Terms and Conditions of “PPA Asia 1500 Hang Seng Bank Hong Kong Slam 2026” Hang Seng Visa Credit Card Priority Booking (the “Promotion”)

  1. The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Visa Credit Card, Visa Affinity Card and enJoy Spending Card (the “Eligible Credit Card”), but excluding Commercial Card, Business Card, USD Visa Gold Card and Private Label Cards.
  2. To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers are required to settle the full amount with their Eligible Credit Card.
  3. The Promotion is applicable to the purchase of tickets (“Tickets”) for “PPA Asia 1500 Hang Seng Bank Hong Kong Slam 2026” (the “Event”) at designated website (hkt.hkticketing.com) only. Customer must be, or register to become, a Hong Kong Ticketing (International) Limited (“HK Ticketing”) member to enjoy the Promotion.
  4. Please refer to the promotion information on HK Ticketing website for the priority booking period and details. Tickets are limited on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last.
  5. Upon successful purchase transaction, HK Ticketing will send a confirmation email to the email address registered in the HK Ticketing membership record. If you have not received any confirmation email after the order is confirmed, please contact HK Ticketing’s customer service team. Customers should ensure the registered email address and information are accurate. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), Professional Pickleball Association Asia. (“PPA”), the organizer of the Event and HK Ticketing are not responsible for any failure in ticket delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided. In case of any related enquiry, the Customers shall directly contact HK Ticketing for enquiry.
  6. The event is suitable for any age. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian with a valid event ticket. Each ticket is for admission of one person only. Ticket must be presented for entry. Except for children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat. Venue staff reserve the right to check participants’ identity documents for age verification; where age cannot be verified, venue staff reserve the right to refuse admission.
  7. Tickets are available in limited quantities and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. For related enquiries or information on ticket prices and any applicable fees, please refer to the HK Ticketing platform.
  8. All purchased and issued Tickets cannot be changed, cancelled, returned or refunded.
  9. Once the transaction is accepted, the relevant Tickets fees will be debited immediately from the customer’s Eligible Credit Card account. All fees charged are non-refundable. The transaction will be invalid if there is insufficient available credit limit at the time of debit.
  10. Each Ticket admits one person only. The Tickets must be presented on-site for admission.
  11. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  12. Customers must be or register to be a HK Ticketing member to purchase Tickets. The HK Ticketing member service is bound by the terms and conditions set by HK Ticketing. For the details, please contact HK Ticketing.
  13. The Event is organized by PPA. All information and services are directly supplied by PPA who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Event. Hang Seng disclaims any liabilities in connection with the Event.
  14. PPA is responsible for the Event arrangement and reserves the right to reschedule the Event. For any reason, PPA reserves the right at any time to reduce the number of seats, postpone or cancel the Event.
  15. Booking service of Tickets is provided by HK Ticketing. The use of booking service of Tickets is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by HK Ticketing. Please contact HK Ticketing for any booking information. Hang Seng disclaims any liabilities in relation to ticket booking.
  16. Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, amend or terminate the Promotion at any time and to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. PPA and HK Ticketing each reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions applicable to the Event and the ticketing services respectively from time to time without prior notice.
  17. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
  18. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  19. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  20. In case of disputes relating to the Promotion or the Eligible Credit Card, the decision of Hang Seng will be final. In case of disputes relating to the Event, the decision of PPA will be final. In case of disputes relating to the ticketing and booking services, the decision of HK Ticketing will be final.
  21. Reselling of the Tickets is strictly prohibited. Hang Seng reserves the right to confiscate or cancel any Ticket found to have been resold, without further notice.
  22. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Terms and Conditions of “PPA Asia 1500 Hang Seng Bank Hong Kong Slam 2026” Event Ticket Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw Promotion”)

  1. The promotion period is valid from 25 August 2026 to 20 September 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. This Promotion is applicable to the Principal Card cardholders of Hang Seng Visa Credit Card, Visa Affinity Card and enJoy Spending Card (“Eligible Customers”), but excluding Supplementary Card, Commercial Card, Business Card, USD Visa Gold Card and Private Label Cards (“Eligible Credit Card”).
  3. Eligible Customers must have opted in to receive the latest offers, promotions and service information from Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) via SMS using a Hong Kong mobile phone number, and must remain opted in during the Promotion Period, to be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw Promotion.
