Terms and Conditions for Hang Seng Credit Card - Get a Gacha Chance with $5 +FUN Dollars to Get Exciting Prizes at "Merry Balloon Park"(“the Promotion”)

  1. The Promotion period is on 16 December 2025 to 11 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion is applicable to cardholders of Hang Seng Credit Card ("Eligible Credit Card(s)")(excluding Hang Seng enJoy Visa Platinum Card, enJoy Spending Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards and Commercial Card) with required +FUN Dollars.
  2. During the Promotion Period, customer is required to use Eligible Credit Card (“Eligible Customer”) at designated Hang Seng Bank booth of "Merry Balloon Park" and get one gacha chance entry by using $5 +FUN Dollars. Eligible Customer can have a maximum of 3 times of the gacha chance entry per day.
  3. During the Promotion Period, gacha chance quota is available in a daily cap of 2,056. Quota is on a first come first served basis, while supplies last. Eligible Customer can visit the booth physically for checking the remaining quota on that day.
  4. The rewards of this Promotion include HKD50 Supermarket Shopping Voucher, Merry Balloon Towel, Character Pin and JustPay Limited Edition Surprise Gift (“Reward”). For quota of prizes, please refer to the promotional material on the site. They are on a first come first served basis while supplies last.
  5. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) reserves the right to change or substitute the Reward of this promotion with other reward at any time without prior notice. The value or nature of the substitute reward may differ from the reward offered for this Promotion.
  6. All Reward cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, returned, refunded, exchanged for cash or other products by any winner under any circumstances. Apart from the responsibilities stipulated by law, Hang Seng accepts no liability for any loss, damage or impact resulting from the prizes.
  7. Resale of all prizes is strictly prohibited. If discovered, the winning eligibility will be revoked.
  8. For prizes supplied by third parties, Hang Seng shall not be responsible for any legal liabilities related to the prizes. The suppliers of the prizes shall be solely responsible for all issues relating to the prizes including quality and availability. Any disputes or complaints relating to the prizes shall be settled between the winners and suppliers directly.
  9. Once a transaction made with +FUN Dollars has been processed, the required +FUN Dollars will be deducted instantly from Eligible Customers' credit card accounts. Any +FUN Dollars deducted for instant redemption for gacha chance entry will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  10. Eligible Customer cannot enjoy this offer if the amount of +FUN Dollars in their account is inadequate.
  11. Use of +FUN Dollars is subject to the terms and conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card Membership Rewards Programme. For details, please contact promotional staff at the onsite.
  12. By redeeming the Reward, Customers have accepted and agreed to be bound by terms and conditions of the Promotion.
  13. In case of fraud or abuse, Hang Seng reserves the right to disqualify the customer immediately and retain the right to retrieve the Reward from the Customers after disqualification.
  14. Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above Offer and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final.
  15. No person other than Eligible Customers, Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  17. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  18. The Offers are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
  19. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
