General Terms & Conditions:

1. Offers are available from now till 31 August 2026 (inclusive of both days) (the “Promotion Period”), subject to limited offer quota while quota lasts.
2. Offers are applicable to the customers who are members of OpenRice (“OpenRice Members”) and have connected their Hang Seng Visa Credit Card, Mastercard Credit Card or Spending Card excluding Hang Seng enJoy Visa Platinum Card, Hang Seng enJoy Spending Card, UnionPay Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, UnionPay RMB Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards (“Eligible Credit Card”), issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) to their OpenRice Member accounts (“Connected Credit Card ”).
3. For the avoidance of doubt, Offers are not applicable to transactions made on the OpenRice website and app (“OpenRice Platform”) using WeChat Pay, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay, Alipay HK, Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay or any other eWallet.
4. Customers must keep all the confirmation email or booking ID of table booking and/or transaction record in OpenRice. In case of any dispute, Hang Seng reserves the right at any time during or after the promotion to request customers to submit the relevant information or such further evidence as may be required for verification.
5. All transactions made during the Promotion Period that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled / returned within 45 days after the transaction date will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this Promotion and will not entitle customers to the extra reward.
6. +FUN Dollars cannot be converted into cash and are not transferable.
7. If Hang Seng or OpenRice Limited (“Openrice”) reasonably suspect that customers have acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, customers will not be able to enjoy the offer and Hang Seng may exercise the right pursuant to the Cardmember Agreement to cancel his/her credit card at any time without prior notice.

9. All products, services, information are directly sold and supplied to customers by the participating merchants, via the OpenRice Platform, who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities. Hang Seng assumes no responsibility/ liability in respect thereof.
10. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, special promotions or discounted products/ events, available on OpenRice Platform, and cannot be exchanged for cash/ service, other products or discounts and is not transferable. Please check with Openrice for details.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
12. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
13. No person other than the relevant customer, Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) and OpenRice (which includes its successors and assigns) has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Hang Seng and OpenRice reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above Offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
15. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng and OpenRice is final.
16. The English version of these terms and conditions prevails whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

A. Terms and Conditions for Multiple-up +FUN Dollars Offer for OpenRice ("Offer 1"):

1. For a single net spending of HKD100 or above using the Connected Credit Card through the OpenRice Platform on Takeaway or purchasing Vouchers or Booking with Prepaid Menu or using OpenRice Pay (“Transaction”), OpenRice members may redeem +FUN Dollars to offset the spending ("Eligible +FUN Dollars Redemption") at a special conversion rate of $1 +FUN Dollar to offset HK$2 spending, during the Promotion Period. If customers redeem +FUN Dollars to offset spending in Takeaway or purchasing Vouchers or Booking with Prepaid Menu or using OpenRice Pay outside the Promotion Period or after the quota is full, +FUN Dollars will be fully redeemed on a conversion rate of “$1 +FUN Dollar as HKD1 in cash value” in the system automatically.
2. The maximum amount of +FUN Dollars to be deducted for each Eligible +FUN Dollars Redemption is $25 +FUN Dollars or the +FUN Dollars balance of the relevant Connected Credit Card account (whichever is lower). The value of deducted +FUN Dollars will be doubled and used to reduce the Transaction’s payment amount. The remaining transaction balance after the deduction of +FUN Dollars must be settled with the same Connected Credit Card. The required +FUN Dollars will be deducted instantly from customers’ card accounts. Any +FUN Dollars deducted for instant purchase will not be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Only Takeaway or purchasing Vouchers or Booking with Prepaid Menu or OpenRice Pay Purchase Transactions settled on OpenRice Platform are applicable for Offer 1. Any dining transactions settled in the dining outlets using physical card or other mobile payment are not applicable for Offer 1.
4. Offer 1 is available on a daily cap of 500 during the Promotion Period, on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts. Each of the OpenRice Members can enjoy Offer 1 once per day. Customers can’t enjoy Offer 1 if the quotas are used up.

