Terms and Conditions of Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card “AXA Presents: Manifest | Wild and Gentle Live 2025” Priority Booking (the “Promotion”)

  1. The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card (the “Eligible Credit Card(s)”) customers (the “Customer(s)”).
  2. To be eligible for the Promotion, Customers are required to settle the whole payment by using their Eligible Credit Card.
  3. The Promotion is applicable to the purchase of “AXA Presents: Manifest | Wild and Gentle Live 2025” (the “Concert”) E-Tickets (the “E-Ticket(s)”) at designated website (klook.com) only. To enjoy the priority booking, Customers must be or register to be a Klook Travel Technology limited ("Klook") member.
  4. The priority booking period of the Promotion please refer to the Promotion materials listed on this promotional page. E-Tickets are limited on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last.
  5. Upon successful purchase transaction, Klook will distribute the E-Tickets to the email address provided on the Klook membership subscription record. If you have not received any order confirmation email after the order is confirmed, please contact Klook’s customer service team for assistance. Customers should ensure the email address and information are correct on Klook membership subscription record. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), MakerVille, Yiu Wing Live and Klook are not responsible for undelivered E-Tickets due to wrong or inaccurate email address or information. In case of any related enquiry, the Customers shall directly contact Klook for enquiry.
  6. Klook will automatically assign available seats for Customers, seating request is not allowed, the exact seat number will be shown on the E-Tickets.
  7. This concert is for participants aged 6 or above with valid identification documents. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The organizer and venue reserve the right to verify participants' identification documents for age verification upon entry. Failure to pass this verification may lead to denial of entry.
  8. Each Eligible Credit Card is allowed to purchase up to 4 E-Tickets per transaction. The purchase of E-Tickets is based on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last. Platform fee and handling fee will be charged by ticketing platform and event organizer. Additional handling fee will be charged to customer who makes the payment without using an eligible credit card. For the abovesaid details, please refer to designated ticketing website.
  9. All purchased and issued E-Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or refunded.
  10. Once the transaction is accepted, total price of Ticket(s), a HKD12 platform fee, and a HKD28 handling fee will be debited instantly from the Customer’s Eligible Credit Card account. The amount is not refundable, and the transaction is valid only if the account has sufficient available credit limit.
  11. Each E-Ticket admits one person only. The E-ticket must be presented on-site for admission.
  12. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  13. Customers must be or register to be a Klook member to purchase E-Tickets. The Klook member service is bound by the terms and conditions set by Klook. For the details, please contact Klook.
  14. The Concert is organized by MakerVille. All information and services are directly supplied by Yiu Wing Live who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Concert. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Concert.
  15. In case the Concert is cancelled or postponed, Yiu Wing Live is responsible for the relevant event arrangement and reserves the right for the reschedule of the event.
  16. Booking service of E-Tickets is provided by Klook. The use of booking service of E-Tickets is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by Klook. Hang Seng disclaims any liabilities in relation thereto.
  17. Hang Seng, MakerVille, Yiu Wing Live and Klook reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time without prior notice.
  18. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
  19. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  20. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  21. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng, MakerVille, Yiu Wing Live and Klook shall be final.
  22. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Terms and Conditions of “Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card Spending Reward” (the “Promotion”):

  1. The promotion period of the Promotion is from 14 March to 20 March 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Hang Seng Mastercard Credit Card (“Eligible Credit Card”) (excluding e-shopping Mastercard and Commercial Card) customers must opt-in SMS channel to receive Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) latest offers, promotion and services message to be entitled to the Promotion during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Customers”).
  3. During the Promotion Period, each Eligible Customer (based on each Eligible Credit Card) can enjoy Reward 1 – two Mastercard Box VIP tickets of《AXA Presents: Manifest | Wild and Gentle Live 2025》(“Concert”) (“Reward 1”) or Reward 2 – two HKD980 Concert tickets (“Reward 2”) or Reward 3 – two HKD680 Concert tickets (“Reward 3”) (collectively, the “Rewards”) once only.
  4. Eligible transactions refer to the net local/ overseas/ online spending with the Eligible Credit Card during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transactions”), excluding any insurance premiums, all Alipay, PayMe by HSBC and WeChat Pay transactions, cash advance transactions, and any transactions under recurring payment instructions. All transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled/ returned will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this Promotion.
  5. Upon the accumulated Eligible Transactions (as defined in Clause 4) of HKD60,000 or above within the Promotion Period, the top 108 Eligible Customers with the highest accumulated Eligible Transactions can receive the Rewards listed in the following table:

  6. All Eligible Transactions must be completed within the Promotion Period and posted to the relevant Credit Card accounts on or before 25 March 2025.
  7. Eligible Transactions and eligible merchant codes shall be classified according to the merchant codes/transaction types as defined by Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited or determined by the respective merchant’s acquiring bank, and at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng. Hang Seng has no obligation to clarify which transactions are eligible for the Promotion before the Eligible Customers conduct the transactions. The decision on the Eligible Transactions definition of Hang Seng shall be final.
  8. The Eligible Transactions and the Rewards are based on the net local/ overseas/ online spending amount, which means the final amount charged to the Eligible Credit Card, and the use of any discount offers and +FUN Dollars/ Merchant Dollars (if applicable) will not be taken into account.
  9. Eligible Customers must keep the original sales slips or official payment records of all posted Eligible transactions. Hang Seng reserves the right to request Eligible Customers to provide the relevant original sales slips or official payment records for verification. All sales slips or official payment records submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.
  10. Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of the Eligible Customers for the Rewards based on the transaction records held by Hang Seng. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng’s records shall be final and conclusive.
  11. Hang Seng will send a SMS to notify the winners of the Rewards, the winner list and Rewards redemption details will be posted on hangseng.com/flash9 on or before 4 April 2025. The Eligible Credit Card accounts should remain valid and in good standing at the time of Reward redemption. Eligible Customers can call 24-hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry Hotline 2998 6899 to check the reward details.
  12. Free seating on Mastercard Box VIP Concert tickets. For other Concert tickets, the seats will be assigned randomly and seating request is not allowed.
  13. The Concert is for participants aged 6 or above with valid identification documents. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  14. The Concert is organized by MakerVille. All information and services are directly supplied by Yiu Wing Live who are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to the Concert. Hang Seng does not accept any liabilities in connection with the Concert.
  15. In case the Concert is cancelled or postponed, Yiu Wing Live is responsible for the relevant event arrangement and reserves the right for the reschedule of the event.
  16. Hang Seng reserves the right to replace the Rewards with any alternative gift to other forms of rewards (equivalent to the same values/ amounts) without prior notice.
  17. Eligible Customers shall be deemed to agree to and accept the transfer, by Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited to Hang Seng, of the data and information relating to the transactions made by the Eligible Customers in the Promotion Period using Eligible Credit Card for the purposes of calculating and verifying the Rewards for this Promotion.
  18. Eligible Customers shall be deemed to agree to and accept the transfer by Hang Seng to designated redemption centre of the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the Eligible Credit Card and Eligible Customers’ surname for the purposes of verifying the Rewards redemption for this Promotion.
  19. Unless otherwise specified, the Rewards under this Promotion can be used in conjunction with other +FUN Dollars promotions.
  20. The Eligible Transactions shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng.
  21. Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Promotion and to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes arising out of the Promotion, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final and conclusive.
  22. No person other than the Eligible Customers and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  23. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

  25. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
