Instalment plan is only applicable to Cardmember who has not successfully applied / held any Hang Seng Credit Card Spending Instalment – Personalized Monthly Handling Fee Plan / Spending Instalment – One-off Handling Fee Plan / Spending Instalment – One-off Handling Fee Plan for Online Tax Payment/ Cash Instalment Plan / Balance Transfer Plan from 1 February 2024 to 31 January 2025.
Only selected customers can apply Spending Instalment. Customers can log on to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking to check the Spending Instalment Application form or call 2998 6868 to check if qualified. For details, please refer to respective Terms & Conditions clause 1.
Spending Instalment – One-off Handling Fee Plan includes local and overseas payment made at physical and online stores or online bill payment (except tax payment). For details for the designated spending categories, please refer to the related Terms and Conditions.
