Terms and Conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card “KATCH PRESENTS: KEUNG TO “LAVA” LIVE 2025” Concert Ticket Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw Promotion”)

The Lucky Draw Promotion period is valid from 14 November 2025 to 27 November 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
This Lucky Draw Promotion is applicable to the Principal Card cardholders of Hang Seng Credit Card(s) only (“Eligible Customers”), including Affinity Card (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”), but excluding Commercial Card, Business Card, Spending Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Hang Seng Bupa Card, Renminbi Credit Card, Private Label Card and Supplementary Card.
Eligible Customers must opt-in SMS channel to receive Hang Seng latest offers, promotion and services message to be entitled to the Lucky Draw Promotion during the Promotion Period.
To enjoy the Lucky Draw Promotion, Eligible Customers must successfully register the Lucky Draw Promotion once at +FUN Centre in Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app (Log on Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app. Select “Cards” > “+FUN Centre” > Select this Lucky Draw Promotion and register). Each customer only needs to register once. All Eligible Principal Credit Cards under the Customer’s name will then participate in this Lucky Draw Promotion. Only Eligible Transactions made from the registration date to the end of the Promotion Period will be counted for the Lucky Draw Promotion.

Mechanism to obtain lucky draw chances:

i.	Each Eligible Customer who has registered the Lucky Draw Promotion via +FUN Centre in Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app successfully will be entitled to obtain 3 lucky draw chances during the Promotion Period.
ii.	Each Eligible Customer will be entitled to obtain 1 lucky draw chance for every accumulated net spending of HKD500 of Eligible Transactions with any Eligible Credit Card under the Customer’s name, up to a maximum of 100 lucky draw chances during the Promotion Period.
iii.	Each Eligible Customer can obtain a maximum of 103 lucky draw chances during the Promotion Period.

Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) will draw the winners from Eligible Customers (“Prize Winner”) randomly by computer. Each Prize Winner can get 2 “KATCH PRESENTS: KEUNG TO “LAVA” LIVE 2025” (“Concert”) tickets (“Reward”) for the entire Promotion Period. The Concert ticket date will be designated as 23 December 2025 (the “Designated Ticket Date”), and seat(s) will be assigned randomly with no selection allowed. No changes or exchanges will be allowed for the Designated Ticket Date and/or any assigned seat(s). In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng is final and conclusive.

