General Terms and Conditions for “Trip.com Travel Rewards”:

The promotion period for “One-price Flight Ticket at HKD888” (“Offer One”); “Instant HKD300 Off on Flight or Hotel Bookings” (“Offer Two”): 8 May – 30 June 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
(Offer One and Offer Two are collectively referred to as “Offers”)
Offers are applicable to Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Corporate Card or Spending Card (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”) customers, but excluding Hang Seng Bupa Card, USD Visa Gold Card, Renminbi Credit Card, UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Card customers.
Customers must have, or sign up for, a Trip.com account to enjoy the Offers. Promotion platform is the Hong Kong locale of Trip.com mobile app (Version 8.1 or above) (“Trip.com Platform”).
Eligible transactions (“Eligible Transaction(s)”) refers to transaction made on Trip.com that Customers are required to settle the payment with Eligible Credit Card in Hong Kong Dollars (not applicable to eligible transactions/ bookings made via third party payment platforms including but not limited to WeChat Pay, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay, Alipay HK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay).
Use of +FUN Dollars is subject to the terms and conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card Membership Rewards Program. For details, please call our 24-hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry Hotline 2998 6899.Any transactions which are eventually cancelled / returned or found to be fraudulent will be considered as ineligible transactions which are not applicable to this promotion and rewards will not be rewarded.
All products, services and information related to this promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by Trip.com who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) assumes no responsibility/ liability in respect thereof.
Trip.com Platform is provided by the Trip.com, Hang Seng has no control over Trip.com Platform and is not responsible nor liable for any matters in connection with the customer’s use of or inability to use Trip.com Platform.
Customers must keep all the confirmation email or booking itinerary number of the transaction record in Trip.com. In case of any dispute, Hang Seng reserves the right at any time during or after the promotion to request customers to submit the relevant information or such further evidence as may be required for verification.
Offer One and Offer Two cannot be used under the same transaction. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, coupons or promo codes and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
Hang Seng and Trip.com reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and Trip.com shall be final.
Trip.com reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or change any promo codes and any orders using the promo codes at any time without notice or compensation if we reasonably believe that the use of the promo code is illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent or unlawful, including but not limited to, registering or making an order with malicious intent, cheating by taking advantage of loopholes of programs or plug-in programs, reselling, fictitious trading and other activities that violate the terms of activities and the principle of fairness. In the event of any dispute, Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation and decision.
Hang Seng and the Merchant will not accept any liability should the Customer fail to input the Promotion Code/ Eligible Credit Card in the check-out section and that it results in forfeiture of the Customer’s eligibility to Offer.
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Specific Terms and Conditions of "One-price Flight Ticket at HKD888" (“Offer One”)

Customers must settle the payment with Eligible Credit Card to enjoy One-price Flights of Hong Kong at HKD888 to designated destination round trip economy class flight tickets for the specified Travel Period via Trip.com Platform during the Promotion Period.

There is a total of 8 phases of Offer One. The offer is limited while stocks last. Promotion period for each session is as below:

Offer One is available in a cap of 800 quotas during the Promotion Period, with 100 quotas in each phase. The quota for each phase will be updated at 1 pm on every Thursday. The promotional quotas are on a first-come-first-served basis. To confirm whether the discount was successfully applied, please check the price on the payment page before submitting payment.
Travel Period is from the start date of each phase to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive. The trip duration ranges from a minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 7 days.
Each Eligible Credit Card can enjoy the Offer One once only during the Promotion Period.
Offer One limits to 1 adult passenger per order and is valid for one-time usage per Trip.com user account during the Promotion period. For details, please refer to the relevant terms and conditions of Trip.com Platform.
Flight prices are subject to availability and change. Please visit Trip.com to confirm availability, prices, and applicable terms and conditions prior to booking.
Once successfully booked, the flight ticket is non-refundable.
Offer One is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, cashback sites, loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, discounted items, and fixed-price items unless otherwise stated.
Airlines reserve the right to adjust prices and control seat availability according to the sales situation. Final fare based on the airline's actual sale price. The baggage policy is subject to the airline's policy. Please check the baggage allowance and requirements prior to booking.

Specific Terms and Conditions of "Instant HKD300 Off on Flight or Hotel Bookings" (“Offer Two”)

To enjoy Offer Two, Customers can make Eligible Transactions with each Eligible Credit Card via Trip.com Platform during the Promotion Period:
1. Make flight bookings for the specified flight period in a single total net fare amount (not applicable for domestic flights in Mainland China) of HKD2,500 or above (excluding taxes and surcharges) and input Promotion Code “HASE300F” (“Offer Two Promotion Code of flight bookings”) in the Fill In Page with Eligible Credit Cards (“Offer Two Eligible Transaction/bookings of flight bookings”) to enjoy HKD300 instant discount during the Promotion Period.
2. Make hotel bookings for the specified stay period below in a single total spending of HKD2,500 or above (excluding taxes and surcharges) and input Promotion Code “HASE300H” (“Offer Two Promotion Code of hotel bookings”) in the Fill In Page with Eligible Credit Cards (“Offer Two Eligible Transaction/bookings of hotel bookings”) to enjoy HKD300 instant discount during the Promotion Period.
Flight or Stay period is from 8 May 2025 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive.
Offer Two is available in a total cap of 4,000 quotas and 2,000 quotas for flight and hotel bookings respectively during the Promotion Period on a first-come-first-served basis. The quota is calculated based on the computer record of Trip.com. Please visit Trip.com to confirm availability, prices, and applicable terms and conditions prior to booking.
Each Trip.com user account can enjoy both flight and hotel instant discounts once only during the Promotion Period.
Offer Two is applicable to the following Eligible Transactions/bookings:
1. net air fare (excluding taxes and surcharges) worth HKD2,500 and above, for adult flight ticket only and is not applicable to China domestic flight. For details, please refer to the relevant terms and conditions of Trip.com Platform.
2. hotel room rate (excluding taxes and other service charges) worth HKD2,500 and above, for selected pre-paid hotels and rooms only.
Cancellation or change of schedule of flight/hotel bookings can be done via website at www.trip.com or contact Trip.com customer service team and is subject to the terms and conditions of respective air fare or hotel of suppliers. Any modification to the Offer Two Eligible Transactions/bookings will revoke the Offer Two discount originally enjoyed. Customers have to cancel the original Eligible Transactions/bookings and rebook in order to enjoy the Offer Two discount again. The customers may not be guaranteed to enjoy the Offer Two discount again if the quota has been used up at the time they book the product again.

Remark: Hang Seng Spending Card account is a non-interest bearing account. Funds maintained in the Hang Seng Spending Card account are not protected deposit and are not protected by the Deposit Protection Scheme in Hong Kong.
