General Terms and Conditions:

The promotion period is from 7 November 2025 till 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
Eligible customers as specified below (“Eligible Customers”) must settle the payment with the related eligible Credit Cards as specified below (“Eligible Credit Card”) to enjoy the corresponding offers:
1. Offer 1 - Extra Rewards for Physical Store”, “Offer 2 - Extra Rewards on Online Spending”, “Offer 3 - Lucky Draw for Extra $1,000 +FUN Dollars/ 200,000 yuu Points” and “Offer 4 - Up to 50% off on Selected Products” – Customers of Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) must be principal card customers of Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card or enJoy Spending Card, or enJoy Commercial Card and enJoy Business Card, but excluding supplementary card, other Commercial Card, Business Card, Spending Card, Hang Seng Bupa Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards.
"Net Spending" means the final amount on a single sales slip (excluding the transactions in Clause 6).
To participate in and enjoy Offer 1, Offer 2 and Offer 3, Eligible Customers must successfully register once with an Eligible Credit Card via (a) the hotline 2998 6000 OR (b) via +FUN Centre in Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app (Log on Hang Seng Personal Banking mobile app. Select “Cards” > “+FUN Centre” > Select this Promotion and register). Upon completion of registration, customers will receive a reference number for recording such successful registration, which shall be final and conclusive. Each customer only needs to register once. All Eligible Credit Cards under the customer’s name will participate in this Promotion. If a customer registers repeatedly, only the first registration is valid. Only Eligible Transactions settled using a registered Eligible Credit Card from and after the registration date to the end of the Promotion Period will be counted for receiving the rewards under the Offers (“Extra Reward(s)”).
Offer 1 and Offer 2 are applicable to the following participating merchants:
1. Offer 1 is applicable to Wellcome, Market Place, 3hreesixty and Oliver’s The Delicatessen physical stores in Hong Kong (“Participating Merchants for Offer 1”)
2. Offer 2 is applicable to Wellcome Online Shop, Market Place Online Shop and yuu Online Shop (“Participating Merchants for Offer 2”).
The Eligible Transactions for Offer 1 and Eligible Transactions for Offer 2 are listed below (“Eligible Transactions”). Please note that mobile payment excludes those made by UnionPay App or transactions via e-wallet. The purchases of gift/cash voucher, any festival/festive food related coupons, baby diaper coupons, any mobile/data prepaid SIM cards, selected hampers, pre-order items, all infant milk powder (stage 1), baby diapers, bird’s nest and chicken essence items, and any redemption merchandise for any stamp collection programmes or promotions and charges on plastic shopping bags shall be excluded from the transaction and calculation of Net Spending. The use of +FUN Dollars, yuu Reward Points cash or gift vouchers, other discounts or offers will also not be taken into account when calculating the Net Spending.
1. Eligible Transactions for Offer 1 must be a single transaction with Net Spending of HKD500 or above at Physical Stores of Participating Merchants for Offer 1 settled with a registered Eligible Credit Card (using physical card or mobile payment) on Fridays to Sundays or public holidays during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction for Offer 1”).
2. Eligible Transactions for Offer 2 must be a single transaction with net spending of HKD1,000 or above at Participating Merchants for Offer 2 settled with a registered Eligible Credit Card during the Promotion Period. (“Eligible Transaction for Offer 2”,.
Eligible Customers will be entitled to an Extra Reward of $40 +FUN Dollars/ 8,000 yuu Points and $100 +FUN Dollars/ 20,000 yuu Points for each Eligible Transaction for Offer 1 and Eligible Transaction for Offer 2 respectively, subject to the reward cap in Clause 8.
The Extra Rewards under Offer 1 and Offer 2 for each Eligible Customer is limited to a maximum of $320 +FUN Dollars/ 64,000 yuu Points and $300 +FUN Dollars/ 60,000 yuu Points for the whole Promotion Period respectively.
If there is more than one Eligible Credit Card under Eligible Customer, all Eligible Transactions made by Eligible Principal Credit Card(s) will be included on a combined basis and counted for the purpose of the Promotions, subject to the reward cap.
Upon registration of this Promotion, Eligible Customers shall be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the transfer by The Dairy Farm Company, Limited (“Merchant”) to Hang Seng of the data and information relating to the transactions made by the Eligible Customers in the Promotion Period using Eligible Credit Cards to settle transactions at the Participating Merchants for the purposes of calculating and verifying the Extra Rewards.
No alteration or cancellation can be made to the registration or Extra Rewards and the Extra Rewards cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstances.
If more than one eligible transaction is made on the same day using the same credit card, only the transaction with the highest transaction amount will be calculated as an Eligible Transaction for such credit card, regardless of which outlet of the Participating Merchants the transaction is made.
The respective provider of the mobile payment service (“Mobile Payment Service Providers”) and the Participating Merchants may reject an Eligible Credit Card if its payment system cannot handle the individual credit card type. Please contact the respective Mobile Payment Service Providers or the Participating Merchants for details. Use of mobile payment service with Eligible Credit Cards is subject to the terms and conditions of Mobile Payment Service Addendum to Card member Agreement. To qualify for the respective Extra Rewards, all Eligible Transactions must be completed within the period of 7 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 and be posted to the relevant offer’s Eligible Credit Card account on or before 14 January 2026.
Use of +FUN Dollars is subject to the terms and conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card Membership Rewards Program. All transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled with products returned such that the transaction amount falls below the Net Spending amount will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to the calculation of rewards under this Promotion.
The Extra Rewards will be credited to the Eligible Credit Cards account with the highest accumulated Eligible Transaction maintained in Hang Seng’s record by April 2026. The card accounts must still be valid and in good standing when the Extra Rewards are credited. Customers can log in to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (if applicable) or call 24-Hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry Hotline 2998 6899 to check the reward details.
Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of all Extra Rewards based on transaction records held by Hang Seng. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng’s records shall prevail.
Customers must keep original sales slips of all posted transactions. Hang Seng reserves the right to request customers to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification. All sales slips submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.
All products and services are directly sold and supplied to customers by the Merchant, who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities in relation thereof.
The Offers are governed by these terms and conditions and/or other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant. Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Offers and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right of final interpretation and decision in case of any disputes on these terms and conditions.
No person other than the customer, the Merchant and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.

