The promotion period is from 1 June to 28 June 2015 (“Promotion Period”).

Offer is not applicable to Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, JAL Card, e-shopping MasterCard and Private Label Cards.

The eligible transaction must be a single net spending of HKD5,000 or above at designated travel agencies / websites in Hong Kong only by eligible card completed on Saturdays and Sundays (based on actual credit card authorization date) during the Promotion Period, and posted to the relevant card account on or before 10 July 2015.

Customers must successfully register their eligible cards once by calling 2998 6000 and fulfill the spending requirement(s) during the Promotion Period to earn 8 times Cash Dollars (basic 1 time Cash Dollars and extra 7 times Cash Dollars).

No alteration or cancellation can be made to the registration, and the Cash Dollars rewards cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstances.

Net spending means the final amount charged to the eligible cards. The use of Cash Dollars, cash or gift vouchers, other discounts or offers will not be taken into account when calculating net spending.

Purchase of cash coupons, interest-free instalment, any transactions which are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled/returned will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this promotion.

Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

The reward for each card account in this promotion is limited to a maximum of extra $300 Cash Dollars (if the principal card and its supplementary card share the same credit limit, the total reward will be combined and credited to the principal card account, i.e. a total of extra $300 Cash Dollars can be earned). The extra Cash Dollars will be credited to the relevant card accounts of the eligible customers in September 2015. Such card account should remain valid and in good standing when the reward is credited. Offer is only applicable to designated travel agencies, but not applicable to their appointed agents.

The Cash Dollars earned by customers will be calculated using the prevailing Cash Dollars earning ratio of the relevant cards. The Cash Dollars reward will be rounded down to the nearest dollar.

Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng") will determine the eligibility of all Cash Dollars rewards based on transaction records held by Hang Seng. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng’s records shall be final and conclusive.

Customers must keep the original sales slips of all posted transactions. Hang Seng reserves the right to request customers to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification. All sales slips submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.

The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
