Special offer on private wine storage is applicable to minimum 1 case, regardless of 6 or 12-bottle package.

Discount or special offer on Romanee Conti, Petrus, Le Pin and En primeur purchase is subject to final decision of Jointek Fine Wines (the "Merchant").

Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

The offers are not transferrable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.

All products, services and information related to the above offers are directly sold and supplied to customers by the Merchant who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities

Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and the Merchant reserve the right to vary or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time. In case of dispute, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.

The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.
