Terms and Conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card - Hang Seng Bank Presents: “SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN HONG KONG” Malls Parade (“the Promotion”)

  1. The promotion period is valid from below table (“Promotion Period”) and the Promotion is applicable to below malls only.

  2. This Promotion is applicable to the cardholders of Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, enJoy Commercial Card, enJoy Business Card and enJoy Spending Card (“Eligible Customers”), but excluding other Commercial Card, other Business Card, other Spending Card, Hang Seng Bupa Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards ("Eligible Credit Card(s)").
  3. Mechanics to obtain lucky draw chances:
    3.1 Eligible Customers who make Eligible Transaction with any Eligible Credit Card under the Customers’ name will be entitled to obtain 1 lucky draw chance per a single receipt with over net spending of $300, up to a maximum of 1 lucky draw chance per eligible receipt and a maximum of 4 eligible receipts per day during the Promotion Period.
    3.2 Upon fulfilling Clause 3.1, eligible customers may redeem an extra lucky draw chance with $5 +FUN Dollars, up to 1 chance per day during the Promotion Period.
    3.3 Each Eligible Customer can obtain a maximum of 5 lucky draw chances per day during the Promotion Period.
  4. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Customers may win below prizes (“Prize(s)”), but are subject to change without prior notice. For exact prize list, please refer to the onsite promotional materials. Prizes are on a first come first served basis while supplies last.

  5. For the Tickets and Light, redemption letter will be shared with customers on the spot for subsequent redemption of such Prizes at a designated location during a designated time. For redemption details, please refer to the redemption letter. Other Prizes would be distributed on the spot.
  6. Eligible Receipts of each mall:

    K11 Art Mall and K11 MUSEA (“K11 Malls”) An Eligible Receipt includes an original machine-printed receipt issued by merchants at K11 Malls and a sales slip of Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card bearing the name of the customers on the date of redemption. Late redemption, handwritten, revised or copy sales slips and receipts will not be accepted. Eligible Customers are required to keep and present the Eligible Receipts and relevant Hang Seng Credit Card for verification in person to redeem lucky draw chances.
    Kai Tak Mall, Kai Tak Arena, Health and Wellness Centre, Dining Cove (“Kai Tak Malls”) An Eligible Receipt means an original machine-printed receipt issued by a merchant within the Kai Tak Malls on the date of redemption for an Eligible Transaction. Kai Tak Sports Park Limited (“KTSPL”) does not accept any photocopies or hand-written receipts and reserves the right not to accept any receipts that KTSPL suspects to be invalid, forged or issued not for genuine transactions or on other grounds without any need for explanation.
  7. Each Eligible Receipt can only be used for redemption once. All Eligible Receipts that have been used for redeeming lucky draw chances for the Promotion will be marked.
  8. Eligible Transaction of each mall:

