General Terms and Conditions:

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from 30 July to 30 September 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Klook Hotel Offers promotion period is from 30 July to 31 December 2025.
2. Customers must settle the payment with Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”), but excluding Hang Seng Bupa Card, Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards to enjoy the offers.
   1. Travel Offers:
      - Global Travel Experiences Offers: HKD150 instant discount upon a single net spending of HKD1,200 or above on Travel Activities
      - Hotel Offers: HKD100 instant discount upon a single net spending of HKD1,000 or above on Worldwide Hotel Room.
   2. Mooncake Offers: 10% off upon a single net spending of HKD500 on Klook selected Mooncakes and enjoy up to Buy 1 Get 1 Free on other Selected Mooncake Products.
   (Travel Offers and Mooncake Offers are collectively referred to as “Offers”)
3. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or transferred.
4. All products, services and information related to this promotion are directly sold and supplied to Customers by Merchants from Klook Platforms (“Merchants”), who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) assumes no responsibility/ liability in respect thereof.
5. Hang Seng and Merchant will not accept any duty, liability or obligation if customer fails to input the promotional code when conducting transactions, resulting in losing eligibility to the offer.
6. Offers are governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchants. Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above Offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice.
7. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
9. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
10. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and Merchant shall be final.
11. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.



Specific Terms and Conditions of Klook Travel Offers:

12. Customers are required to make spending of designated amount with Eligible Credit Card at Klook platform during the Promotion Period and enter the designated promo codes before payment to enjoy the following instant discounts.

14. Each order can use a maximum of one promo code. The promo code quotas of Travel Offers will be updated on every Wednesday at 12:00pm (Hong Kong Time) and is on a first-come-first-served basis while supplies last. The Merchant has absolute discretion to determine the quota for this offer from time to time.
15. Each Klook user can use each promo code once during the Promotion Period.



Specific Terms and Conditions of Klook Mooncake Offers:

16. Customers are required to make a single net spending of designated amount with Eligible Credit Card at Klook Platform during the Promotion Period and enter the designated promo codes before payment to enjoy the offers.
17. Each Cardholder’s Klook user account can enjoy up to HKD80 discount for Klook Selected Mooncakes offer during the Promotion Period.
18. Patisserie La Lune mooncake offer discount capped at HKD35.
19. Lei Garden mooncake offer discount capped at HKD32.
20. Each order can use a maximum of one promo code. The quotas of Mooncake Offers are on first-come-first-served basis while supplies last. The Merchant has absolute discretion to determine the quotas for Mooncake Offers from time to time.
21. Each Klook user can use each promo code once during the Promotion Period.
