Terms and Conditions of “Dining Offers Promotion at Pizza Hut” (“The Offers”):

  1. The promotion period is from 5 June to 23 July 2025 (inclusive of both days, not applicable on July 1 2025) (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Customers must settle the payment with eligible Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”) to enjoy the Offers, but excluding Hang Seng Bupa Card, Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Card.
  3. To enjoy the Offers, the customers are required to settle full payment with the Eligible Credit Card and indicate to use the Offers before ordering.
  4. This Offer applies only to designated limited-time menu items purchased at Pizza Hut stores, online, or via the mobile app for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery during the Promotion Period.
  5. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including but not limited to Hang Seng Credit Card year-round offers, Hut Rewards Member, JSA Member Card and JRG Staff Card discount.
  6. The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  7. 10% service charge applies for Dine-in purchase and will be calculated based on the original price.
  8. For food order of HKD90 or more, HKD20 will be charged for delivery service. Free delivery is applicable to orders of HKD350 or more. Delivery service is limited to designated areas. Delivery service is not applicable to orders under HKD90.
  9. The delivery service will be suspended when black rainstorm or typhoon signal no.8 or above is hoisted

  11. Product availability and promotion offers may vary at different restaurants.
  12. Designated limited-time food items are available while stocks last.
  13. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers only apply to Pizza Hut outlets in Hong Kong. The available restaurants are subject to change without prior notice.
  14. All products, services, and information related to the offers are directly sold and supplied to cardholders by Pizza Hut Hong Kong Management Limited (the “Merchant”), who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
  15. The Offer is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant.
  16. Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Offers and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  17. Hang Seng and Merchant reserve the right of the final interpretation and decision in case of any disputes on these Terms and Conditions.
  18. No person other than the customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  19. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  20. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  21. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.