Terms and Conditions for “Offer 3 - Lucky Draw of Extra $1,000 +FUN Dollars/ 200,000 yuu Points” (“Offer 3‘)

28. Eligible Customers must opt-in SMS channel to receive Hang Seng latest offers, promotion and services message to be entitled to the Lucky Draw during the Promotion Period.
Subject to clause 30 below, Eligible Customers who have made an Eligible Transaction for Offer 1 and/or Eligible Transaction for Offer 2 with a registered Eligible Credit Card will be entitled to obtain 1 lucky draw. (e.g., where an Eligible Customer made 8 Eligible Transactions for Offer 1 and 3 Eligible Transactions for Offer 2 will be entitled to 11 lucky draw chances).
Each Eligible Customer will be entitled to a maximum of 11 lucky draw chances during the Promotion Period.
Hang Seng will draw 100 winners from Eligible Customers under Offer 3 (“Prize Winner”) randomly by computer among the Eligible Customers. Each Eligible Customer can receive $1,000 +FUN Dollars/ 200,000 yuu Points (“Prize”).
Prize will be credited to the Eligible Credit Cards account with the highest accumulated Eligible Transaction maintained in Hang Seng’s record by April 2026. The card account must still be valid and in good standing when the Prize is delivered. Customers can log in to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (if applicable) or call 24-Hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry Hotline 2998 6899 to check the reward details.

Prize Winners will be notified by local SMS sent from Hang Seng about the prize after the Online Announcement Date. Customers can also visit the promotion page (hangseng.com/wellcome) for prize winner list on the Online Announcement Date.
Prize winners must opt-in SMS channel to receive Hang Seng latest offers, promotion and services message during by April 2026 the prize result.
Hang Seng assumes no responsibility for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic transmission or any other reason such as incorrect or not up-to-date email address or local SMS receiving number at Hang Seng record which may limit a prize winner ability to receive the email or local SMS on the prize winning of the Lucky Draw Promotion.
The Lucky Draw is offered by Hang Seng. Hang Seng reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw Promotion from time to time without prior notice. In case of any discrepancy arising out of the Promotion, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final and conclusive.

Terms and Conditions for “Offer 4 - Up to 50% off on Selected Products” (“Offer 4‘)

Certain selected products, which shall be under the sole discretion of the Merchant, are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Selected products are subject to changes without prior notice due to stock availability or any other reasons as may be determined by the Merchant.
Offer 4 is offered upon checkout at the assisted checkout counters in the physical stores of the Participating Merchant in Hong Kong and upon notifying the Merchant’s sales assistant that this Offer 4 is intended to be used. Offer 4 is therefore not applicable to self-checkout counters. Please refer to promotion materials in-store for details.
Offer 4 cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions / offers / cash coupons.
In case of disputes, the Merchant reserves the right to final decision on all matters relating to Offer 4.
