  1. To enjoy the above offers, customers are required to indicate to use the above offers and present Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card or Spending Card before ordering and to settle the full payment using the aforesaid card.
  2. This offer is not applicable to Hang Seng USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, e-shopping Mastercard® and Private Label Card (enJoy Private Lable Card excluded).
  3. Offers are applicable to Hang Seng CUP Credit Card Customers only at outlets accepting CUP Credit Card for payment. Please check with Maxim’s Caterers Limited (“Merchant”) for details.

  7. All products, services and information related to this promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by Merchant who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
  8. Hang Seng Bank Limited (”Hang Seng”) and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
  9. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  11. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  12. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

    13. Terms and Conditions of Maxim's Chinese Cuisine Offers:

  13. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from 3 April to 30 June 2018. The promotion period of "15% off Savour Australia" Menu is from 9 April to 30 June 2018. All offers are not applicable on 1, 5 - 6, 12 - 13 May, 9 - 10, 16 -17 June 2018.
  14. Offers are valid for dinner dine-in (not valid for VIP room) at designated outlets of Maxim's Chinese restaurants only, and subject to a 10% service charge (based on the original price), tea charge, and pre-meal snacks charge (unless otherwise specified).
  15. Offers are not applicable to 10% service charge, take away order, discounted/special priced/fixed price dishes, promotional set menus, banquets, weddings, meetings, conferences, VIP rooms and private rooms (unless otherwise specified).
  16. The promotional dishes and pricing are subject to designated outlets.
  17. Advance booking is required.
  18. "20% off á la carte Cantonese Dinner Menu" is only applicable to food items in dinner menu (from Monday to Thursday). The offer is not applicable to wine and beverage items, tea charges, pre-meal snacks, 10% service charge, "Other charges" in menu, festive items, take away, set menu and discount items. "20% á la carte Cantonese Dinner Menu" is only applicable to a single transaction with net spending of HKD300 or above (from Monday to Thursday). Spliting of table and/or bill is not allowed and is not eligible to enjoy the offer.
  19. Maximum one "40% off Dinner Set Menu for 4 Persons" can be ordered per table per visit.
  20. The special price of "15% off Lobster Tail, Fish Maw and Abalone Menu" and "15% off Chiuchow Style Set Menu" includes charges for 10% service charge and tea charges, and is subject to a charge of pre-meal snacks. The offer is only applicable to a table of maximum 12 diners (aged 6 or above will be regarded as an adult), and a maximum of 5 tables. 12 persons menu includes 2 jars of orange juice or 2 bottles of large beer (half portion for 6 persons menu).
  21. The offer of "40% off Dinner Set Menu for 4 Persons", "20% off à la carte Cantonese Dinner Menu", "15% off Savour Australia" Menu and "15% off Lobster Tail, Fish Maw and Abalone Menu" can be used in conjunction with each other.
  22. The offer of "40% off Dinner Set Menu for 4 Persons" and "15% off Chiuchow Style Set Menu" can be used in conjunction with each other.
  23. Customers must settle the deposit for designated banquet set menu by Hang Seng Credit Card during promotion period in order to enjoy the "Complimentary 3D Cake" offer. Offer is not applicable to any confirmed reservation.
  24. "Complimentary 3D Cake" is subject to final number of tables, Charge equivalent to the cake value will apply if the final number of tables cannot meet the minimum requirement or is cancelled. Cake design and size will vary according to the banquet type.

    25. "Maxim's" and any name, logo or trademark of Maxim’s restaurants referred to in this leaflet belong to Maxim’s Caterers Limited, a company operating in Hong Kong.

    Remark: Hang Seng Spending Card account is a non-interest bearing account. Funds maintained in the Hang Seng Spending Card account are not protected deposit and are not protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme in Hong Kong.