  4. To enjoy the Lucky Draw Promotion, an Eligible Customer must successfully register the Lucky Draw Promotion once at +FUN Centre in Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app (Log on Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app. Select “Cards” > “+FUN Centre” > Select this Lucky Draw Promotion and register) within the Promotion Period. Each customer only needs to register once. All Eligible Credit Cards under the Customer’s name as principal card cardholders will then participate in this Lucky Draw Promotion. Only Eligible Transactions made from the registration date to the end of the Promotion Period will be counted for the Lucky Draw Promotion.
  5. Subject to these terms and conditions, the following is the mechanism to obtain lucky draw chances:
    1. Applicable to all Eligible Customers:
      1 Each Eligible Customer who registers the Promotion via +FUN Centre in Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app successfully will be entitled to obtain 3 lucky draw chances.
      2 Eligible Customers who make Eligible Transaction with any Eligible Credit Card under the Customers’ name will be entitled to obtain 1 lucky draw chance per every accumulated net spending of HKD500, up to a maximum of 20 times of lucky draw chance during the Promotion Period (“Basic Lucky Draw Chance”).
      An Eligible Customer who does not successfully apply for a Designated Hang Seng Credit Card under clause 5.2 can obtain a maximum of 23 lucky draw chances during the Promotion Period, being 3 chances on registration plus up to 20 Basic Lucky Draw Chances.
    2. Applicable to Eligible Customers who apply for a designated Hang Seng Credit Card:
      1 A Customer who fulfils the requirements below and successfully applies for a Principal Card of Hang Seng Travel+ Visa Signature Card, Hang Seng Enjoy Visa Platinum Card, Hang Seng Visa Infinite Card, Hang Seng Visa Platinum Card and/or University / College Visa Credit Cards (“Designated Hang Seng Credit Card”) during the Promotion Period can get a 5-times multiplier of the Basic Lucky Draw Chance, up to a maximum of 100 lucky draw chances during the Promotion Period. The 5-times multiplier applies to the Basic Lucky Draw Chance only and does not apply to the 3 chances obtained on registration.
      1. Successfully apply for a Principal Card of Designated Hang Seng Credit Card issued by Hang Seng from 25 August 2026 to 4 September 2026; and
      2. Successfully submit the supporting documents for the credit card application on or before 4 September 2026; and
      3. The application of the credit card is successfully approved on or before 11 September 2026.

    3. During the promotional period, each customer only needs to register for the lucky draw once. In accordance with Clause 5.2, eligible customers who successfully apply for the designated Hang Seng Credit Card may receive up to a total of 103 lucky draw entries during the promotional period, comprising 3 entries from registration and up to 100 basic entries after applying the 5x multiplier.
  6. Hang Seng will draw the winners from Eligible Customers (“Reward Winner”) randomly by computer. Each Reward Winner can get a maximum of two “PPA Asia 1500 Hang Seng Bank Hong Kong Slam 2026” (“Event”) tickets (“Reward”) for the entire Promotion Period. The Event ticket date will be assigned randomly, with no selection allowed. Changes to the assigned date and/ or time are not allowed. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng is final and conclusive.
    Spending Period Rewards Quotas Announcement Date

  7. Eligible Transaction means eligible local/ overseas/ online net retail transactions conducted with physical Eligible Credit Card or mobile payment during the Promotion Period, excluding any online bill payments via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (including but not limited to water bills, electricity bills, insurance premiums, payments to other banks and credit cards, etc.) and tax payments, all Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions, phone/fax orders (including bill payments and purchases), transactions in Hong Kong Dollars at the point of sales (in case of online transactions, the place of registration and/ or settlement of the merchant) outside Hong Kong (“DCC Transaction”), cash coupon purchase, installment payments, balance transfers, split transactions, “Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service” auto top-up amounts (including but not limited to reloading of Smart Octopus via e-wallets or other channels), purchase and/ or reload of stored value cards or e-wallets or transactions via e-wallets, purchase of products/ services at financial/ non-financial institutions (including but not limited to foreign currency, money orders, travellers’ cheques, deposits and money transfers and Trading Platform spending in Plus500, IG.com etc.), casino chip purchases/ exchange, autopay, cash advance transactions, handling fees of cash advance/ annual fees/ handling fees/ finance charges, late charges of credit cards and any transactions under recurring payment instructions or Transactions of Tuition Fee Payment/ Examination Fee Payment/ Bookstores made with University/ College Affinity Credit Card, please refer to related Hang Seng Bank website for relevant spending definition and details (“Eligible Transactions”). Any transactions that are found to be fraudulent, unposted, cancelled or refunded will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this promotion and no lucky draw chance will be rewarded.
