General Terms and Conditions:

The promotion period is from 1 September to 31 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
To enjoy Shopping Privileges at K11 MUSEA and K11 Art Mall (“Offers”), customers ("Eligible Customers") are required to spend with eligible Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, enJoy Commercial Card, enJoy Business Card and enJoy Spending Card ("Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card(s)"), but excluding other Commercial Card, Business Card, Spending Card, Hang Seng Bupa Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards at the same K11 Mall (i.e. either K11 MUSEA or K11 Art Mall) (“K11 Mall”). Eligible Mobile Payment Transactions, including any transactions settled by Mobile Payment Services with an eligible Hang Seng Credit Card registered to Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay™ and UnionPay App recognized by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) (excluding AlipayHK and WeChat Pay). Other modes of payment, including cash, Octopus, EPS, +FUN Dollars, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, Tap & Go, cash coupons, merchant stored-value cards or membership points, mall or merchant coupons will NOT be accepted. K11 Malls reserves the right to request that Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay™ and UnionPay App users open the corresponding mobile app for verification purposes.
Offers include Up to HKD2,950 e-Vouchers of Spending Rewards and Selected Merchants Offers. Please refer to the promotion page above or contact the relevant merchants for details and additional Terms and Conditions on Selected Merchants Offers.
All products, gift vouchers, coupons, services, and information related to the offers are directly sold and supplied to customers by the merchant, who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
The offer is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by K11 Loyalty Programme Limited (the “K11”).
Hang Seng and the K11 reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the offers and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior.
Hang Seng and K11 reserve the right of the final interpretation and decision in case of any disputes on these Terms and Conditions.
No person other than the customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.

Additional Terms and Conditions of “Up to HKD2,950 Spending Rewards (“Spending Rewards”):

During the Promotion Period, Eligible Customers who spend up to a designated Spending Amount with the same Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card and obtain a maximum of 4 Eligible Receipts at the same K11 Mall (i.e. either K11 MUSEA or K11 Art Mall), with at least HKD50 spending on each Eligible Receipt (electronic receipts and corresponding matching payment sales slips issued by shops and the same eligible Hang Seng Credit Card or mobile devices with Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card(s) registered to Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay™ and UnionPay App), excluding spending by K Dollar(s) and/or K11 physical/electronic gift voucher(s) and/or physical/electronic gift voucher(s) issued by merchants) on the same day (“Eligible Receipts”) may redeem Spending Rewards. Cumulative same-Day Spending amount applies to the net amount after deduction of all applicable discounts, cash vouchers, and/or gift cards etc.

Spending Rewards will be distributed in the form of e-Vouchers to the Eligible Customers’ Klub 11 Loyalty Program Membership accounts. Customers must register as both KLUB 11 Members and K Dollar Program Members and have bound their respective KLUB 11 Membership with their corresponding K Dollar Program account to access and use e-Vouchers.
All e-Vouchers require designated spending with Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card after the deduction of all promotional offers/coupons, and cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons or merchant e-Vouchers. e-Voucher from K11 Malls cannot be used interchangeably between K11 MUSEA and K11 Art Mall.
All e-Vouchers are valid till 30 November 2025. Expired e-Voucher will not be accepted. Expired, unused and unredeemed e-Voucher will not be extended, refunded or exchanged for cash.
All e-Vouchers are valid at designated shops only. The shop list and information are subject to change without prior notice. The use of the e-Voucher(s) are subject to the terms and conditions as stated on the e-Voucher(s) and the relevant terms and conditions of the Designated Merchants.

Eligible Customers must register their Eligible Transactions with their physical Eligible Credit Card or the electronic Eligible Credit Card bounded with the Eligible Mobile Payment, Eligible Receipts and the corresponding original electronic payment slips or the screenshots of transaction records of the Eligible Mobile Payment from the same K11 Mall (i.e. either K11 MUSEA or K11 Art Mall) at the respective Place of Redemption of K11 MUSEA or K11 Art Mall from which Eligible Receipts are obtained to redeem the Spending Rewards on the date of the Eligible Transaction(s).

