Terms and Conditions for “Hang Seng Credit Card Limited-time Offer - $200 +FUN Dollars to Redeem Two Clockenflap Adult Single Day Tickets” Promotion (“Promotion”)

1. The promotion period is on 23 September 2024, from 12:00nn to 11:59 pm (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion is only applicable to cardholders of Hang Seng Visa Credit Card, Mastercard Credit Card, UnionPay Credit Card or Spending Card excluding Hang Seng enJoy Visa Platinum Card, enJoy Spending Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, Hang Seng UnionPay RMB Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards (each an “Eligible Credit Card” and collectively “Eligible Credit Cards”).
2. During the Promotion Period, each cardholder of Eligible Credit Card(s) (the “Eligible Customer(s)”) may redeem 2 adult single day tickets of Clockenflap Music and Arts Festival (“Music Festival”) on designated date by using $200 +FUN Dollars (the “Offer”). Customers holding adult single day ticket must be aged 18 or above for admission.
3. The Music Festival Ticket is valid for admission on 1 December 2024 only. ID-based system is adopted for the Music Festival. Customers must register their names on the tickets before admission, and the name on the ID must match the name on the ticket. For the registration procedure, please refer to the event organizer’s website (https://www.ticketflap.com).
4. To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Customers must complete the registration at Ticketflap via www.clockenflap.com. Customer must be or register as Ticketflap member to enjoy the Offer.
5. The Offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Quotas apply and are capped at 100. During the promotion period, each Eligible Customer may only redeem 2 tickets of Music Festival, and each eligible Credit Card can enjoy the offer only once.
6. To enjoy the offer, the personal information submitted by the Eligible Customer on the registration page, including name, phone number, date of birth, email address and credit card number, must completely match with the record of Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng").
7. Hang Seng will deduct +FUN Dollars from registered credit card within 30 working days upon Eligible Customer’s successful registration. During 23 September to 5 November 2024, Eligible Customers must have a minimum of $200 +FUN Dollars in their credit card used in registration at Ticketflap, to enjoy the Offer. If customer does not have sufficient +FUN Dollars, registration will be cancelled and customer will not be able to enjoy this offer.
8. Upon successful registration, customers shall be deemed to agree to and accept the transfer, by Ticketflap to Hang Seng, of the information provided by the customers on the registration page for the purposes of verifying customer entitlement and +FUN Dollars reduction for this Promotion.
9. Hang Seng and Clockenflap Festivals Limited (“Clockenflap”) will ensure that the personal data collected, transmitted, stored, and used, will comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This promotion is also subject to the Hang Seng Privacy Notice, please refer to https://www.hangseng.com/content/dam/hase/config/bde/pws/common/pdfs/zh_HK/notice_c.pdf for details. The user's information will only be used for identity confirmation and this Offer redemption purposes. Within 3 months after the end of the promotion, the relevant information will be confidentially destroyed.
10. Hang Seng will notify Eligible Customers who successfully redeemed the Offer by email on or before November 2024, and the tickets will be allotted to customer’s Ticketflap account on 20 November 2024. No further notice will be given to customer whose redemption registration has not been successful.
11. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. Once the registration is confirmed for redemption, it cannot be changed, cancelled, returned or transferred. And +FUN Dollars deducted will not be refunded.

14. The Music Festival is organized by Clockenflap. All information and services are directly supplied by Clockenflap who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Music Festival. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Music Festival.
15. In case of any change(s) or cancellation of the Music Festival, Clockenflap reserves the right for the final decision at its own discretion including ticket refund or postponement of the Music Festival. Hang Seng and Clockenflap are not responsible for any loss and will not make any compensation of the redemption.
16. No person other than the customers, Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) and Clockenflap will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
17. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
18. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
19. The Offers are governed by these Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Music Festival.
20. Hang Seng and Clockenflap reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above Offer and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and Clockenflap shall be final.
21. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card “Clockenflap Music & Arts Festival 2024” Priority Booking (the “Promotion”)

