Terms and Conditions of “Hang Seng Visa Credit Card Presents: EDAN LUI "e to E" LIVE 2025” Priority Booking (the “Promotion”)

1. The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Visa Credit Card (the “Eligible Credit Card(s)”) customers (the “Customer(s)”).
2. To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers are required to settle the whole payment by using their Eligible Hang Seng Visa Credit Card.
3. The Promotion is applicable to the purchase of “Hang Seng Visa Credit Card Presents: EDAN LUI "e to E" LIVE 2025” (the “Concert”) E-Tickets (the “E-Ticket(s)”) at designated website (Klook.com) only. To enjoy the priority booking, Customers must be or register to be a Klook Travel Technology limited ("Klook") member.
4. The priority booking period of the Promotion please refer to the Promotion materials listed on this promotional page. E-Tickets are limited on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last.
5. Upon successful purchase transaction, Klook will distribute the E-Tickets to the email address provided on the Klook membership subscription record. If you have not received any order confirmation email after the order is confirmed, please contact Klook’s customer service team for assistance. Customers should ensure the email address and information are correct on Klook membership subscription record. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), MakerVille and Klook are not responsible for undelivered E-Tickets due to wrong or inaccurate email address or information. In case of any related enquiry, the Customers shall directly contact Klook for enquiry.
6. Klook will automatically assign available seats for Customers, seating request is not allowed, the exact seat number will be shown on the E-Tickets.
7. This concert is for participants aged 6 or above with valid identification documents. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The organizer and venue reserve the right to verify participants' identification documents for age verification upon entry. Failure to pass this verification may lead to denial of entry.
8. Each Eligible Credit Card is allowed to purchase up to 4 E-Tickets per transaction. The purchase of E-Tickets is based on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last. Admin fee will be charged by ticketing platform and event organizer. Additional handling fee will be charged to customer who makes the payment without using an eligible credit card. For the abovesaid details, please refer to designated ticketing website.
9. All purchased and issued E-Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded.
10. Once the transaction is accepted, total price of Ticket(s), a HKD40 Admin fee will be debited instantly from the Customer’s Eligible Credit Card account. The amount is not refundable, and the transaction is valid only if the account has sufficient available credit limit.
11. Each E-Ticket admits one person only. The E-ticket must be presented on-site for admission.
12. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
13. Customers must be or register to be a Klook member to purchase E-Tickets. The Klook member service is bound by the terms and conditions set by Klook. For the details, please contact Klook.
14. The Concert is organized by MakerVille. All information and services are directly supplied by MakerVille who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Concert. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Concert.
15. In case the Concert is cancelled or postponed, MakerVille is responsible for the relevant event arrangement and reserves the right for the reschedule of the event.
16. Booking service of E-Tickets is provided by Klook. The use of booking service of E-Tickets is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by Klook. Hang Seng disclaims any liabilities in relation thereto.
17. Hang Seng, MakerVille and Klook reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice.
18. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
19. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
20. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
21. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng, MakerVille and Klook shall be final.
22. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Terms and Conditions of ["Hang Seng Visa Credit Card Presents: EDAN LUI "e to E" LIVE 2025" Enjoy an HKD30 Instant Discount During Public Sale] (the "Offer")

1. Offer day is 3 July 2025 (“Offer Day”).
2. To enjoy the Offer, customers must settle the payment with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card (“Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card(s)”). Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card does not include USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, UnionPay RMB Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards.
3. The Offer is applicable to the purchase of “Hang Seng Visa Credit Card Presents: EDAN LUI "e to E" LIVE 2025” (the “Concert”) E-Tickets (the “E-Ticket(s)”) at Klook website (klook.com) or its mobile application only. Customers must be or register to be a Klook Travel Technology limited ("Klook") member, and conduct a single net spending of a designated E-tickets upon a designated amount of HKD1,020 via Klook website or its mobile application with the Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card during the Offer Day (“Eligible Transaction”), and enter the designated offer code of ” HASE2025EDAN” (“Promo Code”) during checkout will be entitled to HKD30 instant discount Offer.
4. Only one Promo Code can be applied to each Eligible Transaction. Each Cardholder’s Klook user account is allowed to redeem and use the Promo Code once. Quota of the Offer is limited to 1,000 and will be available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts. The quota is calculated based on the computer record of Klook which shall be conclusive. The Promo Code will no longer be available for redemption once the quota is reached. A message will be shown on the Klook website when the quota is used up already.
5. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
6. After entering the Promo Code, the system will automatically apply the Offer to the applicable Eligible Transaction and display the discount on the transaction page. The Bank and Klook will not be liable if a customer fails to input the Promo Code when conducting the Eligible Transactions.
7. Once the customer has entered and used the Promo Code, he/she must use the Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card to settle the payment in order to enjoy the Offer.
8. Customers are required to settle payment in full with an Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card during the Offer Day to enjoy the Offer. To avoid of doubt, the Offer is NOT applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”); all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Hang Seng from time to time.
9. The respective provider of the Mobile Payment Service (“Mobile Payment Service Providers”) and KLook may reject an Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card if its payment system cannot handle the individual Credit Card type. Use of Mobile Payment Service with Eligible Hang Seng Credit Cards is subject to the terms and conditions of Mobile Payment Service Addendum to Card member Agreement. Terms and Conditions of “Hang Seng Visa Credit Card Spending Reward” (the “Promotion”):

