Terms and Conditions for the “Credit Card Online Bill Payment Service Tax Payment Promotion” (the “Promotion”):

The promotion period of the Promotion is from 25 November 2025 to 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
The Promotion is only applicable to the cardholders of principal Hang Seng Credit Card or Affinity Card (“Customers”), excluding Supplementary Card, Hang Seng Bupa Card, Commercial Card, Business Card, Spending Card, Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards (“Eligible Credit Card(s)”), subject to the record of Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”).
- “Hang Seng Visa Card Exclusive Rewards” – applicable to principal Hang Seng Visa Card(s) only (including Affinity Card, but excluding Supplementary Card, Commercial Card, Business Card, Spending Card, USD Visa Gold Card and Private Label Card) (“Hang Seng Visa Card(s)”).
- "Other Hang Seng Credit Card Rewards" – applicable to principal Hang Seng Credit Card(s) only (including Affinity Card, but excluding Hang Seng Visa Card (including Affinity Card), Supplementary Card, Hang Seng Bupa Card, Commercial Card, Business Card, Spending Card, Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-Shopping Mastercard and Private Label Card (“Other Hang Seng Credit Card(s)”)).
- Hang Seng Visa Card Exclusive Rewards and Other Hang Seng Credit Card Rewards are collectively referred as “Rewards”. The Rewards are subject to these terms and conditions.
To enjoy the Promotion, each Customer must successfully register for the Promotion once at +FUN Centre in Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app. Each Customer only needs to register once. All Eligible Credit Cards under the Customer’s name are then registered for this Promotion. No alteration or cancellation can be made to the registration.
“Eligible Transaction” refers to retail transaction made with Eligible Credit Card from the registration date to the end of the Promotion Period, but excludes any online bill payments via Hang Seng e-Banking (including but not limited to water bills, electricity bills, insurance premiums, payments to other banks and credit cards, etc.) and tax payments, all insurance company’s transactions, all Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions, phone / fax orders (including bill payments and purchases), cash coupon purchase, instalment payments, balance transfers, split transactions, “Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service” auto top-up amounts (including but not limited to reloading of Smart Octopus via e-wallets or other channels), purchase and / or reload of stored value cards or e-wallets or transactions via e-wallets, purchase of products / services at financial / non-financial institutions (including but not limited to, foreign currency, money orders, travellers’ cheques, deposits and money transfers and Trading Platform spending in Plus500, IG.com etc.), casino chip purchases, autopays, cash advance transactions, handling fees of cash advance / annual fees / handling fees / finance charges, late charges of credit cards and any transactions under recurring payment instructions or Transactions of Tuition Fee Payment / Examination Fee Payment / Bookstores made with University / College Affinity Credit Card; please refer to related Hang Seng Bank website for relevant spending definition and details. All transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled / returned are considered as ineligible transactions and are not qualified for this Promotion.
Rewards are calculated on a per-Eligible Credit Card under the same Customer basis. Each Eligible Credit Card must have an accumulated Eligible Transactions of HKD5,000 or above within the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Promotion.
All Eligible Transactions must be completed within the Promotion Period and posted to the relevant credit card accounts on or before 15 April 2026.
Eligible Transactions and eligible merchant codes shall be classified according to the merchant codes / transaction types as defined by Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited, Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited and UnionPay International or determined by the respective merchant’s acquiring bank, and at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng.
The Eligible Transactions and the Rewards are based on the net spending amount, which means the final amount charged to the Eligible Credit Card, and the amount deducted when using any discount offers and/or +FUN Dollars / yuu Points / Merchant Dollars (if applicable) will not be taken into account.
Customers must keep the original sales slips of all posted transactions. Hang Seng reserves the right to request any Customer to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification. All sales slips submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.

Starting from the registration date, Customer using his or her Eligible Credit Card to pay personal or third-party tax bills via Hang Seng Personal e-Banking Online Bill Payment Service (“Online Bill Payment Service”) will be eligible for the Extra Rewards for an accumulated tax payment amount of HKD10,000 or above. Tax payments via other channels such as ATM transfer or phone banking service will not be eligible for the Rewards.

Early-bird offer: Accumulate tax payment amount of HKD50,000 or above on or before 31 December 2025 with Hang Seng Visa Card to earn extra $100 +FUN Dollars / 20,000 yuu Points.
Each Customer can only be entitled to up to $800 +FUN Dollars / 160,000 yuu Points under the Promotion.
To be eligible for accumulating the tax payment amount for the Rewards, each Customer must logon to Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app or hangseng.com/e-banking and follow the following steps for paying tax with the Online Bill Payment Service:
- Method 1:
  Logon on to Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app then select “Transfer & Pay” > “Pay bills”
  Search “New Merchant” > “INLAND REVENUE DEPARTMENT”
  Select “01 TAX DEMAND NOTE” for the “Bill Type” > Enter the “Bill Account Number” (i.e. the Shroff No. on the top right corner of the tax bill)
  For “Deduct From Account”, select an Eligible Credit Card account
- Method 2:
  Visit hangseng.com/e-banking then logon to Hang Seng Personal e-banking, select “Transfer & Pay” > “Bill Payment” > “Pay Bills”
  Select “Tax Payment”
  Select “01 TAX DEMAND NOTE” for the “Bill Type” > Enter the “Bill Account Number” (i.e. the Shroff No. on the top right corner of the tax bill)
  For “Deduct From Account”, select an Eligible Credit Card account
All transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled / returned are not eligible transactions. Eligibility of each transaction is based on the transaction date.
The basic +FUN Dollars / yuu Points reward is not available for payments of bills issued by the Inland Revenue Department with Hang Seng Credit Card via Online Bill Payment Service.

The +FUN Dollars / yuu Points will be credited into the credit card account registered by the customer by the end of June 2026, provided that such credit card remains valid and in good credit standing. If more than one Eligible Credit Card under the same is eligible for the Rewards, all the relevant +FUN Dollars / yuu Points will be credited into one credit card account only, with the credit card account (and the form of Rewards) to be determined by Hang Seng at its sole and absolute discretion.
All rewarded +FUN Dollars / yuu Points cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstances.
Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of the Customers for all +FUN Dollars / yuu Points to be rewarded based on the transactions records held by Hang Seng. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng’s records shall be final and conclusive.
Use of +FUN Dollars is subject to the terms and conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card Membership Rewards Programme. Hang Seng enJoy Visa Platinum Card (“enJoy Card”) are rewarded with yuu Points. Please refer to Hang Seng enJoy Card promotion page for Reward Points Programme details.
Hang Seng reserves the right to vary or convert +FUN Dollars / yuu Points to other forms of rewards (including but not limited to points or cash rebates) equivalent to the same values / amounts / earning ratio of the +FUN Dollars / yuu Points to eligible Customers from time to time without prior notice.
Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Promotion and relevant offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions of the Promotion at any time and from time to time without prior notice. The decision of Hang Seng regarding all matters in relation to the Promotion and relevant offers shall be final and binding on all the parties concerned.
No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