1. This Promotion is applicable to cardholders of Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card (each an “Eligible Credit Card”, and collectively “Eligible Credit Card(s)”), excluding Hang Seng Bupa Card, Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards.
2. To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers are required to settle whole payment using their Eligible Credit Card.
3. The Promotion is applicable to the purchase of “Clockenflap Music & Arts Festival 2024” (the “Music Festival”) Tickets (the “E-Ticket”) at the designated website (www.ticketflap.com) only. To enjoy the priority booking, Customers must first register at www.ticketflap.com to be a Ticketflap member.
4. For the priority booking period and details of the Promotion, please refer to the Promotion materials listed on this promotional page. Tickets are limited on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last.
5. Upon successful Ticket purchase transaction, Ticketflap will distribute the ticket confirmation email to the email address provided on the Ticketflap membership record. If you have not received any ticket confirmation email after the order is confirmed, please contact Ticketflap for assistance by email: contact@ticketflap.com(Office Hours: Mon to Fri, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except public holidays). Customers should ensure the email address and information on Ticketflap membership and the Ticket order are correct. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), and Total Ticketing Limited (“Ticketflap”) are not responsible for undelivered E-Tickets due to wrong or inaccurate email address or information. For E-Tickets related issues, please contact Ticketflap directly.
6. Each Eligible Credit Card may be used to purchase up to 6 E-Tickets per transaction. The purchase of E-Tickets is based on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last. Ticketflap will charge a HK$15 handling fee per E-Ticket purchased.
7. All purchased and issued E-Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded.
8. Once the transaction is accepted, total price of E-Ticket(s) and Ticketflap handling fee will be debited instantly from the Customer’s Eligible Credit Card account. The amount is not refundable, and the transaction is valid only if the account has sufficient available credit limit.
9. Each E-Ticket admits one person only. The E-Ticket must be presented on-site for admission.
10. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
11. The Ticketflap member service is bound by the terms and conditions set by Ticketflap. For details, please contact Ticketflap.
12. The Music Festival is organized by Clockenflap Festivals Limited (collectively, “Music Festival Organizers”). All information and services are directly supplied by Music Festival Organizers who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Music Festival. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Music Festival.
13. In case of any change(s) or cancellation of any of the scheduled Music Festival, Music Festival Organizers reserve the right for the final decision at its own discretion including ticket refund or postponement of the Music Festival. Music Festival Organizers will make decisions and announcements regarding arrangements of postponement or refund of the Music Festival in case of cancellation or postponement of the Music Festival. For the avoidance of doubt, Music Festival Organizers shall refund the face value of the E-Ticket(s) only, and any other handling charges will not be refunded.
14. In the event that any E-Tickets are lost, stolen or destroyed, Hang Seng, Music Festival Organizers and Ticketflap will not be responsible for such loss or damage and will not re-issue such E-Ticket. Ticketflap will handle all matters concerning the same and the Customers shall follow all the procedures and requirements stipulated by Ticketflap.
15. All Music Festival attendees must follow the government’s latest epidemic prevention measures and the Music Festival Organizers’ house rules during admission and the festival. Anyone who failed to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the Tickets(s) fee and customer service fee shall not be refunded. Please contact Music Festival Organizers for enquiry.
16. Booking service of E-Tickets is provided by Ticketflap. The use of booking service of E-Tickets is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by Ticketflap. Hang Seng disclaims any liabilities in relation thereto.
17. Hang Seng, Music Festival Organizers and Ticketflap reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for Hang Seng Credit Card Offer: $1 +FUN Dollar to Redeem One Refreshing Drink at “Hang Seng Power Station” in Clockenflap Music & Art Festival ( "Offer" ):

1. The promotion period is from 29 to 30 Nov and 1 Dec 2024 (the "Promotion Period”). The Offer is only applicable to cardholders of Hang Seng Visa Credit Card, Mastercard Credit Card, UnionPay Credit Card or Spending Card excluding Hang Seng enJoy Visa Platinum Card, enJoy Spending Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, Hang Seng UnionPay RMB Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards ("Eligible Credit Card(s)") customers.
2. During the Promotion Period, customers are required to use an Eligible Credit Card (“Eligible Customers") to redeem one cup of refreshing drink with $1 +FUN Dollar at “Hang Seng Power Station” (the “Offer”) in Clockenflap Music & Art Festival (“Music Festival”).
3. During the Promotion Period, the Offer is available with a quota cap of 500 for the whole promotion period, quota for Nov 29 is 100, and the quota for Nov 30 and Dec 1 is 200 per day. The Offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis while quota lasts. Customer can check for the remaining quota on site on date of event. Each Eligible Credit Card can enjoy the Offer twice per day.
4. The Offer and +FUN Dollars cannot be transferred or converted into cash or other product under any circumstances.
5. Once a transaction made with +FUN Dollars has been processed, the required +FUN Dollars will be deducted instantly from Eligible Customers' credit card accounts. Any +FUN Dollars deducted for instant purchase will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6. Eligible Customers cannot enjoy this Offer if the amount of +FUN Dollars in their account is inadequate.
