Terms and Conditions of “enJoy Card Everyday Every Taste Spending Rewards” (the “Promotion”):

1. The promotion period of the Promotion is from 2 March to 30 April 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period is divided into 2 phases:
   Phase 1: 2 to 31 March 2026
   Phase 2: 1 to 30 April 2026
2. This Promotion is applicable to principal card customer (“Customer(s)”) of Hang Seng enJoy Card which is linked to yuu Rewards Programme, including enJoy Visa Platinum Card and enJoy Spending Card (except enJoy Business Card and enJoy Commercial Card) (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”).
3. To enjoy the Promotion, each customer must successfully register for the Promotion via the Hang Seng online registration web page with principal Eligible Credit Card during the Promotion Period. Upon completion of registration, customer will receive a reference number, which shall be final and conclusive. Customer can also register for the Promotion via +FUN Centre in Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app during the Promotion Period. Each customer only needs to register once. All Eligible Credit Cards under the customer’s name are then registered for this Promotion. No alteration or cancellation can be made to the registration.
4. “Eligible Retail Spending” refer to retail transactions made with Eligible Credit Card from the registration date to the end of the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transactions”), but exclude any online bill payments via Hang Seng e-Banking (including but not limited to water bills, electricity bills, insurance premiums, payments to other banks and credit cards, etc.) and tax payments, all insurance company’s transactions, all Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions, phone / fax orders (including bill payments and purchases), cash coupon purchase, instalment payments, balance transfers, split transactions, “Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service” auto top-up amounts (including but not limited to reloading of Smart Octopus via e-wallets or other channels), purchase and / or reload of stored value cards or e-wallets or transactions via e-wallets, purchase of products / services at financial / non-financial institutions (including but not limited to, foreign currency, money orders, travellers’ cheques, deposits and money transfers and Trading Platform spending in Plus500, IG.com etc.), casino chip purchases, autopays, cash advance transactions, handling fees of cash advance / annual fees / handling fees / finance charges, late charges of credit cards and any transactions under recurring payment instructions, purchase of gift card (if applicable), cash or gift voucher, infant milk formula powder (stage 1), cigarette or charges on plastic shopping bags.
5. The extra rewards are calculated based on the net spending amount of eligible spending, which means the final amount charged to Eligible Credit Card(s). The amount deducted from the usage of yuu Points, cash or gift vouchers, gift cards, other discounts or offers will not be taken into account when calculating eligible spending. All transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled / returned are considered as ineligible transactions and are not qualified for this Promotion. Extra rewards will not be rewarded.
6. Customers who accumulate Eligible Retail Spending of HK$5,000 or above in any phase during Promotion Period are entitled to extra rewards in that phase (“Rewards”). The Rewards will be calculated based on Eligible Retail Spending with the Partner Merchants listed below.

7. Eligible Shopping Partner Merchants includes 7-Eleven, IKEA, Mannings, Mannings Plus, Mannings Baby, GNC, Wellcome, Market Place, 3hreesixty, Oliver’s The Delicatessen, Wellcome / Market Place / yuu Online Shop and Shell gas stations in Hong Kong. During the Promotion Period, eligible credit cardholders can earn an extra 10x yuu Points upon transactions made in this spending category.
8. Eligible Dining Partner Merchants includes Pizza Hut, PHD, KFC, Maxim's Chinese Cuisine Restaurants (including Jade Garden (Jade Garden (Plaza Inn) excluded), Maxim’s Palace, Jasmine, The Square, Shanghai Garden, Serenade, Peking Garden, Duck Victoria, M&C · Duck, Chiuchow Garden and Chiuchow Garden Restaurant), Maxim’s Quick Service (including Maxim's MX, MX, Food 2, can.teen and Deli-O), &you, &btR, Cakes and Bakeries (including Maxim's Cakes, Arome, Maxim’s On-site Bakery, Homebake, Paper Stone Bakery and URBAN), Maxim's Japanese Cuisine (including Uo-Show, IPPUDO, METRO TONKOTSU BASE, DONDONYA, BUTAHAGE, GOGYO, Genki Sushi, sen-ryo and OBIHIRO HAGETEN), simplylife, EXP, kikusan, THAI BASIL, chapter, Hong Kong Day, Port Spot Café, MINH & KOK, COVA, CAFÉ LANDMARK, Lawry’s The Prime Rib, MUSES, The Cheesecake Factory, Shake Shack and Starbucks in Hong Kong. During the Promotion Period, eligible credit cardholders can earn an extra 20x yuu Points upon transactions made in this spending category.
9. If there is more than one Eligible Credit Card under Customer, all Eligible Transactions made under principal Eligible Credit Card(s) of the same cardholder will be included for calculating the Rewards on a combined basis.
10. All Eligible Transactions must be completed within the Promotion Period and posted to the relevant credit card accounts on or before 15 May 2026.
11. Upon registering this Promotion, customer shall be deemed to agree to and accept the transfer, by the Partner Merchants to Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), of the data and information relating to the transactions made by the customer in the Promotion Period using Hang Seng Credit Card for the purposes of calculating and verifying the extra rewards entitlement for this Promotion.
12. Eligible Transactions and eligible merchant codes shall be classified according to the merchant codes / transaction types as defined by Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited or determined by the respective merchant's acquiring bank, and at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng. Hang Seng has no obligation to clarify which transactions are eligible for the Rewards before the customers conduct the transactions. The decision of Hang Seng on the Eligible Transactions definition shall be final.
13. Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of the customers for all yuu Points to be rewarded based on the transaction records held by Hang Seng. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng’s records shall be final and conclusive.
14. Order dates might not be the same as transaction dates, Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of Eligible Transactions based on the transaction date according to the transaction records held by Hang Seng.
15. For interest-free installment purchase at IKEA, only the monthly installment in March and April 2026 respectively are considered as the Eligible Transactions.
16. During the Promotion Period, each Customer can earn up to an extra 100,000 yuu Points in each phase and earn up to an extra 200,000 yuu Points for the entire Promotion Period, under all Eligible Credit Cards.
17. All extra Rewards of this Promotion will be credited to the Eligible Credit Card account with the highest Eligible Retail Spending maintained in Hang Seng’s record in July 2026, and such credit card accounts should remain valid and in good standing and being linked in the yuu Rewards Program when the extra Rewards are credited. Customers can log in to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (if applicable) or call 24-hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry Hotline 2998 6899 to check the reward details.
18. All rewarded yuu Points cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstances. Extra yuu Points will be calculated per Eligible Transaction. Extra yuu Points rewarded will be rounded down to the nearest point. The yuu Points less than 1 yuu Point will not be rewarded.
19. Customers must keep the original sales slips of all posted transactions for verification purpose should any dispute arise. Hang Seng reserves the right to request any customer to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification. All sales slips submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.

21. During the Promotion Period, the Offers under this Promotion can be used in conjunction with “exclusive year-round offers at enJoy Card partner merchants” available to the Eligible Credit Card.
22. Offers shall be terminated upon closure of the Partner Merchants.
23. All products, services and information in this Promotion are directly sold and supplied to the customers by the Partner Merchants who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
24. This Promotion is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions which may be stipulated by the participating Partner Merchants from time to time. Hang Seng and each of the Partner Merchants reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and each of the Partner Merchants shall be final.
25. No person other than the customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
26. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
27. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
28. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
