Remarks:

1. Applicable to mortgages for private residential properties, industrial and commercial properties or standalone parking spaces in Macau. The loan amount for the mortgage loan or further charge being applied for must be HKD1,000,000 / MOP1,030,000 or above. Further charge loan amount is the loan amount in addition to the existing mortgage loan amount.
2. The first 75 customers to visit the Hang Seng Bank Macau Branch and successfully apply for mortgage services will receive a HKD300 supermarket cash coupon (“Coupon”). Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift certificates. Coupon will not be reissued if they are lost or damaged. Coupon may be subject to the relevant merchant’s terms of use, please refer to the back page of the coupon. Hang Seng Bank is not the supplier of the Coupon and will therefore not be responsible for any liability relating to the Coupon. Any disputes or complaints relating to the Coupon shall be resolved directly between the customer concerned and the supplier. Coupon is offered on a first-come-first served basis. The Bank reserves the right to offer an alternate reward of the same value as replacement. The mortgage applicant will be notified by staff to redeem Coupon in person within 10 weeks after the mortgage application is successfully drawdown.