1. The promotion period of the Promotion is from 10 July to 23 July 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Hang Seng Visa Credit Card (“Eligible Credit Card”) (excluding Hang Seng Spending Card and Commercial Card) customers who each maintain a valid mobile phone number (“Contact Number”) with Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Customers”) are automatically enrolled in the Promotion. Please call 24-hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry Hotline 2998 6899 for any enquiry.
3. Subject to these terms and conditions, each of the top 20 Eligible Customers with the highest accumulated net amount of Eligible Transactions within the Promotion Period (which must be at least HKD15,000) can enjoy two HKD980 concert tickets of《Hang Seng Visa Credit Card Presents: EDAN LUI "e to E" LIVE 2025》(“Concert”) (“Reward”). The Concert tickets’ dates and seats will be assigned randomly with no selection allowed (the Concert ticket date can be either on 16 August 2025 or 17 August 2025). Any change request to the assigned date and/or seating is not allowed. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng is final and conclusive.
4. During the Promotion Period, each Eligible Customer (based on each Eligible Credit Card) can enjoy the Reward once only.
5. “Eligible Transactions” refer to transactions that are included in the net local spending with the Eligible Credit Card during the Promotion Period, excluding any online/ overseas spending, online bill payments via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (including but not limited to water bills, electricity bills, insurance premiums, payments to other banks and credit cards, etc.) and tax payments, all Alipay, PayMe by HSBC and WeChat Pay transactions, phone/fax orders (including bill payments and purchases), transactions in Hong Kong Dollars at the point of sales (in case of online transactions, the place of registration and/or settlement of the merchant) outside Hong Kong (“DCC Transaction”), cash coupon purchase, balance transfers, split transactions, “Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service” auto top-up amounts (including but not limited to reloading of Smart Octopus via e-wallets or other channels), purchase and/or reload of stored value cards or e-wallets or transactions via e-wallets, purchase of products/services at financial / non-financial institutions (including but not limited to foreign currency, money orders, travellers’ cheques, deposits and money transfers and Trading Platform spending in Plus500, IG.com etc.), casino chip purchases, autopays, cash advance transactions, handling fees of cash advance/annual fees/handling fees/finance charges, late charges of credit cards and any transactions under recurring payment instructions. All transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled or returned are considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this Promotion.
6. All Eligible Transactions must be completed within the Promotion Period and posted to the relevant Credit Card accounts on or before 30 July 2025.
7. Eligible Transactions and eligible merchant codes are classified according to the merchant codes/transaction types as defined by Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited or determined by the respective merchant’s acquiring bank, and at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng. Hang Seng has no obligation to clarify which transactions are eligible for the Promotion before the Eligible Customers conduct the transactions. The decision on the Eligible Transaction definition of Hang Seng is final.
8. The Eligible Transactions and the Rewards are based on the net local spending amount, which means the final amount charged to the Eligible Credit Card, and the use of any discount offers and +FUN Dollars/ Merchant Dollars (if applicable) will not be taken into account.
9. Each Eligible Customer must keep the original sales slips or official payment records of all posted Eligible Transactions. Hang Seng reserves the right to request any Eligible Customer to provide the relevant original sales slips or official payment records for verification. All sales slips or official payment records submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.
10. Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of each Eligible Customer for the Reward based on the transaction records held by Hang Seng. In case of any dispute, Hang Seng’s records are final and conclusive.
11. Hang Seng will send an SMS text message to the Contact Number of each winner of the Reward; the winner list and Reward redemption details will be posted on hangseng.com/flash9 on or before 7 August 2025. Each Eligible Customer who is eligible for the Reward must follow the Reward redemption details to redeem the Reward, and must ensure that, at the time of the Reward redemption, the Eligible Credit Card account remains valid and in good standing, and that the Contact Number remains valid. If any Eligible Customer fails to do so, it may result in Hang Seng’s inability to provide such Reward, and the Eligible Customer is deemed to have forfeited the Reward. 12. The Concert is for participants aged 6 or above with valid identification documents. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Eligible Customer shall observe this requirement in relation to the Reward.
13. The Concert is organized by MakerVille. All information and services are directly supplied by MakerVille who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Concert. Hang Seng does not accept any liability in connection with the Concert.
14. MakerVille is responsible for the Concert’s arrangement, and reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel the Concert at any time. MakerVille also reserves the right to reduce the number of seats available for the Concert at any time.
15. Hang Seng reserves the right to replace the Reward with any alternative gift or other forms of rewards (equivalent to the same value/ amount) without prior notice.
16. Each Eligible Customer is deemed to have agreed to and accepted the transfer, by Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited to Hang Seng, of the data and information relating to the transactions made by the Eligible Customer in the Promotion Period using an Eligible Credit Card for the purposes of calculating and verifying the Rewards for this Promotion.
17. Each Eligible Customer is deemed to have agreed to and accepted the transfer by Hang Seng to the designated redemption centre of the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the Eligible Credit Card and Eligible Customer’s surname for the purpose of verifying the Rewards redemption for this Promotion.
18. The Reward cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, sold, refunded or exchanged for cash, other products or service under any circumstance once it is issued. The Reward is bounded by the related terms and conditions issued by the supplier.
19. Unless otherwise specified, the Reward under this Promotion can be used in conjunction with other +FUN Dollars promotions.
20. The Eligible Transaction is determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng.
21. Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Promotion and to amend these terms and conditions at any time and from time to time without prior notice. In case of any dispute arising out of the Promotion, the decision of Hang Seng is final and conclusive.
