The Offer is valid until 3 August 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
Offer is applicable to customer(s) (“Eligible Customer(s)”) holding Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card, excluding Hang Seng Bupa Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Card ("Eligible Credit Card(s)").
Offer is available at the designated mobile service providers including 1O1O, CSL, China Mobile Hong Kong and SmarTone (the "Participating Merchant(s)") and the Participating Merchants list may vary from time to time subject to the decision of Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”). Eligible Customers are required to purchase the latest iPhone models (iPhone 15/ iPhone 15 Plus/ iPhone 15Pro/ iPhone Pro Max) using the eligible credit cards to enjoy the instant discount or privileges (“Offer”) at Participating Merchants’ physical stores, websites, or mobile apps ("Merchant Platform") during the promotion period. Transactions via mobile payments and e-wallets, split transactions and installment purchases are excluded. This Offer cannot be participated at the same time with the iPhone for Life Plan. All products related to the Offer are directly sold and supplied by the Participating Merchants who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities. Hang Seng in any event shall not be held liable for any failure to provide or fulfill the “Product Return Option” by the Participating Merchants for any reason whatsoever.
All transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled/ returned will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this Offer.
Offer is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant services of Hang Seng. If there is any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the relevant services and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate all the Offer at any time and to amend the relevant terms and conditions of the Offer from time to time without prior notice. The decision of Hang Seng on all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. In case of any discrepancy arising out of the Offer, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final and conclusive.
No person other than the customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
