Remarks

1. Eligible User who has successfully bound the Eligible Credit Card to their AlipayHK account will receive the welcome reward of HKD20 coupon under the Promotion (“Card Binding Welcome Reward”). Eligible User is defined as AlipayHK users who, in the six (6) months prior to the date of card binding, have not bound any Eligible Credit Card (Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, enJoy Commercial Card, enJoy Business Card and enJoy Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”) but excluding other Commercial Card, other Business Card, other Spending Card, Hang Seng Bupa Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards to their AlipayHK account; and who have successfully bound the Eligible Credit Card to their AlipayHK account during the Promotion Period.
2. Eligible User who has successfully authorised AlipayHK to use +FUN Dollars from their Eligible Credit Card within their AlipayHK account, allowing the +FUN Dollars to be applied toward payments made with the Eligible Credit Card, will receive the reward of HKD20 coupon under the Promotion (“+FUN Dollars Authorisation Reward”). Eligible user is defined as AlipayHK users who, in the six (6) months prior to the date of authorisation, have not authorised AlipayHK to use +FUN Dollars of Hang Seng Visa Credit Card, Mastercard® Credit Card, UnionPay Credit Card or Spending Card (‘Eligible Credit Card(s)”), excluding Hang Seng enJoy Visa Platinum Card, enJoy Spending Card, UnionPay Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard, and Private Label Cards; and who have successfully authorised AlipayHK to use +FUN Dollars of the Eligible Credit Card during the Promotion Period.
3. “Card Binding Welcome Reward” and “+FUN Dollars Authorisation Reward” are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of award/ issuance. Expired Rewards shall be deemed invalid and will not be re-issued.
4. Each Eligible User is allowed to enjoy “Card Binding Welcome Reward” and “+FUN Dollars Authorisation Reward” once each during the Promotion Period.
5. "Designated Merchant Reward“ and "Accumulative Spending Reward" Promotions are available to AlipayHK user who made payment with and have bound Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, enJoy Commercial Card, enJoy Business Card and enJoy Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”) but excluding other Commercial Card, other Business Card, other Spending Card, Hang Seng Bupa Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards in AlipayHK App.
6. Eligible User may collect two (2) HKD5 designated merchant coupon every Friday at 10:00 ("Designated Merchant Reward") during each phase of the Promotion Period.
7. During the Promotion Period, Eligible User will be rewarded the designated coupon by achieving specific accumulative spending amount ("Accumulative Spending Reward"). These transactions shall be performed through the AlipayHK App at participating merchants in Chinese Mainland or Macau with Eligible Credit Card (“Eligible Accumulative Spending”). Eligible User may participate in the Promotion one time per phase in total during the Promotion Period.
8. “Limited-time Taobao Offer” is only applicable to users (“Eligible User(s)”) who have successfully bound their Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, enJoy Commercial Card, enJoy Business Card and enJoy Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”) but excluding other Commercial Card, other Business Card, other Spending Card, Hang Seng Bupa Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards to their AlipayHK accounts.
9. During the Promotion Period, existing Eligible Users who have already bound their Eligible Credit Card to their AlipayHK account and make a single Eligible Transaction of HKD450 or above at the Taobao Mobile application or Taobao platform using the bound Eligible Credit Card via AlipayHK mobile application (“AlipayHK App”) will receive an instant discount of HKD20 (“Limited-time Taobao Offer”). Each Eligible User could enjoy the Offer up to two times each phase during the Promotion Period regardless of the number of Eligible Credit Cards bound to their AlipayHK account.
10. “Limited-time Taobao Offer” The Offer(s) can be used in conjunction with red packets, merchant discounts, shopping rewards, etc. on Taobao, and shall be subject to the actual payment page which shall prevail. The Offer is not transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with other Hang Seng Credit Card promotional offers unless otherwise specified. For goods returned or refunded, the amount of the Offer will not be returned and the relevant Offer will not be re-issued.
11. An eligible transaction refers to any transaction made via AlipayHK using bound Eligible Credit Cards in Hong Kong Dollars and posted to the Eligible Credit Card account during the Promotion Period. This includes orders on the Taobao mobile application or Taobao platform, but excludes orders paid for outside of the mobile app, orders on the Xianyu platform, virtual goods (including but not limited to anything that does not require shipment, e.g. virtual currency, prepaid cards, etc.), or other exclusions. specified by Taobao (“Eligible Transaction(s)”).