Eligible Transaction means eligible local / overseas / online net retail transactions conducted with physical Eligible Credit Card or mobile payment during the Promotion Period, excluding any online bill payments via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (including but not limited to water bills, electricity bills, insurance premiums, payments to other banks and credit cards, etc.) and tax payments, all Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions, phone/fax orders (including bill payments and purchases), transactions in Hong Kong Dollars at the point of sales (in case of online transactions, the place of registration and/or settlement of the merchant) outside Hong Kong (“DCC Transaction”), cash coupon purchase, instalment payments, balance transfers, split transactions, “Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service” auto top-up amounts (including but not limited to reloading of Smart Octopus via e-wallets or other channels), purchase and/or reload of stored value cards or e-wallets or transactions via e-wallets, purchase of products/services at financial / non-financial institutions (including but not limited to foreign currency, money orders, travellers’ cheques, deposits and money transfers and Trading Platform spending in Plus500, IG.com etc.), casino chip purchases, autopays, cash advance transactions, handling fees of cash advance/annual fees/handling fees/finance charges, late charges of credit cards and any transactions under recurring payment instructions or Transactions of Tuition Fee Payment / Examination Fee Payment / Bookstores made with University / College Affinity Credit Card, please refer to related Hang Seng Bank website for relevant spending definition and details (“Eligible Transactions”). Any transactions that are found to be fraudulent, unposted, cancelled or refunded will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this Lucky Draw Promotion and no lucky draw chance will be rewarded.
Eligible Retail Transactions and eligible merchant codes shall be classified according to the merchant codes/transaction types as defined by Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited, Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited and UnionPay International or determined by the respective merchant's acquiring bank, and at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng. Hang Seng has no obligation to clarify which transactions are eligible for the lucky draw chance before the Customers conduct the transactions. The decision on the Eligible Transaction definition of Hang Seng shall be final.
If there is more than one Eligible Credit Card under Eligible Customer, Eligible Transactions made by all Eligible Principal Credit Card(s) under the Customer’s name will be included on a combined basis.
Unless otherwise specified, eligible local/overseas/online retail transactions include but not limited to:
1. Eligible Online Spending Transaction includes any online spending transactions in Hong Kong Dollars or foreign currencies with Eligible Credit Card. For foreign currencies transactions, the transaction amount will be based on the transaction currency transaction amount converted to Hong Kong Dollars and posted in the credit card statement;
2. Eligible Overseas Spending include overseas retail spending in foreign currencies made with Eligible Credit Card, excluding dynamic currency conversion transaction. For foreign currencies transactions, the transaction amount will be based on the transaction currency transaction amount converted to Hong Kong Dollars and posted in the credit card statement;
3. Eligible Mobile Payment Transaction includes any transactions made in Hong Kong Dollars settled by Mobile Payment Services with Eligible Credit Card which are registered to Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay and UnionPay App (collectively, “Mobile Payment Services”) that are recognized by Hang Seng.
All Eligible Transactions must be completed from the registration date to the end of the Promotion Period and posted to the relevant card account within 2 days after the Promotion Period.
Eligible Transactions are based on the net spending amount, which means the final amount charged to the Eligible Credit Card, and the use of any discount offers, +FUN Dollars, yuu Points or Merchant Dollars (if applicable) will not be taken into account.
Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of the customers for all lucky draw chances based on the registration and transactions records held by Hang Seng. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng’s records shall be final and conclusive.
No alteration or cancellation can be made to the registration. Customers must keep the original sales slips of all posted transactions for verification purpose should any dispute arise. Hang Seng reserves the right to request customers to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification. All sales slips submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.
The eligible transactions shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng.
Hang Seng will send an SMS text message to the Contact Number of each Prize Winner; the winner list and Reward redemption details will be posted on hangseng.com/flash9 on or before 12 December 2025. Each Prize Winner must follow the Reward redemption details to redeem the Reward, and must ensure that, at the time of the Reward redemption, the Eligible Credit Card account remains valid and in good standing, and that the Contact Number remains valid. If any Prize Winner fails to do so, it may result in Hang Seng’s inability to provide such Reward, and the Eligible Customer is deemed to have forfeited the Reward. Prize Winners can call 24-hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry Hotline 2998 6899 to check the Reward details.
The Concert is for participants aged 6 or above with valid identification documents. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Eligible Customer shall observe this requirement in relation to the Reward.
The Concert is organized by MakerVille. All information and services are directly supplied by MakerVille who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Concert. Hang Seng does not accept any liability in connection with the Concert.
MakerVille is responsible for the Concert’s arrangement, and reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel the Concert at any time. MakerVille also reserves the right to reduce the number of seats available for the Concert at any time.
Hang Seng reserves the right to replace the Reward with any alternative gift or other forms of rewards (equivalent to the same value/amount) without prior notice.
Each Eligible Customer is deemed to have agreed to and accepted the transfer by Hang Seng to the designated redemption centre of the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the Eligible Credit Card and Eligible Customer’s surname for the purpose of verifying the Rewards redemption for this Lucky Draw Promotion.
By participating in the Lucky Draw Promotion, Customers have accepted and agreed to be bound by terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw Promotion.
The Reward cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, sold, refunded or exchanged for cash, other products or service under any circumstance once it is issued. The Reward is bounded by the related terms and conditions issued by the supplier.
Hang Seng assumes no responsibility for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic transmission or any other reason such as incorrect or not up-to-date email address or local SMS receiving number at Hang Seng record which may limit a Prize Winner’s ability to receive the email or local SMS on the prize winning of the Lucky Draw Promotion.
Reselling of the tickets is strictly prohibited. Hang Seng reserves the right to confiscate or cancel any ticket found to have been resold, without further notice.
Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Lucky Draw Promotion and to amend these terms and conditions at any time and from time to time without prior notice. In case of any dispute arising out of the Lucky Draw Promotion, the decision of Hang Seng is final and conclusive.
No person other than the Eligible Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The English version of these terms and conditions prevails whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Terms and Conditions of "Katch Presents：KEUNG TO “LAVA” LIVE 2025" Credit Card Priority Booking (the "Promotion")

