Terms and Conditions for “Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card Presents: IAN CHAN :GROWTH: LIVE 2026” Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card Priority Booking (the “Promotion”)

1. The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card, including Affinity Card (the “Eligible Credit Card(s)”) customers (the “Customer(s)”), but excluding Commercial Card, Business Card, other Spending Card, Renminbi Credit Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Card.
2. To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers are required to settle the whole payment by using their Eligible Credit Card.
3. The priority booking period for Eligible Credit Cards is from 3:00 pm on 28 April 2026 to 7:59 pm on 29 April 2026, while stocks last. During the priority booking period, Customers can purchase the priority booking tickets through the HK Ticketing website www.hkticketing.com .
4. For the priority booking period of the Promotion, please refer to the Promotion materials listed on this promotional page. Tickets are limited on a first-come-first-served basis and are available while stocks last.
5. Upon successful purchase, customer must collect their purchased tickets according to the selected ticket collection method. If customer choose to collect the tickets via “Dynamic Pickup QR Code” at a “Self-service Ticket Collection Kiosk”, customer may start collecting the tickets from 23 June 2026 by using the dynamic QR code available in the “My Tickets” on the HK Ticketing website. For the location and details of the “Self-service Ticketing Kiosks”, please visit https://hkt.hkticketing.com/en/#/news/detail/0/4. If customer choose to receive tickets by delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged per transaction (Hong Kong: HKD40), a maximum of 4 tickets per delivery. The tickets will be mailed by courier starting from 23 June 2026 to the Hong Kong address provided by the customer at the time of purchase (the submitted address cannot be changed). If tickets are not delivered by 8 July 2026, please contact HK Ticketing for assistance by email: online@hkticketing.com or by phone: (852) 31 288 288 (Office hours: Monday to Sunday 10am-8pm). Customers should ensure the email address and delivery address on HK Ticketing record entered upon ticket purchase checkout are correct. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), MakerVille (“Concert Organizer”) and HK Ticketing shall not be responsible for any undelivered tickets due to wrong or inaccurate delivery address or information provided. In case of any related enquiry, the Customers shall directly contact HK Ticketing for enquiry.
6. HK Ticketing system will automatically select the best available seats to Customers at the time of the Transaction after Customers select concert date, time, number of ticket and price. No seat selection is available. The booking transaction requires payment to be completed within five (5) minutes. Otherwise, the booking order will be automatically cancelled.
7. A non-refundable customer services fee of HKD50 per ticket and delivery fee (if applicable) will be charged. A maximum of 4 tickets are allowed to purchase in the same price category for a performance per transaction and a maximum of 4 tickets are allowed to purchase for each HK Ticketing registered account. Tickets are available while stocks last.
8. All purchased and issued Ticket(s) cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded. If the Tickets are lost, defaced or stolen, the Concert Organizer and HK Ticketing will not reissue or replace the tickets and will not bear any responsibility and/or compensation.
9. Each Ticket admits one person only. An original of the valid ticket (with ticket stub(s) intact) must be presented for admission.
10. Age restriction: This concert is only allowed for participants aged 6 or above with valid identification documents. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian, and all must hold a valid event ticket. The organizer and venue reserve the right to verify participants' identification documents for age verification upon entry. Failure to pass this verification may lead to denial of entry.
11. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
12. Ticket booking, delivery, and re-issuance are subject to the terms and conditions of HK Ticketing.
13. The Concert is organized by Concert Organizer. All information and services are directly supplied by Concert Organizer. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Concert.
14. The Concert Organizer has the sole discretion in decisions and announcements regarding arrangements of postponement or refund of the Activity, including where the aforementioned is due to any incidents (including any force majeure events), in case of cancellation or postponement of the Concert without prior notice. In case of any dispute(s) arising between the Concert Organizer and the Customer(s), the Concert Organizer reserves the right for the final decision at its own discretion.
15. Spectators may be prohibited from entering the venue if they violate any of the rules of the venue. In such a case, the ticket fee and customer service fee shall not be refunded.
16. Hang Seng, Concert Organizer and HK Ticketing reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice.
17. HK Ticketing's ticket purchase service is provided by HK Ticketing and is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by HK Ticketing.
18. HK Ticketing will collect the cardholder's personal data, and the use of the personal data will be governed by the designated HK Ticketing Personal Data Collection Statement. Hang Seng and the Concert Organizer are not involved in any collection and use of personal data, please contact HK Ticketing for details.
19. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
20. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
21. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
22. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng, Concert Organizer and HK Ticketing shall be final.
23. Reselling of the Tickets is strictly prohibited. Hang Seng reserves the right to confiscate or cancel any Ticket found to have been resold, without further notice.
24. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