    K11 Malls Eligible Transaction means transaction between the Eligible Customers and the merchants at K11 Malls through payment by Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card but excluding:
    1. any single spending below HKD50;
    2. any spending by cash;
    3. any spending by +FUN Dollars;
    4. any transactions where the invoice and payment slip are not issued from the same branch of K11 Malls Merchants as defined under KLUB 11 Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions;
    5. any purchase of any kinds of membership(s) (except purchase of membership of PURE Fitness at K11 MUSEA);
    6. any purchase of pre-paid items, cash vouchers, gift cards or coupons, stored value cards or prepaid cards;
    7. any purchase of show/event/exhibition tickets and other ticketing services;
    8. any payments using K Dollars and/or K11 physical or electronic gift vouchers;
    9. any payments using cash vouchers, gift cards, gift coupons, stored value cards or pre-paid cards of merchants at K11 Art Mall (Market Place, Mannings, Chow Tai Fook, and IKEA Tsim Sha Tsui Plan and Order Point in K11 Art Mall excluded);
    10. adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
    11. currency exchange;
    12. any transactions at Hyatt Regency Hotel, K11 ARTUS, K11 ATELIER (including Victoria Dockside & King’s Road) and Rosewood Hong Kong;
    13. any spending at Victoria Playpark, D Mind & the Prince and Lai Ching Heen;
    14. any transactions on K11 ESHOP, Food Ordering via ‘K11 HK’ Mobile App or any online platform of any merchants of K11 MUSEA or K11 Art Mall;
    15. charity donations;
    16. any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or utility bills);
    17. any bank transactions; spending at travel agent; insurance transactions and transactions at short-term promotion booth;
    18. any activity or course provided or hosted by K11 Kulture Academy;
    19. any online shopping or payment;
    20. EPS cash withdrawal or credit card cash withdrawal;
    21. any other transactions as specified by K11 as ineligible transactions; and
    22. any spending at particular merchants as stated in KLUB 11 Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions (which may be updated from time to time without prior notice).
    Kai Tak Malls Eligible Transaction means an eligible transaction settled by the Eligible Credit Card between anyone and a merchant within the Kai Tak Malls, but excludes the following:
    1. Any single spending below HKD50;
    2. Any spending by cash;
    3. Any spending by e-wallets including AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK, Tap & Go and PayMe by HSBC
    4. Any spending amount settled by +FUN Dollars/ Merchant Dollars or yuu Points
    5. Any payments using Kai Tak Mall physical or electronic gift vouchers/coupons;
    6. Any payments using physical or electronic cash vouchers/coupons, gift cards/vouchers/coupons, stored value cards or pre-paid cards of merchants within the Kai Tak Malls;
    7. Purchase of any kinds of membership(s);
    8. Any purchase of pre-paid items, cash vouchers/coupons, gift cards/vouchers/coupons, stored value cards or prepaid cards);
    9. Any purchase of show/event/concert/exhibition tickets and other ticketing services and any payments of venue or facility booking;
    10. Any payments of medical and dental/clinic services;
    11. Adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
    12. Currency exchange;
    13. Any transactions on KTSP ESHOP, Food Ordering via the KTSP Website, KTSP Mobile App or any online platform of any merchants within the Kai Tak Malls;
    14. Charity donations;
    15. Tips towards any spending or purchases;
    16. Any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or utility bills);
    17. Any bank transactions; insurance transactions and securities & investment transactions;
    18. Any spending at travel agencies and property agencies;
    19. Any activity, programme or course provided or hosted by Friends of KTSP or external third parties;
    20. Any spending of parking or purchase of parking card;
    21. Any spending in exhibition venues and booths and temporary pop up stores;
    22. EPS cash withdrawal receipts, credit card withdrawal receipts and receipt copies; or
    23. Any spending at excluded merchants as stated in KTSP Membership Programme Terms and Conditions (which may be updated from time to time without prior notice).
  9. Once a transaction made with +FUN Dollars has been processed, the required +FUN Dollars will be deducted instantly from Eligible Customers' credit card accounts. Any +FUN Dollars deducted for extra lucky draw chance will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  10. Eligible Customer cannot enjoy this offer if the amount of +FUN Dollars in their account is inadequate or if +FUN Dollars is not applicable to the credit card.
  11. Use of +FUN Dollars is subject to the terms and conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card Membership Rewards Programme. For details, please contact promotional staff at the onsite.
  12. Staff may record the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the Eligible Credit Card, information stated on the Merchant machine-printed sales invoices and receipts, and make copies and request Apple Pay, Google Pay™ and Samsung Pay users to open the corresponding mobile app during the Promotion for the purpose of verification. The personal information collected is limited for the use of this Promotion only. By providing the above information for the Promotion, Customers have agreed on the collection of related data and understand the purpose on the use of such data.
  13. Staff of the Participating Malls and sales personnel of the merchants are not allowed to join the Promotion. Sales personnel of the Merchants cannot participate in the Promotion on behalf of the customers under any circumstance.
  14. Customers must keep all original receipts of the Eligible Transactions. In case of dispute, Hang Seng may at any time request the Customers to provide these receipts, transaction record and/or further documents or evidence for inspection.
  15. By participating in the Lucky Draw, Customers have accepted and agreed to be bound by terms and conditions of the Promotion.
  16. Credit Card accounts of Prize Winners should remain valid and in good standing when the Prize is delivered.
  17. All products, services and information related to this promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by the relevant merchants who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
  18. For the Concert tickets, the seats will be assigned randomly and seating request is not allowed.
  19. The Concert is organized by Rolemodel Entertainment Group Limited. All information and services are directly supplied by Rolemodel Entertainment Group Limited who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Concert. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Concert.
  20. In case the Concert is cancelled or postponed, Rolemodel Entertainment Group Limited is responsible for any refund or rescheduling of the Concert.
  21. Reselling of the Prizes and Tickets is strictly prohibited. Hang Seng reserves the right to confiscate or cancel any Prize and Ticket found to have been resold, without further notice.
  22. The Prize, Concert details and venue information are subject to relevant terms and conditions announced by Rolemodel Entertainment Group Limited and Cityline (HongKong) Limited, the ticketing platform. Please refer to any ticket or seating requirements or restrictions (including but not limited to age limit and view restriction).
  23. Hang Seng reserves the right to replace the Prize with any alternative gift to other forms of rewards (equivalent to the same values/ amounts) without prior notice.
  24. By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Customers are deemed to have agreed and accepted that Hang Seng will transfer the first 6 and last 4 digits of the Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card and the surname of the Eligible Customer to a designated contractor for the purpose of redeeming the Prize.
  25. In case of fraud or abuse, Hang Seng reserves the right to disqualify the customer immediately and retain the right to retrieve the reward from the Customers after disqualification.
  26. The Promotion is offered by Hang Seng. Hang Seng reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion from time to time without prior notice. In case of any discrepancy arising out of the Promotion, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final and conclusive.
  27. No person other than the customers and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  28. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  29. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  30. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  1. The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Visa Credit Card (the “Eligible Credit Card(s)”) customers (the “Customer(s)”), but excluding USD Visa Gold Card and Private Label Card.
  2. To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers are required to settle the whole payment by using their Eligible Credit Card.
  3. The Promotion is applicable to the purchase of Hang Seng Bank Presents: “SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN HONG KONG” (the “Concert”) Tickets (the “Ticket(s)”) at designated website (https://priority.cityline.com) only. To enjoy the Promotion, customer must be or register to be a Cityline (Hong Kong) Limited (“Cityline”) member.
  4. Please refer to the Promotion information listed on this promotional page for the priority booking period of the Promotion. Tickets are limited on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last.
  5. Ticketing details and venue information are subject to relevant terms and conditions announced by Rolemodel Entertainment Group Limited, the organizer of the Concert, and Cityline. Customer should refer to any ticket or seating requirements or restrictions (including but not limited to age limit and view restriction) before purchase.
  6. Upon successful purchase transaction, Cityline will distribute the successful reservation email to the email address registered on the Cityline membership subscription record. If you have not received any order confirmation email after the order is confirmed, please contact Cityline’s customer service team for assistance.
  7. Cityline will automatically assign available seats for customers. Seating request is not allowed, and the exact seat number will be shown on the Ticket(s).
  8. All purchased and issued Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded.
  9. Each Ticket admits one person only. The Ticket must be presented on-site for admission.
  10. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.

