Terms and Conditions of “+FUN Everyday Spending Rewards” (the “Promotion”):

  1. The promotion period of the Promotion is from 16 May to 15 August 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period is divided into 3 phases.
    Phase 1: 16 May to 15 June 2025
    Phase 2: 16 June to 15 July 2025
    Phase 3: 16 July to 15 August 2025
  2. The Promotion is applicable to principal card customer (“Customer”) of Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card, but excluding supplementary card, Hang Seng Bupa Card, Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards (“Eligible Credit Card”), subject to the record of Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”).
  3. Eligible Transactions mean a single retail transaction with a net spending amount of HKD 500 or above (“Eligible Transactions”), but exclude any online bill payments via Hang Seng e-Banking (including but not limited to water bills, electricity bills, insurance premiums, payments to other banks and credit cards, etc.) and tax payments, all Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions, phone / fax orders (including bill payments and purchases), transactions in Hong Kong Dollars at the point of sales (in case of online transactions, the place of registration and/or settlement of the merchant) outside Hong Kong (“DCC Transaction”), cash coupon purchase, instalment payments, balance transfers, split transactions, “Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service” auto top-up amounts (including but not limited to reloading of Smart Octopus via e-wallets or other channels), purchase and / or reload of stored value cards or e-wallets or transactions via e-wallets, purchase of products / services at financial / non-financial institutions (including but not limited to, foreign currency, money orders, travellers’ cheques, deposits and money transfers and Trading Platform spending in Plus500, IG.com etc.), casino chip purchases, autopays, cash advance transactions, handling fees of cash advance / annual fees / handling fees / finance charges, late charges of credit cards and any transactions under recurring payment instructions or Transactions of Tuition Fee Payment / Examination Fee Payment / Bookstores made with University / College Affinity Credit Card, please refer to related Hang Seng Bank website for relevant spending definition and details. All transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled / returned will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this promotion and extra rebate / Points will not be rewarded.
  4. Customers who successfully register and accumulate a net amount of Eligible Spending of HKD 6,000 in each phase during the Promotion Period will be eligible to enjoy an extra 2% +FUN Dollars rebate / 4X yuu Points on the amount of Eligible Spending above HKD 6,000 in each phase. Each Customer can be entitled to up to an extra $500 + FUN Dollars / 100,000 yuu Points in each phase and up to an extra $1,500 +FUN Dollars / 300,000 yuu Points during the entire promotion period (“Reward”).

