cancel any Reward found to have been resold, without further notice.
  24. Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Lucky Draw Promotion and to amend these terms and conditions at any time and from time to time without prior notice. In case of any dispute arising out of the Lucky Draw Promotion, the decision of Hang Seng is final and conclusive.