Each Eligible Customer can redeem the Spending Rewards of each spending tier in same K11 Mall (i.e. either K11 MUSEA or K11 Art Mall) once per day. Spending Rewards are available on a first-come-first-served basis subject to daily quota, available while stocks last.
Each Eligible Receipt can only be used for redemption once. All Eligible Receipts that have been used for redeeming Spending Reward will be marked. Such marked Eligible Receipts cannot be used in this Promotion or for redeeming any other gifts or privileges in other promotional activities in K11 again (except for Point registration or car park privileges).
An Eligible Receipt includes an original machine-printed receipt issued by merchant at K11 and a sales slip of Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card bearing the name of the customers on the date of redemption. Late redemption, handwritten, revised or copy sales slips and receipts will not be accepted. Eligible Customers are required to keep and present the Eligible Receipts and relevant Hang Seng Credit Card for verification in person to redeem Spending Rewards.
“Eligible Transaction” means transaction between the Eligible Customers and the merchants at K11 through payment by Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card but excluding:
1. any single spending below HKD50;
2. any spending by cash;
3. any spending by +FUN Dollars;
4. any transactions where the invoice and payment slip are not issued from the same branch of K11 Merchants as defined under KLUB 11 Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions;
5. any purchase of any kinds of membership(s) (except purchase of membership of PURE Fitness at K11 MUSEA);
6. any purchase of pre-paid items, cash vouchers, gift cards or coupons, stored value cards or prepaid cards;
7. any purchase of show/event/exhibition tickets and other ticketing services;
8. any payments using K Dollars and/or K11 physical or electronic gift vouchers;
9. any payments using cash vouchers, gift cards, gift coupons, stored value cards or pre-paid cards of merchants at K11 Art Mall (Market Place, Mannings, Chow Tai Fook, and IKEA Tsim Sha Tsui Plan and Order Point in K11 Art Mall excluded);
10. adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards;
11. currency exchange;
12. any transactions at Hyatt Regency Hotel, K11 ARTUS, K11 ATELIER (including Victoria Dockside & King’s Road) and Rosewood Hong Kong;
13. any spending at Victoria Playpark, D Mind & the Prince and Lai Ching Heen;
14. any transactions on K11 ESHOP, Food Ordering via ‘K11 HK’ Mobile App or any online platform of any merchants of K11 MUSEA or K11 Art Mall;
15. charity donations;
16. any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or utility bills)
17. any bank transactions; spending at travel agent; insurance transactions and transactions at short-term promotion booth;
18. any activity or course provided or hosted by K11 Kulture Academy;
19. any online shopping or payment;
20. EPS cash withdrawal or credit card cash withdrawal;
21. any other transactions as specified by K11 as ineligible transactions; and
22. any spending at particular merchants as stated in KLUB 11 Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions (which may be updated from time to time without prior notice).
K11 has the right to mark down the full name of Eligible Customers, first 6 digits and last 4 digits of Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card and spending amount of each Eligible Receipt in the course of redemption and keep such information for audit purpose. All personal data obtained from Eligible Customers are used only for the operation and verification purposes for this promotion.
Spending Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts or privileges.
If the Eligible Transaction relating to the Eligible Receipts used in redeeming any Spending Rewards is subsequently cancelled or reversed for whatever reasons, resulting in the total spending amount falling under the requisite amount to redeem the Spending Rewards, K11 has the right to request the Eligible Customers to pay to the Concierge a reasonable amount for the redeemed Spending Rewards as determined by K11. Until the Eligible Customers have paid the amount to K11, the relevant merchants shall have the right not to issue any refund to the Eligible Customers.

Additional Terms and Conditions of “Upgrade KLUB 11 Membership Offer”:

During the Promotion Period, upon a cumulative same-day spending of HKD4,000 or above with the same Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card or the electronic Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card bounded with the Eligible Mobile Payment at the same K11 Mall (i.e. either K11 MUSEA or K11 Art Mall), Eligible Customer will be entitled to enroll or upgrade (if the relevant Eligible Customer is currently a Member) as a KLUB 11 Gold Card Member. (Note: the original cumulative same-day spending requirement for upgrading as a KLUB 11 Gold Card Member is HKD5,000, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of KLUB 11).
Each Eligible Customer must become a KLUB 11 Member to redeem the Upgrade KLUB 11 Membership Offer on the date of Eligible Transaction(s).
Eligible Customers have to present their physical Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card or the electronic Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card bounded with the Eligible Mobile Payment, together with Eligible Receipts and the corresponding original electronic payment slips or the screenshots of transaction records of the mobile payment tools bound with the electronic Eligible Hang Seng Credit Card (each with a minimum spending of HKD50) from K11 on the date of the Eligible Transaction(s) at the Concierge to upgrade as a KLUB 11 Gold Card Member.
Each Eligible Customer can only redeem this offer once throughout the entire Promotion Period.