    Example:
    Accumulated Eligible Spending in the phase: HKD 16,000
    Eligible Spending entitled to Reward in the phase: HKD 10,000
    Rewards earned in the phase:
    HKD 10,000 X 2% +FUN Dollars rebate = $200 +FUN Dollars
    HKD 10,000 X 4X yuu Points = 40,000 yuu Points
  5. The Eligible Spending and Reward are based on the net spending amount through Eligible Transactions, which means the final amount charged to the Hang Seng Credit Card, deducted after the use of any discount offers and +FUN Dollars / yuu Points / Merchant Dollars (if applicable).
  6. The +FUN Dollars rebate / yuu Points will be rounded down to the nearest dollar / point.
  7. If there is more than one Eligible Credit Card under Customer, all Eligible Transactions made under principal Eligible Credit Card(s) of the same cardholder will be included for calculating extra Reward on a combined basis.
  8. To enjoy the Promotion, Customers must successfully register once via the hotline 2998 6000 or online registration web page with principal Eligible Credit Card(s)during the Promotion Period. Upon completion of registration, Customers will receive a reference number, which shall be final and conclusive. Customers can also register via +FUN Centre in Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app (Log on Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app. Select “Cards” > “+FUN Centre” > Select this promotion and register). If a Customer register repeatedly, only the first registration is valid. Only Eligible Transactions made from the registration date to the end of the Promotion Period will be counted for the Reward.
  9. All Eligible Transactions must be completed within the Promotion Period and posted to the relevant credit card accounts on or before 31 August 2025.
  10. Eligible Transactions and eligible merchant codes shall be classified according to the merchant codes / transaction types as defined by Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited, Mastercard Asia / Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited and UnionPay International or determined by the respective merchant's acquiring bank, and at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng. Hang Seng has no obligation to clarify which transactions are eligible for the +FUN Dollars Rewards / yuu Points before the Customers conduct the transactions. The decision on the Eligible Transaction definition of Hang Seng shall be final.
  11. Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of the customers for all +FUN Dollars / yuu Points to be rewarded based on the transactions records held by Hang Seng. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng’s records shall be final and conclusive.
  12. The extra +FUN Dollars / yuu Points will be credited into Eligible Credit Card accounts with the highest Eligible Spending maintained in Hang Seng’s record in October 2025. Such credit card accounts must remain valid and in good standing when the relevant +FUN Dollars / yuu Points are credited. Customers can log in to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (if applicable) or call 24-hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry Hotline 2998 6899 to check the reward details.
  13. No alteration or cancellation can be made to the registration, and all rewarded +FUN Dollars / yuu Points cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstances. Extra +FUN Dollars / yuu Points rewarded will be rounded down to the nearest dollar / point. The +FUN Dollars / yuu Points less than $1 +FUN Dollar / 1 yuu Point will not be rewarded.
  14. Customers must keep the original sales slips of all posted transactions for verification purpose should any dispute arise. Hang Seng reserves the right to request customers to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification. All sales slips submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.
  15. Use of +FUN Dollars is subject to the terms and conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card Membership Rewards Programme.   16. Hang Seng enJoy Visa Platinum Card and Hang Seng enJoy Spending Card (“enJoy Card”) are rewarded with yuu Points. Please refer to Hang Seng enJoy Card promotion page for Reward Points Programme details.
  17. All products, services and information related to this promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by the relevant merchants who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
  18. Hang Seng reserves the right to vary or convert +FUN Dollars / yuu Points to other forms of rewards (including but not limited to points or cash rebates) equivalent to the same values / amounts / earning ratio of the +FUN Dollars / yuu Points to eligible customers from time to time without prior notice.
  19. Unless otherwise specified, this Promotion can be used in conjunction with other +FUN Dollars / yuu Points promotions.
  20. Hang Seng reserves the right to vary or terminate the promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions of the promotion from time to time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final.
  21. No person other than the customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  22. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  23. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  24. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.


Terms and Conditions for Handling Fee Rebate:

  1. The promotion period is from 16 May 2025 to 15 August 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Spending Instalment – Personalised Monthly Handling Fee Plan (the “Spending Instalment Plan”) is only applicable to Hang Seng Credit Card principal cardmember (“Cardmember”), and is not applicable to Supplementary Card (include additional supplementary card), Renminbi Credit Card, Business Card, Commercial Card, e-shopping MasterCard, Spending Card, USD Visa Gold Card and private label card.
  3. To be eligible for the designated handling fee rebate, Cardmember must have registered for +FUN promotions offer 1, applied for the Spending Instalment – Personalised Monthly Handling Fee Plan within the Promotion Period, and have an approved accumulated instalment amount reaching the below designated amount and with a repayment period of 12 months or above. Handling fee rebate scheme as follows:

  4. Each eligible Cardmember is entitled to the offer once during the promotional period. Only the first approved Spending Instalment Plan will be eligible for the offer.
  5. Handling fee rebate will be automatically credited into the credit card account of eligible Cardmember once and for all on/ before 31 October 2025. Only Cardmember whose credit card account is valid and in good standing will be entitled to the handling fee rebate. If eligible Cardmember makes early repayment of the cash instalment amount or cancels the Cash Instalment Plan after the handling fee rebate, Hang Seng Bank Limited (”We” or “Us”) reserves the right to debit the total handling fee rebate or an equivalent amount of Hong Kong Dollars rewarded from any Spending Instalment application within the Promotion Period from the eligible Cardmember’s credit card account.
  6. All rewarded handling fee rebate cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  7. We reserve the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above offer and amend the above terms and conditions at any time. In the case of any disputes, We reserves the right of final decision.
  8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  9. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
  10. No person other than the Cardmember and We (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
  11. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.


Note: Hang Seng Spending Card account is a non-interest bearing account. Funds maintained in the Hang Seng Spending Card account are not protected deposits and are not protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme in Hong Kong.