  8. Eligible Transactions and eligible merchant codes shall be classified according to the merchant codes/transaction types as defined by Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited or determined by the respective merchant's acquiring bank, and at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng. Hang Seng has no obligation to clarify which transactions are eligible for the lucky draw chance before the Customers conduct the transactions. The decision on the Eligible Transaction definition of Hang Seng shall be final.
  9. If an Eligible Customer holds more than one Eligible Credit Card, Eligible Transactions made with all eligible principal credit card(s) under the Customer’s name will be combined. The maximum number of lucky draw chances an Eligible Customer can obtain during the Promotion Period is determined under clause 5.
  10. Unless otherwise specified, eligible local/ overseas/ online retail transactions include but are not limited to:
    1. Eligible Online Spending Transaction includes any online spending transactions in Hong Kong Dollars or foreign currencies with Eligible Credit Card. For foreign currencies transactions, the transaction amount will be based on the transaction currency transaction amount converted to Hong Kong Dollars and posted in the credit card statement;
    2. Eligible Overseas Spending includes overseas retail spending in foreign currencies made with Eligible Credit Card, excluding dynamic currency conversion transaction. For foreign currencies transactions, the transaction amount will be based on the transaction currency transaction amount converted to Hong Kong Dollars and posted in the credit card statement;
    3. Eligible Mobile Payment Transaction includes any transactions made in Hong Kong Dollars paid via Mobile Payment Services with Eligible Credit Card which are registered to Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay and UnionPay App (collectively, “Mobile Payment Services”) that are recognized by Hang Seng.
  11. All Eligible Transactions must be completed from the registration date to the end of the Promotion Period and posted to the relevant card account within 2 days after the Promotion Period.
  12. Eligible Transactions are based on the net spending amount, which means the final amount charged to the Eligible Credit Card. The net spending does not include the amount deducted when using any discount offer, yuu Points, +FUN Dollars or Merchant Dollars (if applicable).
  13. Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of the customers for all lucky draw chances based on the registration and transactions records held by Hang Seng. In case of any dispute, Hang Seng’s records are final and conclusive.
  14. No alteration or cancellation can be made to the registration. Customers must keep the original sales slips of all posted transactions for verification purposes should any dispute arise. Hang Seng reserves the right to request customers to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification. All sales slips submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.
  15. The Eligible Transactions are determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng.
  16. Hang Seng will post the winner list and Rewards redemption details on hangseng.com/flash9 on or before 9 October 2026. Each Rewards Winner must follow the Rewards redemption details to redeem the Reward, and must ensure that, at the time of the Rewards redemption, the Eligible Credit Card account remains valid and in good standing, and that the Contact Number remains valid. If any Rewards Winner fails to do so, it may result in Hang Seng’s inability to provide such Reward, and the Eligible Customer is deemed to have forfeited the Rewards. Rewards Winners can call 24-hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry Hotline 2998 6899 to check the Reward details.
  17. The Event is organised by Professional Pickleball Association Asia. (“PPA”). All information and services are directly supplied by the PPA, which is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Event. Hang Seng does not accept any liability in connection with the Event.
  18. PPA has sole discretion to make and announce decisions regarding the postponement or cancellation of the Event, including in any circumstance (including any force majeure event). PPA may change the Event performance date or cancel the Event at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute arising between PPA and a Customer, PPA reserves the right to make the final decision at its own discretion.
  19. The PPA reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the event at any time and to amend the terms and conditions applicable to the Event issued by the PPA from time to time without prior notice.
  20. Hang Seng reserves the right to replace the Reward with any alternative gift or other forms of rewards (equivalent to the same value/ amount) without prior notice.
  21. Each Eligible Customer is deemed to have agreed to and accepted the transfer by Hang Seng to the designated redemption centre of the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the Eligible Credit Card and Eligible Customer’s surname for the purpose of verifying the Rewards redemption for this Lucky Draw Promotion.
  22. By participating in the Lucky Draw Promotion, Eligible Customers have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw Promotion.
  23. The Reward cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, sold, refunded or exchanged for cash, other products or service under any circumstance once it is issued. The Reward is bound by the related terms and conditions issued by the PPA.