B. Terms and Conditions for OpenRice Table Booking Service at Local and Overseas Restaurants Extra Rewards Offer ("Offer 2"):

1. An OpenRice Member is entitled to an extra $15 +FUN Dollars upon selecting the +FUN Dollars offer as “Payment Offer” on the booking page, attending a table booking at a local or overseas restaurant made through the OpenRice Platform ("Eligible Table Booking") and settling the related dining transaction in a single net spending of HKD300 (or equivalent to HKD300) or above with the first Connected Credit Card in the local or overseas restaurant or via OpenRice Pay on the dining date during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Dining Transaction”) (“Offer 2”).
2. The first Connected Credit Card is defined as the Connected Credit Card displayed on the "Reward History" page in the customer’s OpenRice membership profile at the time of the Eligible Dining Transaction made on the dining date. If the customer settles the payment with an unconnected, removed or other Connected Credit Card listed in "View More" on the "Reward History" page, he/she is not entitled to the extra +FUN Dollars rewards in Offer 2.
3. Eligible Dining Transactions are based on the net spending amount, which means the final amount charged to the first Connected Credit Card. For foreign currency transactions, the transaction amount will be converted to Hong Kong Dollars according to the exchange rate of Hang Seng's system on the transaction date for calculation. The use of any discount offers, +FUN Dollars and reimbursement charges of Transactions in HKD incurred outside of Hong Kong will not be taken into account.
4. Eligible Dining Transaction includes any local /overseas retail dining transactions in local / overseas dining merchants in local / foreign currency according to the merchant codes/ transaction types as defined by VISA Worldwide Pte. Limited and Mastercard Asia/ Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited or as determined by the respective merchant's acquiring bank. Eligible Dining Transaction means any dining transactions at local / overseas dining outlets excluding transactions of restaurants in hotels, banquet services, private parties / functions, private room events, cake / bakery shops and dining outlets in department stores, associations, clubhouses.
5. Offer 2 is available on a monthly quota of 15,500 on a first-come-first-served basis while quota lasts.
6. Extra +FUN Dollars are calculated with reference to the dining date of the Eligible Table Booking and all Eligible Table Bookings must be conducted during the Promotion Period of Offer 2. All Eligible Dining Transactions must be completed within the Promotion Period, and posted to the relevant offer’s Eligible Credit Card account on or before 14 September 2026. The relevant transaction and posting time are subject to Hang Seng’s records.
7. Any dining transactions settled in the dining outlets using physical card under Offer 2 are valid only if settled with a Connected Credit Card. For the avoidance of doubt, Offer 2 is not applicable to transactions made by using WeChat Pay, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay, Alipay HK, or any other eWallet.
8. Hang Seng will determine customers’ eligibility and the applicable extra +FUN Dollars amount based on the table booking attendance records provided by OpenRice and the dining transaction records held with Hang Seng.
9. Upon successful verification by Hang Seng that the Eligible Dining Transaction(s) is/are qualified for the extra +FUN Dollars, the corresponding +FUN Dollars is automatically credited to the relevant Connected Credit Card account within 3 – 20 working days after the dining date and will be displayed in "My Points" on OpenRice Platform. Connected Credit Card account must remain valid and in good standing when the relevant +FUN Dollars are credited. If the OpenRice member has connected to more than one Eligible Credit Cards, the +FUN Dollars will be credited to the first successfully Connected Credit Card account on the same date of Eligible Dining Transaction(s). Customer’s credit card account must stay connected with his/her OpenRice member account before the entitlement to extra +FUN Dollars reward, based on the records held with Hang Seng at the time the extra +FUN Dollars are rewarded.
10. Eligible Dining Transactions made in the restaurants for Offer 2 cannot be used in conjunction with Offer 1, excluding those made via Booking with Prepaid Menu / OpenRice Pay on OpenRice Platform.
11. Whether a booking is an Eligible Table Booking is determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng, based on OpenRice and the dining merchants’ confirmation of the Customers’ attendance. Any no-show on the booked dining date, or booking cancellation will not qualify as an Eligible Table Booking for this promotion.

Note: Hang Seng Spending Card account is a non-interest bearing account. Funds maintained in the Hang Seng Spending Card account are not protected deposits and are not protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme in Hong Kong.
