Customer Referral Reward for Account Opening
Referee may choose one of the following methods to complete the referral process.
Method 1: Enter the referral code during account opening process. (Applicable for account opening via mobile or at a branch (Branch assistant mode))
1. Referee can open a Prestige Private, Prestige Banking, or Preferred Banking account through the Hang Seng Mobile App by selecting "Mobile Account Opening"; or select "Mobile Account Opening" and then switching to "Branch assistant mode" to open account at branch.
2. When opening the account, the referee should enter the referral code provided by the referrer in the "Referral Code" field. After a few simple steps to verify identity and complete personal information, the account opening process will be complete. Remember to fulfil the requirement under Prestige Private or Prestige Banking "Total Relationship Balance" Reward; or requirement of Preferred Banking.
Method 2: Complete the online referral form to register as a referee, and open an account at a branch or via mobile (Applicable to all customers)

PayDay+ Customer Referral Reward
Referees can register for the PayDay+ Welcome Offer via the Hang Seng Mobile App using the referral code.
1. Referees have to be Prestige Private / Prestige Banking / Preferred Banking customers, and open the PayDay+ Welcome Offer registration page via the Hang Seng Mobile App during the promotion period.
How to get to the registration page?
Log on to the Hang Seng Mobile App > Click "Latest Offers" under "Offers" in Main Menu > "Banking" > PayDay+ Promotion > Click "Register now" in the PayDay+ promotion page

2. On the registration page, referees can tap "please provide to us", enter the referral code in the "Promotional code" field, and then complete the registration.
3. Referees have to complete the registration during the promotion period, switch to PayDay+ payroll service using Prestige Private / Prestige Banking / Preferred Banking account by 31 January 2027 and maintain the payroll record monthly, subject to the relevant requirements4.
