Terms and Conditions for "Samsung Pay Extra Shopping Reward" (the "Promotion"):

  1. The promotion period is from 1 March to 30 April 2018, both dates inclusive (unless otherwise specified) ("Promotion Period").
  2. The Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Credit Card issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") which are eligible to Samsung Pay, (excluding Hang Seng CUP Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Card, UnionPay Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard®, Private Label Card and Spending Card) ("Eligible Credit Card").
  3. This Promotion is applicable to all shops in Hong Kong of Broadway Photo Supply Limited (“BROADWAY”).
  4. Customers are required to settle payment with Eligible Credit Cards via Samsung Pay during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Promotion. The Promotion is not applicable to BROADWAY Online Shop and interest-free instalment purchases.
  5. Cash coupon offer is only applicable to Samsung items with a net retail price of HKD1,000 or above for each item (exclude Galaxy S9 or S9+ and computer monitors). Every single item with a net retail price of HKD1,000 to HKD2,999 purchased is entitled to HKD50 worth of Wellcome Cash Coupon; every single item with a net retail price of HKD3,000 to HKD8,999 purchased is entitled to HKD100 worth of Wellcome Cash Coupon; Every single item with a net retail price of HKD9,000 or above purchased is entitled to HKD150 worth of Wellcome Cash Coupon. The Wellcome Cash Coupon will be given to customers by BROADWAY staff at the time of payment.
  6. Additional Gift offer is only applicable to Samsung notebook with a net retail price of HKD9,000 or above.
  7. Samsung Electronics H.K. Co., Ltd. ("Samsung") and BROADWAY may reject an Eligible Credit Card if its payment system cannot handle the Eligible Credit Card type. Please contact Samsung or BROADWAY for details.
  8. Net spending means the final amount charged to the Hang Seng Credit Card. The use of cash or gift vouchers / other discounts / offers will not be taken into account when calculating net spending.
  9. Unless otherwise specified, this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other special Promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers/gifts.
  10. Use of Samsung Pay with Hang Seng Credit Cards is subject to the terms and conditions of Mobile Payment Service Addendum to Cardmember Agreement. For details, please visit hangseng.com/samsungpay.
  11. All products, services, coupon and information related to this Promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by respective companies who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
  12. For the use of the cash coupon, please refer to the terms and conditions printed thereon.
  13. This Promotion is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by Samsung and BROADWAY. Please inquire the details with respective merchants.
  14. Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final.
  15. No person other than the customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  17. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  18. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