The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Visa Credit Card, including Affinity Card, enJoy Commercial Card enJoy Business Card and enJoy Spending Card (the “Eligible Hang Seng Visa Credit Card(s)”) customers (the “Customer(s)”), but excluding other Commercial Card, other Business Card, other Spending Card, USD Visa Gold Card and Private Label Cards.
To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers are required to settle the whole payment by using their Eligible Hang Seng Visa Credit Card.
The Promotion is applicable to the purchase of "Katch Presents：KEUNG TO “LAVA” LIVE 2025" (the “Concert”) E-Tickets (the “E-Ticket(s)”) at designated website (Klook.com) only. To enjoy the priority booking, Customers must be or register to be a Klook Travel Technology limited ("Klook”) member.
The priority booking period of the Promotion please refer to the Promotion materials listed on this promotional page. E-Tickets are limited on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last.
Upon successful purchase transaction, Klook will distribute the E-Tickets to the email address provided on the Klook membership subscription record. If you have not received any order confirmation email after the order is confirmed, please contact Klook’s customer service team for assistance. Customers should ensure the email address and information are correct on Klook membership subscription record. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), MakerVille and Klook are not responsible for undelivered E-Tickets due to wrong or inaccurate email address or information. In case of any related enquiry, the Customers shall directly contact Klook for enquiry.
Klook will automatically assign available seats for Customers, seating request is not allowed, the exact seat number will be shown on the E-Tickets.
This concert is for participants aged 6 or above with valid identification documents. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The organizer and venue reserve the right to verify participants' identification documents for age verification upon entry. Failure to pass this verification may lead to denial of entry.
Each Eligible Credit Card is allowed to purchase up to 4 E-Tickets per transaction. The purchase of E-Tickets is based on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last. Admin fee will be charged by ticketing platform and event organizer. Additional handling fee will be charged to customer who makes the payment without using an eligible credit card. For the abovesaid details, please refer to designated ticketing website.
All purchased and issued E-Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded.
Once the transaction is accepted, total price of Ticket(s), a HKD40 Admin fee will be debited instantly from the Customer’s Eligible Credit Card account. The amount is not refundable, and the transaction is valid only if the account has sufficient available credit limit.
Each E-Ticket admits one person only. The E-ticket must be presented on-site for admission.
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
Customers must be or register to be a Klook member to purchase E-Tickets. The Klook member service is bound by the terms and conditions set by Klook. For the details, please contact Klook.
The Concert is organized by MakerVille. All information and services are directly supplied by MakerVille who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Concert. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Concert.
In case the Concert is cancelled or postponed, MakerVille is responsible for the relevant event arrangement and reserves the right for the reschedule of the event.
Booking service of E-Tickets is provided by Klook. The use of booking service of E-Tickets is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by Klook. Hang Seng disclaims any liabilities in relation thereto.
Hang Seng, MakerVille and Klook reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions of ["Katch Presents：KEUNG TO “LAVA” LIVE 2025" Enjoy a HKD30 Instant Discount During Public Sale] (the "Offer")

Offer day is 10 November 2025 ("Offer Day").
To enjoy the Offer, customers must settle the payment with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, enJoy Commercial Card, enJoy Business Card and enJoy Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Card”) but excluding other Commercial Card, other Business Card, other Spending Card, Hang Seng Bupa Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards.
The Offer is applicable to the purchase of “Katch Presents：KEUNG TO “LAVA” LIVE 2025" (the “Concert”) E-Tickets (the “E-Ticket(s)”) at Klook website (klook.com) or its mobile application only. Customers must be or register to be a Klook Travel Technology limited ("Klook") member, and conduct a single net spending of a designated E-tickets upon a designated amount of HKD1,020 via Klook website or its mobile application with the Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card during the Offer Day (“Eligible Transaction”), and enter the designated offer code of "HASE2025KEUNGTO" (“Promo Code”) during checkout will be entitled to HKD30 instant discount Offer.
Only one Promo Code can be applied to each Eligible Transaction. Each Cardholder’s Klook user account is allowed to redeem and use the Promo Code once. Quota of the Offer is limited to 1,000 and will be available on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts. The quota is calculated based on the computer record of Klook which shall be conclusive. The Promo Code will no longer be available for redemption once the quota is reached. A message will be shown on the Klook website when the quota is used up already.
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
After entering the Promo Code, the system will automatically apply the Offer to the applicable Eligible Transaction and display the discount on the transaction page. The Bank and Klook will not be liable if a customer fails to input the Promo Code when conducting the Eligible Transactions.
