Note:

The minimum total amount to apply for Spending Instalment is HKD3,000, including local and overseas payment made at physical and online stores or online bill payment (except tax e-bill payment). For details of the designated spending categories, please refer to the related Terms and Conditions.
One-off Handling Fee Plan only applicable for customers who are NOT holding any Hang Seng Credit Card Cash Instalment or Spending Instalment during 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022.
The handling fee rebate will be credited once and for all within 14 weeks after the end of the relevant promotional phase.

“Instant approval and Instalment” is applicable to the application submitted through hotline. Under normal circumstances, the required time is as follows:
