Offers are only applicable to Hang Seng MMPOWER World Mastercard (“Eligible Credit Card”). During the promotional period, pay with your Eligible Credit Card to enjoy the offer(s) at the participating merchants.
During the promotional period, customers can enjoy the offer(s) if customers: a. hold an Eligible Credit Card and credit card account is valid and in good standing; and b. pay with an Eligible Credit Card at the participating merchants.
Offers cannot exchange for cash, other products, services or discounts or transfer the offer. Unless otherwise specified, offers cannot use in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers and discounted items or programmes. Customers must be one of the diners and state the redemption of the offer(s) prior to ordering to enjoy the offer(s).

Unless otherwise specified, customers cannot enjoy the offer(s) on discounted / special priced / non-discount dishes, set menus, special promotional menus, guest chef promotions, wine dinners, private functions, banquets, weddings, meetings / conferences, catering services, room service, ticket sales events, coupons, complimentary valet parking, any mileage programmes, membership benefits, cigarettes / cigars, mooncakes, alcoholic beverages, champagnes, wines and liquors, sales merchandise, VIP rooms and private rooms. The promotional food / beverage items are available while stocks last and subject to availability or change without prior notice.

Offers shall be terminated upon closure of the Participating Merchants.
All products, services and information related to this promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by the Participating Merchants who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
Offers are governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Participating Merchants. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and each of the Participating Merchants reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng and each of the Participating Merchants shall be final.
No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
