General Terms and Conditions:

The promotion period is from 15 November 2024 till 16 January 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
The promotion applies to cardholders ("Customers") of Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card, but excluding Hang Seng Bupa Card, Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card, e-shopping Mastercard and Private Label Cards (“each an “Eligible Credit Card”, and collectively “Eligible Credit Card(s)””) issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”).
"Net Spending" means the final amount on a single sales slip (excluding transactions via e-wallets, purchase amount of gift/cash voucher, any festival/festive food related coupons, baby diaper coupons, any mobile/data prepaid an SIM cards, selected hampers, pre-order items, all infant milk powder (stage 1), baby diapers, birds nest and chicken essence items, and any redemption merchandise for any stamp collection programmes or promotions and charges on plastic shopping bags charged to Eligible Credit Card. The use of +FUN Dollars, yuu Reward Points cash or gift vouchers , other discounts or offers will not be taken into account when calculating Net Spending.
To enjoy the Promotion Offers, Customer must successfully and separately register their Eligible Credit Cards once via the hotline 2998 6000 or online registration web page during the Promotion Period. Upon completion of registration, Customer will receive a reference number, which shall be final and conclusive. If a Customer registers repeatedly, only the first registration is valid. Only eligible transactions (as defined respectively for Offer 1 and Offer 2 hereinafter) made by the registered Eligible Credit Cards from the registration date to the end of the Promotion Period will be counted for the rewards.
Upon registration of this Promotion, Customers shall be deemed to agree to and accept the transfer, by the Participating Merchants to Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”), of the data and information relating to the transactions made by the Customers in the Promotion Period using Eligible Credit Cards for the purposes of calculating and verifying the Extra Reward entitlement for this Promotion.
No alteration or cancellation can be made to the registration or extra reward and the extra reward cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstances.
If more than one eligible transaction is made on the same day using the same card, only one of these transactions (with the highest transaction amount) will be calculated as the eligible transaction for each credit card, regardless of whether the transaction is made via at the Wellcome, Market Place, 3hreesixty, Oliver’s The Delicatessen physical stores, Wellcome / Market Place Online Shops or yuu Online Shop.
The respective provider of the Mobile Payment Service (“Mobile Payment Service Providers”) and the Participating Merchants may reject an Eligible Credit Card if its payment system cannot handle the individual Credit Card type. Please contact respective Mobile Payment Service Providers or the Participating Merchants for details. Use of Mobile Payment Service with Eligible Credit Cards is subject to the terms and conditions of Mobile Payment Service Addendum to Card member Agreement. All eligible transactions must be completed within the period of 15 November 2024 to 16 January 2025, and posted to the relevant offer’s Eligible Credit Card account on or before 30 January 2025.
Use of +FUN Dollars is subject to the terms and conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card Membership Rewards Programme. All transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled/ returned will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this promotion.
The extra reward of this Promotion (“Extra Reward”) will be credited to the relevant offer’s Eligible Credit Card accounts in April 2025. The card accounts should be still valid and in good standing when the Extra Reward is credited. Customers can log in to Hang Seng Personal e-Banking (if applicable) or call 24-hour Hang Seng Credit Card Marketing Enquiry Hotline 2998 6899 to check the reward details.
Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of all Extra Rewards based on transaction records held by Hang Seng. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng’s records shall prevail.
Customers must keep original sales slips of all posted transactions. Hang Seng reserves the right to request customers to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification. All sales slips submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.
All products, services, and information related to the offers are directly sold and supplied to Customers by DFI Development (HK) Limited (“Merchant”), who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
The offer is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant. Hang Seng and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the offers and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Hang Seng and Merchant reserve the right of the final interpretation and decision in case of any disputes on these Terms and Conditions.
No person other than the customer, Merchant and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.

Terms and Conditions for “Offer 1” (“Offer 1‘)

Offer 1 is applicable to Wellcome, Market Place, 3hreesixty and Oliver’s The Delicatessen physical stores in Hong Kong (“Physical Stores of Participating Merchants for Offer 1”).
The eligible transactions for Offer 1 must be a single net spending of HKD500 or above will be entitled to 12,000 yuu Reward Points / $60 +FUN Dollars every Fridays to Sundays and public holidays with the registered Eligible Credit Card (Physical Card and Mobile Payment) at Physical Stores of Participating Merchants for Offer 1 during the Promotion Period; while not applicable to mobile payment made by UnionPay App or transactions via e-wallet, the purchases of gift/cash voucher, any festival/festive food related coupons, baby diaper coupons, any mobile/data prepaid an SIM cards, selected hampers, pre-order items, all infant milk powder (stage 1), baby diapers, birds nest and chicken essence items, and any redemption merchandise for any stamp collection programmes or promotions and charges on plastic shopping bags. The use of +FUN Dollars, yuu Reward Points cash or gift vouchers , other discounts or offers will not be taken into account when calculating net spending (“Eligible Transaction for Offer 1”).
The extra reward for each Eligible Credit Card in this Promotion is limited to a maximum of an extra $420 +FUN Dollars/ 84,000 yuu Points for the whole Promotion Period (if the principal card and its supplementary card share the same credit limit, the total reward will be combined and credited to the principal card account, i.e. a maximum combined rewards of a total of an extra $420 +FUN Dollars/ 84,000 yuu Points).

Terms and Conditions for “Offer 2” (“Offer 2‘)

Offer 2 is applicable to Wellcome and Market Place Online Shops, and yuu Online Shop (“Participating Merchants for Offer 2”).
The eligible transactions for Offer 2 must be a single net spending of HKD500 or above will be entitled to 8,000 yuu Reward Points / $40 +FUN Dollars with the registered Eligible Credit Card at Participating Merchants for Offer 2 during the Promotion Period; while not applicable to mobile payment made by UnionPay App or transactions via e-wallet, the purchases of gift/cash voucher, any festival/festive food related coupons, baby diaper coupons, any mobile/data prepaid an SIM cards, selected hampers, pre-order items, all infant milk powder (stage 1), baby diapers, birds nest and chicken essence items, and any redemption merchandise for any stamp collection programmes or promotions and charges on plastic shopping bags. The use of +FUN Dollars, yuu Reward Points cash or gift vouchers , other discounts or offers will not be taken into account when calculating net spending. (Eligible Transaction for Offer 2”).
The extra reward for each Eligible Credit Card in this Promotion is limited to a maximum of an extra $240 +FUN Dollars/ 48,000 yuu Points for the whole Promotion Period (if the principal card and its supplementary card share the same credit limit, the total reward will be combined and credited to the principal card account, i.e. a maximum combined rewards of a total of an extra $240 +FUN Dollars/ 48,000 yuu Points).
