Terms and Conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card “AXA Presents: the SOUNDTRACK of my LIFE Jay Fung Concert 2024” Priority Booking (the “Promotion”)

1. The Promotion is applicable to cardholders (“Customers”) of Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card, but excluding Hang Seng Bupa Card, Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card and Private Label Cards (“Eligible Credit Cards”) .
2. To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers are required to settle whole payment using their Eligible Credit Card.
3. The Promotion is applicable to the purchase of “AXA Presents: the SOUNDTRACK of my LIFE Jay Fung Concert 2024” (the “Concert”) ticket (the “Ticket”) at designated website (www.HotdogTIX.com) only. To enjoy the priority booking, Customers must first register at www.HotdogTIX.com or HotdogTIX App to be a HotdogTIX Limited (“HotdogTIX”) member.
4. For the priority booking period and details of the Promotion, please refer to the Promotion materials listed on this promotional page. Tickets are limited on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last.
5. Upon successful purchase transaction, HotdogTIX will distribute the successful reservation email to the email address provided on the HotdogTIX membership subscription record. If you have not received any order confirmation email after the order is confirmed, please contact HotdogTIX for assistance by email: info@hotdogtix.com or by phone: (852) 3188 5661 (Office Hours: Mon to Fri, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except public holidays). Customers should ensure the email address on HotdogTIX membership subscription and courier recipient information of the priority booking order record are correct. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), Media Asia Entertainment Limited, East Asia Entertainment Limited and HotdogTIX are not responsible for undelivered Tickets due to wrong or inaccurate email address or information. For Tickets related issues, please contact HotdogTIX directly.
6. HotdogTIX reserves the right to assign separate seats (including to assign seats in odd-numbered combinations).
7. Each Eligible Credit Card may be used to purchase up to 8 Tickets per transaction. The purchase of Tickets is based on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last. HotdogTIX will charge a HK$35 customer service fee per Ticket purchased.
8. Ticket(s) will be mailed to cardholder's designated address (except Mainland China, Macau, and overseas countries) by local courier 7 days before the show day. The local courier fee is HK$30 per order. The fee is charged by HotdogTIX.
9. All purchased and issued Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded.
10. Once the transaction is accepted, total price of Ticket(s), HotdogTIX customer service fee and local courier fee will be debited instantly from the Customer’s Eligible Credit Card account. The amount is not refundable, and the transaction is valid only if the account has sufficient available credit limit.
11. If Tickets are not delivered on or before 4 October 2024, please contact HotdogTIX for assistance by email: info@hotdogtix.com or by phone: (852) 3188 5661 (Office Hours: Mon to Fri, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except public holidays).
12. Each Ticket admits one person only. The Ticket must be presented on-site for admission.
13. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
14. The HotdogTIX member service is bound by the terms and conditions set by HotdogTIX. For details, please contact HotdogTIX.
15. The Concert is organized by Media Asia Entertainment Limited and East Asia Entertainment Limited (collectively, “Concert Organizers”). All information and services are directly supplied by Concert Organizers who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Concert. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Concert.
16. In case of any change(s) or cancellation of any of the scheduled Concert, Concert Organizers reserve the right for the final decision at its own discretion including ticket refund or postponement of the Concert. Concert Organizers will make decisions and announcements regarding arrangements of postponement or refund of the Concert in case of cancellation or postponement of the Concert. For the avoidance of doubt, Concert Organizers shall refund the face value of the Ticket(s) only, courier fee and any other service and administration charges will not be refunded.
17. In the event that any Tickets are lost, stolen or destroyed, Hang Seng, Concert Organizers and HotdogTIX will not be responsible for such loss or damage and will not re-issue such Ticket. HotdogTIX will handle all matters concerning the same and the Customers shall follow all the procedures and requirements stipulated by HotdogTIX.
18. All spectators must follow the government’s latest epidemic prevention measures and the venue’s house rules during admission and the show. Anyone who failed to do so may be barred from entering, in which case the Tickets(s) fee and customer service fee shall not be refunded. Please contact Concert Organizers for enquiry.
19. Booking service of Tickets is provided by HotdogTIX. The use of booking service of Tickets is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by HotdogTIX. Hang Seng disclaims any liabilities in relation thereto.
20. Hang Seng, Concert Organizers and HotdogTIX reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice.
21. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
22. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
23. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
24. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng, Concert Organizers and HotdogTIX shall be final.
25. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