  14. Booking service of Tickets is provided by Cityline. The use of booking service of Tickets is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by Cityline. Please contact Cityline for any booking information. Hang Seng disclaims any liabilities in relation thereto.
  15. Tickets purchased through Cityline are legitimate, subject to Cityline’s terms. If customer purchases a ticket through any sources other than Cityline, Cityline cannot guarantee that ticket’s authenticity.
  16. If ticket is lost, damaged, defaced or stolen, Rolemodel Entertainment Group Limited and Cityline will not reissue or replace the ticket, and will not bear any responsibility. Please keep it carefully.
  17. Hang Seng, Rolemodel Entertainment Group Limited and Cityline reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions of Hang Seng Visa Credit Card - Hang Seng Bank Presents: “SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN HONG KONG” Concert Ticket Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw Promotion”)

  1. The promotion period is valid from 13 August 2025 to 31 August 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. This Promotion is applicable to the Principal Card cardholders of Hang Seng Visa Credit Card(s) only (“Eligible Customers”), including Affinity Card and Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”), but excluding Commercial Card, Business Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Private Label Card and Supplementary Card.
  3. Eligible Customers must opt-in SMS channel to receive Hang Seng latest offers, promotion and services message to be entitled to the Lucky Draw Promotion during the Promotion Period.
  4. To enjoy the Promotion, Eligible Customers must successfully register the Promotion once at +FUN Centre in Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app (Log on Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app. Select “Cards” > “+FUN Centre” > Select this promotion and register). Each customer only needs to register once. All Eligible Principal Credit Cards under the Customer’s name will then participate in this Promotion. Only Eligible Transactions made from the registration date to the end of the Promotion Period will be counted for the Lucky Draw Promotion.
  5. Mechanics to obtain lucky draw chances:
    1. Applicable to all Eligible Customers
      1 Each Eligible Customer who registers the Promotion via +FUN Centre in Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app successfully will be entitled to obtain 3 lucky draw chances.
      2 Eligible Customers who make Eligible Transaction with any Eligible Credit Card under the Customers’ name will be entitled to obtain 1 lucky draw chance per every accumulated net spending of $500, up to a maximum of 20 times of lucky draw chance during the Promotion Period (“Basic Lucky Draw Chance”).
      3 Each Eligible Customer can obtain a maximum of 23 times of lucky draw chance during the Promotion Period.
    2. Additional Chances: Applicable to Eligible Customers who apply for a Hang Seng Travel+ Visa Signature Card
      1 Eligible Customers who do not hold Hang Seng Travel+ Visa Signature Card can get a 5-times multiplier of the Basic Lucky Draw Chance upon fulfilling the below requirements, up to a maximum of 100 times of lucky draw chance during the Promotion Period.
      1. Successfully apply for a Principal Card of Hang Seng Travel+ Visa Signature Card issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) from 31 July 2025 to 18 August 2025; and

