University/College Affinity Credit Card Exclusive Offer for Tuition Fee Payment

The promotion period is from 1 January to 30 June 2025 ("Promotion Period").
The Reward is only applicable to City University of Hong Kong Credit Card, Hong Kong Baptist University Credit Card, The Chinese University of Hong Kong Credit Card, School of Continuing and Professional Studies CUHK Credit Card and The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong Credit Card (“Eligible Credit Card”).
Customers are required to successfully register once only with their Eligible Credit Card online during the Promotion Period. Upon successful registration, customers can get the Reward on the Eligible Transactions (as defined in Clause 5 below) from the registration month to 30 June 2025 by spending with Eligible Credit Card.
Only Eligible Tuition Fee Payment / Examination Fee Payment / Bookstores Transactions (as defined in Clause 5 below) made by the registered Eligible Credit Card from the registration month to the end of the Promotion Period will be counted for the Reward. Any transactions which are found to be fraudulent, unposted, cancelled or refunded will not be counted as Eligible Transactions.

Eligible Transactions of Tuition Fee Payment / Examination Fee Payment / Bookstores include:

(i)(a)	Tuition Fee Payment to Designated Educational Institutions (“Group 1 Institutions”) under Bill payment via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking which are successfully posted to the credit card account within Promotion Period;
(i)(b)	Tuition Fee Payment to Designated Educational Institutions (“Group 2 Institutions”) within Promotion Period;
(ii)	Examination Fee Payment to Designated Professional Institutions (“Group 3 Institutions”) within the Promotion Period; and
(iii)	Retail transactions made at Designated Local Bookstores within the Promotion Period.

All Eligible Transactions must be completed within the Promotion Period and posted to the relevant credit card accounts 14 days after the respective transactions. Spending amount is calculated based on single credit card account, including spending of supplementary cards for which transactions are posted to the same principal card account.

Designated Institutions and Merchants include:

(i)(a) Group 1 Institutions:	City University of Hong Kong, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, The University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, The Education University of Hong Kong, Lingnan University, Vocational Training Council, and Hong Kong Chu Hai College
(i)(b) Group 2 Institutions:	School of Continuing and Professional Studies, CUHK, Hong Kong Baptist University College of International Education, School of Continuing Education Hong Kong Baptist University, Lingnan Institute of Further Education and Hong Kong Community College of Hong Kong Polytechnic University
(ii) Group 3 Institutions:	CFA Institute, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), The Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA)
(iii) Local Bookstores:	The Commercial Press, Joint Publishing (H.K.), Chung Hwa Book Co., Eslite Bookstore and Academic & Professional Book Centre

Each credit card account is entitled to a maximum of extra $200 +FUN Dollars during the Promotion Period.
The Reward will be credited into the Eligible Credit Card account on or before August 2025. Such credit card account should remain valid and in good standing when the relevant +FUN Dollars are credited.
The Reward will be calculated based on the amount of each individual Eligible Transaction. The +FUN Dollars Reward will be rounded down to the nearest dollar. The +FUN Dollars Reward less than $1 +FUN Dollar will not be rewarded.
Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of the Reward based on transaction records held by Hang Seng. In case of discrepancy, Hang Seng’s records shall be final and conclusive.
Customer must keep the original sales slips / online bill payment record of all posted transactions. Hang Seng reserves the right to request customers to provide the relevant original sales slips / online bill payment record for verification. All sales slips / online bill payment records submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.

Hang Seng reserves the right to vary or terminate the above Reward at any time and to amend the terms and conditions of the Reward from time to time without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final.
No person other than the customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