  7. Eligible Transaction means eligible local/overseas/online net retail transactions conducted with physical Eligible Credit Card or mobile payment during the Promotion Period, excluding any online bill payments via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (including but not limited to water bills, electricity bills, insurance premiums, payments to other banks and credit cards, etc.) and tax payments, all Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions, phone/fax orders (including bill payments and purchases), transactions in Hong Kong Dollars at the point of sales (in case of online transactions, the place of registration and/or settlement of the merchant) outside Hong Kong (“DCC Transaction”), cash coupon purchase, installment payments, balance transfers, split transactions, “Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service” auto top-up amounts (including but not limited to reloading of Smart Octopus via e-wallets or other channels), purchase and/or reload of stored value cards or e-wallets or transactions via e-wallets, purchase of products/services at financial / non-financial institutions (including but not limited to foreign currency, money orders, travellers’ cheques, deposits and money transfers and Trading Platform spending in Plus500, IG.com etc.), casino chip purchases, autopays, cash advance transactions, handling fees of cash advance/annual fees/handling fees/finance charges, late charges of credit cards and any transactions under recurring payment instructions or Transactions of Tuition Fee Payment / Examination Fee Payment / Bookstores made with University / College Affinity Credit Card, please refer to related Hang Seng Bank website for relevant spending definition and details (“Eligible Transactions”). Any transactions that are found to be fraudulent unposted, cancelled or refunded will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this promotion and no lucky draw chance will be rewarded.
  8. Eligible Transactions and eligible merchant codes shall be classified according to the merchant codes/transaction types as defined by Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited, or determined by the respective merchant's acquiring bank, and at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng. Hang Seng has no obligation to clarify which transactions are eligible for the lucky draw chance before the Customers conduct the transactions. The decision on the Eligible Transaction definition of Hang Seng shall be final.
  9. If there is more than one Eligible Credit Card under Eligible Customer, Eligible Transactions made by all Eligible Principal Credit Card(s) under the Customer’s name will be included on a combined basis.
  10. Unless otherwise specified, eligible local/overseas/online retail transactions include but not limited to:
    1. Eligible Online Spending Transaction includes any online spending transactions in Hong Kong Dollars or foreign currencies with Eligible Credit Card. For foreign currencies transactions, the transaction amount will be based on the transaction currency transaction amount converted to Hong Kong Dollars and posted in the credit card statement;
    2. Eligible Overseas Spending include overseas retail spending in foreign currencies made with Eligible Credit Card, excluding dynamic currency conversion transaction. For foreign currencies transactions, the transaction amount will be based on the transaction currency transaction amount converted to Hong Kong Dollars and posted in the credit card statement;
    3. Eligible Mobile Payment Transaction includes any transactions made in Hong Kong Dollars settled by Mobile Payment Services with Eligible Credit Card which are registered to Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay and UnionPay App (collectively, “Mobile Payment Services”) that are recognized by Hang Seng.
  11. All Eligible Transactions must be completed from the registration date to the end of the Promotion Period and posted to the relevant card account within 4 days after the Promotion Period.
  12. Eligible Transactions are based on the net spending amount, which means the final amount charged to the Eligible Credit Card, and the use of any discount offers, +FUN Dollars, yuu Points or Merchant Dollars (if applicable) will not be taken into account.
  13. Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of the customers for all lucky draw chances based on the registration and transactions records held by Hang Seng. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng’s records shall be final and conclusive.
  14. No alteration or cancellation can be made to the registration. Customers must keep the original sales slips of all posted transactions for verification purpose should any dispute arise. By participating in the Lucky Draw, Eligible Customers are deemed to have agreed and accepted that Hang Seng will transfer the first 6 and last 4 digits of the Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card and the surname of the Eligible Customer to a designated contractor for the purpose of redeeming the Prize.
  26. In case of fraud or abuse, Hang Seng reserves the right to disqualify the customer immediately and retain the right to retrieve the reward from the Customers after disqualification.
  27. Hang Seng assumes no responsibility for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic transmission or any other reason such as incorrect or not up-to-date email address or local SMS receiving number at Hang Seng record which may limit a Prize Winner’s ability to receive the email or local SMS on the prize winning of the Lucky Draw Promotion.
  28. The Lucky Draw Promotion is offered by Hang Seng. Hang Seng reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw Promotion from time to time without prior notice. In case of any discrepancy arising out of the Promotion, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final and conclusive.
  29. No person other than the customers and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  30. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  31. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  32. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
